웹캠 무선원격 모니터링 서비스가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

서비스 산업의 비중이 날로 높아지는 시기에 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어서 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공이 더욱 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 감시카메라 등으로 사용되면서 문제점만 부각되고 있는 웹카메라를 감시나 보안 등의 목적 외에 차별화된 서비스품질 제공의 수단으로 활용되기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유치원/어린이집 학부모를 대상으로 WebCam에 의한 원격모니터링 서비스의 서비스 품질 구성요인에 대한 재구성 및 서비스 품질요인이 고객의 성향에 따라 어떻게 인식되는지에 대한 연구를 실시하였으며, WebCam에 의한 서비스 품질 구성요인이 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 주는 영향요인을 규명하였다. 이러한 변수 간의 상관관계와 영향 현상을 연구하기 위해 WebCam 원격모니터링 서비스를 사용하고 있는 유치원/어린이 집을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 WebCam 모니터링 서비스 품질 구성요인을 영상품질 및 전송속도, 편의성, 이동성 및 휴대성, 가시성, 상호작용성, 신뢰성으로 설정하였으며, 그 중 영상품질 및 전송속도, 가시성, 상호작용성, 신뢰성이 고객만족 영향요인으로 나타났다. 고객특성 변수 중에서 불만대처성향, 혁신성, 디지털 기기 숙련도에 따라 서비스품질 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 연구결과가 마케팅적으로 어떻게 활용될 수 있는가가 논의된다. Today the service industry is growing, and differentiated services for marketing and service quality is emerging as a serious problem. Until now, the WebCam is used for observation, and the negative aspects, such as from a human rights issue has become. Discipline and Punish is not to use a webcam to customer satisfaction research is needed. Therefore, wireless monitoring in WebCam service quality of the service reconfiguration and service quality factors for the configuration of the customer`s preference regarding how research was recognized. Configuration of the service quality factors WebCam service customer satisfaction and customer loyalty was to identify factors that affect. These services to study the correlation between the quality variables WebCam provides wireless monitoring services for the preschool and children, a survey of the house. Configuring a wireless monitoring service quality in order to research the factors WebCam video quality and transmission speed, mobility and portability, convenience, visibility, reliability, and the interaction of the castle set. Severely and video quality and transmission speed, visibility, reliability, customer satisfaction, the interaction factors are said. Inclination to participate in social issues, innovation, digital devices that use a skilled, depending on the difference in the service quality has been confirmed. However, the age and quality of service awareness and job types showed a low correlation, and the marketing of these results will be discussed and how that can be used.
Fe/BEA 제올라이트 촉매의 N<sub>2</sub>O/NO 동시 환원 반응에서 금속 담지 방법이 촉매 활성에 미치는 영향

Fe/BEA 제올라이트 촉매의 $N_2O/NO$ 동시 환원반응에서 Fe이온을 담지하는 방법이 촉매의 활성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. Fe/BEA 제올라이트 촉매는 함침법과 이온교환법으로 제조되었으며, 제조된 촉매의 성능을 확인하기 위하여 암모니아를 환원제로 사용하는 선택적 촉매 환원 반응을 실시하였다. 그 결과 이온교환 촉매는 함침 촉매보다 높은 NO 및 $N_2O$ 전환율을 나타내었다. 이러한 촉매 활성의 차이를 규명하기 위하여 XRD, $H_2-TPR$, $O_2-TPD$, XPS와 같은 촉매 특성 분석들이 수행되었다. 이온교환 촉매의 활성 증가는 향상된 환원 특성 및 증가된 산소 탈착 속도에 기인한 것으로 판단되며, 이온교환 촉매 제조시 촉매 활성과 관련이 있는 $Fe^{2+}$가 함침 촉매에 비해 약 1.6배 이상 형성되는 것을 XPS 분석을 통하여 확인하였다. The influence of catalytic activity on Fe loading methods over Fe/BEA zeolite catalyst in the simultaneous reduction of $N_2O/NO$ has been studied. The Fe/BEA zeolite catalysts were prepared by ion exchange and impregnation. Catalytic tests were carried out in the selective catalytic reduction using ammonia as a reductant to identify the activity of prepared catalysts. The results show that the ion exchanged catalyst exhibited higher NO and $N_2O$ conversions than the impregnated catalysts did. To investigate the difference in catalytic activity, we performed various analyses such as XRD, $H_2-TPR$, $O_2-TPD$ and XPS. It is considered that the increase in the activity of the ion exchange catalyst is due to improved reducibility and increased oxygen desorption rate. In addition, the ion exchange catalyst was found through the XPS analysis that $Fe^{2+}$, which is related to the catalytic activity, is formed about 1.6 times more than the impregnated catalyst.
소각로 Wetted Scrubber 설계를 위한 단일 Wire 흡수액 유동 흐름막 형성 연구

To design a novel, wetted scrubber system for waste incineration gas treatment, the formation characteristics of thin film down on a wire flow is investigated by absorption experiment. Further numerical calculation is made for the formation of thin film by gravity along the wire to assist in the experiment result. Based on calculation of the liquid film analysis, 3 ㎜ wire is the most adequate for the scrubber that its film thickness is less and retention time of fluid is longer. To verify the result of analysis, it is made an experiment on one wire flow with liquid film thickness, retention time, area of absorption and the volume of fluid. The design parameters of lab-scale scrubber are derived from the one wire flow experiment as 3 ㎜ diameter wire and 3.3 ㎜ hole of solvent reservoir. Liquid film thickness is thinner, amount of fluid is less, time of fluid retention is longer and the area of CO₂ absorption is bigger with 3 ㎜ wire and 3.3 ㎜ hole than any other. Therefore, we decided 3 ㎜ wire and 3.3 ㎜ hole is the most appropriate to lab-scale scrubber.
Fe 이온이 담지된 BEA 제올라이트 촉매의 열처리 온도에 따른 N2O 분해반응에 대한 영향

철 이온을 담지시킨 BEA 제올라이트에서 N2O가 분해되는 반응을 조사하여 열처리 온도가 촉매의 활성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. N2O 분해 반응 실험 결과, Fe/BEA 촉매에 대한 열처리 온도가 증가함에 따라 N2O 분해 활성이 현저히 줄어들었다. 열처리 온도의 증가에 따른 Fe/BEA 촉매의 입자모양 및 크기의 변화는 크지 않았지만, 열처리 온도 증가에 따라 비표면적이 크게 줄어들었다. 또한 열처리온도가 증가함에 따라 β 구조의 결정성이 크게 낮아지는 것을 확인하였고, 열처리 온도가 높아질수록 SiO 구조는 증가하거나 크게 변화가 없는 반면, Fe가 골격구조와 결합된 구조는 감소하는 것으로 판단되었다. 이와 같은 결과로 열처리 온도의 증가에 따라 알루미늄과 Fe가 결합된 β 구조가 붕괴되어 N2O 분해활성이 크게 저하되는 것으로 사료된다. The effect of heat-treatment temperature on the activity of catalysts was studied by investigating N2O decomposition reaction in Fe ion-supported BEA Zeolite. As a result of N2O decomposition reaction experiment, N2O decomposition activity significantly decreased as heat-treatment temperature of Fe/BEA catalyst increased. the shape and size of the particles of Fe/BEA catalyst following the rise of heat-treatment temperature did not display a significant change. But following the rise of the heat-treatment temperature, its surface area was significantly reduced. Also it was confirmed that as the heat-treatment temperature rose, the crystallization of β structure was greatly reduced. And as heattreatment temperature rose, while SiO structure either increased or did not exhibit much change, the structure of Fe bonded with lattice structure was speculated to decrease. From the stated results, it was concluded that the increase of heat-treatment temperature became the cause of the declined activity of catalysts by destruction of its β structure of bonding aluminium and Fe atoms.

This study aimed to develop design modules of common facilities to mount on STED(Smart Thermal Energy Design) platform. Common facilities were defined as the peripheral equipments generally used for thermal energy-intensive industrial facilities and consist of cyclone, bag filter, SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction), hot gas cooling heat exchanger, pump and blower. The level of STED platform user was considered as a beginner in the field of thermal energy-intensive industrial facilities and therefore, the design modules were based on general principles could be easily understood by the STED platform users. For easier use and conceptual consistency, all design modules comprised data browser, design panel and module library. Design module was graphically defined in flow sheet and data for streams and modules were set up at each tab in data browser. At this stage, the configuration and conceptual flow of design modules for STED platform were made in view of user and the modules to be revised according to the basis of STED platform.
