Influence of Electrochemical Properties on Electrochemical Migration of SnPb and SnBi Solders

SnPb solders have been widely used in many fields because of their excellent solderability. To respond to environmental and health concerns regarding SnPb solders, it is necessary to develop lead-free solder for electronic assembly. In this paper, the resistance to the electrochemical migration of eutectic SnPb and SnBi solder alloys was evaluated and analyzed to detect the difference in the electrochemical migration behavior between these solders by their electrochemical properties. Pb and Bi additions to a Sn-base solder improved the resistance to electrochemical migration because of enhanced polarization properties. The resistance was closely related to the cathodic deposition efficiency and the anodic dissolution behavior. In addition, the composition of the dendrite formed by the electrochemical migration was related to the standard electrode potential of the alloying element.

성인 애착과 전문적 도움 추구 의도: 심리적 불편감, 지각된 사회적 지지, 자기은폐의 매개효과검증

The present study examined the mediating roles of self concealment, perceived social support, and psychological distress in the relationship between adult attachment and help-seeking intention. Results from structural equation modeling revealed that both individuals with attachment anxiety and individuals with attachment avoidance concealed the personal information in a high level, which negatively contributed to their perceived social support. Their perception of a lack of social support then negatively contributed to their experience of distress, and their distress positively contributed to their help-seeking intention. Implications of the present study as well as suggestions for future research were discussed. 이 연구는 성인 애착과 전문적 도움 추구 의도, 심리적 불편감, 지각된 사회적 지지, 자기은폐 간에 어떤 관계가 있는 지를 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 심리적 불편감, 지각된 사회적 지지, 자기은폐는 성인 애착(불안애착과 회피애착)과 전문적 도움 추구 의도 간에 어떠한 매개역할을 하는 지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울, 부산, 인천 지역의 4년제 5개 대학의 학생 330명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 성인 애착과 자기은폐, 지각된 사회적 지지, 심리적 불편감, 전문적 도움 추구 의도를 측정하고 이들 간의 관계를 구조방정식을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 모형을 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 수용할 만한 적합도를 보여 이 연구에서 설정한 자기은폐, 지각된 사회적 지지, 심리적 불편감이 성인 애착과 전문적 도움 추구 의도 간에 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 지각된 사회적 지지와 심리적 불편감을 매개변인으로 사용한 모형과 그 모형에 자기은폐의 매개효과를 추가한 모형을 비교하여서는 후자가 적합도가 더 좋았으나 두 모형의 적합도 간에 근소한 차이만 나타나므로 추후 구조적 경로에 대한 체계적인 분석이 필요하다.

영어 동화 어휘와 교육과정 어휘의 관련성 조사- 초등 영어를 중심으로

Vocabulary is one of the most important factors in developing language learners' communicative competence. Many studies have shown that storybooks have a great effect on improving students' English vocabulary. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the words of English Curriculum and those of English storybooks and to classify the English storybooks for elementary students. For this purpose, two corpora were built by wording the texts into a computer. One is a corpus of elementary English textbooks and the other is a corpus of one hundred English storybooks selected according to certain criteria. The results of analyzing the corpora using a concordance program are as follows. First, the words of corpora of English textbooks and the those of English storybooks were compared to CIC and CANCODE Spoken. The analysis showed that English storybooks include more authentic words than English textbooks do. Second, one hundred English storybooks were classified for each grade of elementary student and the standards of choosing English storybooks for elementary English lessons were suggested: The storybooks having less than 20% lexical variation, the storybooks written with less than 50 types and the storybooks including more than 70% types of English curriculum. Corpora for children using English storybooks, videotapes, dramas and so on need to be built in the future. 본 연구는 초등영어 교사들의 영어 동화책 사용 실태를 조사하여 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 영어 동화의 어휘를 분석하고, 영어 동화책의 어휘가 얼마나 진정성 높은 어휘로 이루어져 있으며 교육과정 어휘와 어느 정도 관련성을 갖고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 초등영어 수업에 활용이 가능한 동화의 수준과 목록을 제안하고자 한다.본 연구를 위해 먼저 선정된 영어 동화책 100권의 어휘를 컴퓨터에 입력하여 코퍼스를 만들었고, 컨코던스 프로그램을 이용하여 어휘 분석을 하였다. 그 결과, 대용량 코퍼스의 어휘와 비교해 볼 때, 영어 동화책의 어휘가 교과서의 어휘에 비해 진정성이 있음이 밝혀졌다. 영어 동화책 선정의 적정 수준을 제시하면, 어휘 변이가 20% 이하인 책, 동화 전체의 어휘 수(type)가 50개 이하인 책, 교육과정 어휘를 70% 이상 포함한 책이 초등 수준에 적당하다는 것이다. 이와 같은 조건을 갖춘 동화책은 동화 안에서 어휘가 5회 이상 반복되고, 학습할 어휘 수가 적은 편이며, 교육과정을 통해 학습한 어휘를 바탕으로 하기 때문에 대체로 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 동화라 하겠다. 영어 동화 코퍼스는 진정성 있는 어휘로 이루어진 예시문을 어린이 수준에 맞게 제시해 줄 수 있으므로 활용 가치가 크다. 앞으로 다양한 자료를 활용하여 어린이 수준의 코퍼스 구축을 한다면 영어 학습에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

개구리 난자에서 Protein Kinase C의 활성화에 의한 Maturation Promoting Factor의 생성유도

개구리의 난자로 부터 maturation promoting factor(MPF)를 추출, 부분 분리하여 이들의 활성을 조사하고 이 물질의 생성과 protein kinase C(반KC)와의 관계를 조사하SB다. 성숙된 난자를 분쇄한 후 초원심분리과정을 거쳐 MPF의 crude extract(CE)를 얻은 다음 ultrafiltration (UF)과 고속액체크로마토그라피를 거쳐서 3종류의 분획 (peak 1, 11, and 111)을 얻었다. 이들 분획을 in nitro assay와 autoradiDgraphy를 사용하여 확인한 결과 분획 11에서 MPF 활성이 있는 것을 알았다. 분리 단계에 따라 MPF의 정제도를 Hl histone kinase assay로 조사한 결깍 UF를 거친 것은 CE보다 약 3배로, 분획 11에서는 약 117배로 증가한 것을 확인하였다. 또한 MPF분획의 인산화를 autoradiography로 조사한 결과 45 KD 단백질을 포함한 수종의 난자 단백질이 강하게 인산화되었음을 알 수 있었다. PKC의 활성화가 난자내 MPF의 생성을 유도하는가를 보기 위하여 PKC의 활성제인 12-0-tetradecanoyl phorbol 13 acetate(TPA)를 처리한 난자의 세포질 추출물을 미세주입 법으로 조사한 결과 TPA 처리 후 6시간부터 난자내 MPF의 활성이 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 PKC의 활성화가 MPF의 생성을 유도하고, MPF의 활성화와 함께 일부 단백질들의 인산화를 통하여 궁극적으로 난자 성숙을 촉진했음을 시사한다.

무용전공 대학생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 자기효능감이 진로결정 태도에 미치는 영향

This study is intended to identify the effect of self-efficacy and intolerance of uncertainty on attitude of career decision making in college dance student. The subject of the study is 226 students in universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and all questions were made up, with a survey as a measurement tool, on the basis of precedent study and theories conforming to purpose of the study. Data were processed, with use of SPSS WIN Ver.14.0, through simple regression analysis to identify the effect of intolerance of uncertainty on self-efficacy and attitude of career decision making. As a result, it indicates that all about self-efficacy and attitude of career decision making were affected. To identify the effect of self-efficacy on attitude of career decision making, multiple-regression analysis was performed. As a result, it demonstrates that self-efficacy positively affected independence and preparedness in factors of attitude of career decision making, and confidence negatively affected decisive dimension and practicality, and level of difficulty negatively affected practicality and independence in the factors of attitude of career decision making.
