안전 영역 기반 자율주행 차량용 주행 경로 생성 및 추종 알고리즘 성능평가 연구

This paper describes the tracking algorithm performance evaluation for autonomous vehicle using a safety envelope based path. As the level of autonomous vehicle technologies evolves along with the development of relevant supporting modules including sensors, more advanced methodologies for path generation and tracking are needed. A safety envelope zone, designated as the obstacle free regions between the roadway edges, would be introduced and refined for further application with more detailed specifications. In this paper, the performance of the path tracking algorithm based on the generated path would be evaluated under safety envelop environment. In this process, static obstacle map for safety envelope was created using Lidar based vehicle information such as current vehicle location, speed and yaw rate that were collected under various driving setups at Seoul National University roadways. A level of safety was evaluated through CarSim simulation based on paths generated with two different references: a safety envelope based path and a GPS data based one. A better performance was observed for tracking with the safety envelop based path than that with the GPS based one.

NVMe 인터페이스 지원 멀티코어 SSD 시뮬레이터 개발

SSD 스토리지는 새로운 호스트 인터페이스의 채택, 멀티코어를 사용한 멀티 채널/웨이 입출력 병렬화의 활용 등을 통해 성능/용량 모두에서 향상을 지속하고 있다. 최신 SSD의 구조를 설계하기 위해서는 최신 SSD에 적용된 기법들을 지원하는 새로운 SSD 시뮬레이터의 개발이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 멀티 FTL 코어 동작의 모사가 가능한 SSD 시뮬레이터인 Virtual-machine based NVMe SSD SIMulator (VNSIM)을 개발한다. VNSIM은 전체 입출력 스택을 모사하는 시뮬레이터로서, 2개 이상의 Flash Translation Layer (FTL) 코어가 동작하는 SSD 구조를 모사하고 평가할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 최신의 호스트 컨트롤러 인터페이스인 NVM Express를 지원하고, 페이지 캐시 레지스터 모사를 포함하는 플래시 입출력 에뮬레이터를 개발하여 플래시 입출력 성능을 시뮬레이션한다. 삼성 950 Pro NVMe SSD와의 성능 비교 검증 결과 6.2%~8.9%의 오차율을 보였다. Solid State Drives (SSD) continue to improve its performance and capacity through the adoption of new host interfaces and the use of multi-channel/multi-way I/O parallelism with multiple core controllers. In order to design and evaluate the structure of the SSDs, a new SSD simulator needs to be developed that supports the latest storage techniques. In this study, we develop a SSD simulator, the Virtual-machine based NVMe SSD SIMulator (VNSIM), which supports the latest host controller interface, NVM Express. The VNSIM simulates the entire I/O stack, from applications to Flash memories. Unlike the existing SSD simulators, the VNSIM provides an environment for simulating and evaluating SSD structures with two or more Flash Translation Layer (FTL) cores running in the SSD. We developed the Flash I/O emulator which simulates the I/O performance of the Flash memory including page cache registers. The VNSIM was validated using the Samsung 950 Pro NVMe SSD, showing that the VNSIM models the 950 Pro SSD with a 6.2%~8.9% offset.

내구재에 대한 공유행위의 효과 분석

본 연구는 정보재가 아닌 일반적인 내구재에 대한 공유행위가 기업과 소비자에게 미치는 효과를 분석하고 있다. 분석의 결과, 독점산업에 있어서 공유행위는 독점기업과 소비자 모두에게 이득을 가져다주는 것으로 나타났다. 내구재를 구매한 소비자는 이를 더 필요로 하는 소비자와 재화를 공유함으로써 더 많은 소비자잉여를 얻을 수 있으며, 이 때문에 소비자는 내구재에 대해 더 높은 가격을 지불하고자 한다. 이로 인해 독점기업이 생산량을 늘리게 되면, 소비자의 잉여는 더욱 더 증가하게 된다. 완전경쟁 하에서도 결과는 유사하게 나타났다. 내구재의 판매가격은 변함이 없지만, 공유로 인해 내구재를 구매하는 소비자가 증가하기 때문이다. This study analyses the effect of sharing behavior on durable-goods. Result shows that, under monopoly, consumers as well as the monopolist benefit from the sharing behavior. Consumers are willing to pay more when they can share the durable-goods with others. As a result, the monopolist increases the production which increases the consumer surplus further. Under perfect competition, similar result is obtained. Even though the price of the durable-goods does not change with the sharing, more consumers are willing to buy the goods when sharing is possible.

자기 지도 적응을 통한 동영상 초해상도 기법

최근 많은 단일 영상 초해상도 네트워크에서 입력 저 화질 영상 자체의 내부 정보를 테스트 타임에 이용하여 파라미터를 업데이트하는 방법을 통해 높은 성능 향상을 이루어냈다. 본 원고에서는, 해당 방법에서 더 나아가 동영상 초해상도네트워크의 파라미터를 테스트 타임의 저 화질 영상만을 가지고 업데이트 하는 기법을 소개한다. 첫째로, 동영상 내에 일반적으로 존재하는 반복되는 패치의 특성을 분석하고, 다음으로 기존의 복원된 동영상을 관찰하여 자기 지도 적응의 가능성을 보인다. 마지막으로, 폭넓은 실험을 통해 제안하는 기법을 검증한다.

태양전지 응용을 위한 PECVD 실리콘 질화막 증착 및 열처리 최적화

Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD) is a well established technique for the deposition of hydrogenated film of silicon nitride (SiNx:H), which is commonly used as an antireflection coating as well as passivating layer in crystalline silicon solar cell. PECVD-SiNx:H films were investigated by varying the deposition and annealing conditions to optimize for the application in silicon solar cells. By varying the gas ratio (ammonia to silane), the silicon nitride films of refractive indices 1.85 - 2.45 were obtained. The film deposited at 450°C showed the best carrier lifetime though the film deposition rate was not encouraging. The film deposited with the gas ratio of 0.57 showed the best carrier lifetime after annealing at a temperature of 800℃. The single crystalline silicon solar cells fabricated in conventional industrial production line applying the optimized film deposition and annealing conditions on large area substrate of size 125 ㎜×125 ㎜ (pseudo square) was found to have the conversion efficiencies as high as 17.05 %. Low cost and high efficiency silicon solar cells fabrication sequence has also been explained in this paper.

외국인직접투자가 무역에 미치는 효과분석

This paper deals with the effect of foreign direct in vestment (FDD on industry and on international analysis on the effect of FDI on international trade was made. The gravity model was adopted for that purpose. It turns that the increase in FDI in Korea induces the increase of exports as well as imports. But the net effect, that is, the effect on trade balance, turns out to be positive, if not significant. Survey of 1,286 foreign firms in Korea were made as well. The survey shows that FDI in Korea is, in general, market oriented. The average ratio of imported raw materials as well as the average ratio of domestic sales to exports are relatively high. The market oriented nature of FDI is noticeable especially in transportation machinery and other manufacturing sector, and in FDI from the United States.

인적분할을 통한 지주회사 전환에 대한 연구

본 논문은 인적분할을 통한 지주회사 전환과정에서 나타난 대주주 지분율의 변화 및 주가의 변화를 분석하고 있다. 분석은 주식시장에 상장된 일반지주회사를 대상으로 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 지주회사 전환과정에서 대주주의 지주회사 지분율뿐만 아니라 사업회사 지분율도 크게 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지주회사 전환과정에서의 주가 동향을 분석한 결과, 지주회사의 주가는 크게 하락한 반면 사업회사의 주가는 크게 상승함으로써, 대주주가 지주회사의 지분율을 높이는데 크게 유리하게 작용했던 것으로 나타났다. This paper examines changes in the stock share of the major shareholder as well as changes in the stock price in the process of spin-off into a holding company. Analysis was limited to the holding companies listed in Korean stock market. Result shows that the shares of the major shareholder increased not only for the holding company but also for the operating company in the process of the spin-off. It also shows that the stock prices of the holding company and the operating company moved in opposite directions, so that the major shareholder gained more shares of the holding company.

성장소설에 나타난 역할모델 연구: MBTI 성격유형을 중심으로

본 연구는 MBTI 성격유형에 기초하여 청소년 성장소설에 나타난 인물 역할모델로서 인물의 특징을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 설정된 연구 문제는 ‘성장소설에 등장한 주인공을 역할모델로 유형화 할 수 있는가?’이다. 이러한 연구 문제를 조사하기 위해 성장소설의 개념과 특징을 기술하고 MBTI 성격유형 이론을 기반으로 성장소설에 나타난 역할모델들을 유형별로 분류하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 『몽실언니』의 ‘몽실이’는 보호자 유형(SJ)으로 구분할 수 있었으며, 핵심욕구는 공동체 의식, 책임과 의무로 나타났다. 둘째, 『완득이』의 ‘완득이’는 예술가 유형(SP)으로 구분되었으며, 핵심욕구로 자유와 행동, 흥분과 다양성이 나타났다. 셋째, 『마당을 나온 암탉』의 ‘잎싹’은 이상가 유형(NF)으로 구분되었으며, 핵심욕구는 지속적인 성장과 삶의 목적, 의미를 추구하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 『데미안』의 ‘싱클레어’는 대표적인 합리론자유형(NT)으로 구분하였다. 핵심욕구는 지식과 의지력, 그리고 전문성이었다. 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로 성장소설을 활용한 진로독서프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제안하였다. This study aimed to analyze characteristics of figures who appear in adolescent growth novels on the basis of MBTI psychological type. A research question related to that aim was “Could main figures in novels be classified as a role model? In order to investigate that research question, constructs and characteristics of growth novels were described and role models in the novels were classified into MBTI psychological types. The results of the analysis are as follows; First, 'Mongsil'(character of ‘Sister Mongsil’) could be classified as a protector type (SJ), and the core desire appeared as community consciousness, responsibility and duty. Second, the 'Wandug’(characte of Wandug) is classified as a artist type (SP), and the core desires are freedom, action, excitement and diversity. Third, 'Yipssak'(character of ‘The hen who came out of the yard’) is classified as Ideal Type (NF), and the core desire is pursuing continuous growth, purpose of life, meaning. Fourth, "Sinclair"(character of ‘Damian’) is classified into representative rationalist type (NT). The core needs were knowledge, willpower, and expertise. Based on these results, I suggest the necessity of developing career reading program using growth novel.
