        복합트레이닝 운동부하 방법이 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of complex training exercise intensity loading methods on isokinetic muscle function(knee joint). Research subjects were 12 college man students who major in physical education. They were divided into two types of experimental groups; group of the regular wave type loading method was strength and weakness of training intensity differently loading in single day and group of the plateau type loading method was training intensity uniformly loading in single day. Substance of muscle training was made up complex training of weight training and plyometric training. Observation variable was pre, 4weeks, 8weeks, 12weeks test in four time, isokinetic muscle function(knee joint) test was maximum torque, average power, total work. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; Maximum torque variation was showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups by pre, 4weeks, 8weeks, 12weeks test in right and left flexor · extensor of 60°/sec. Between group showed a statistically significant difference at left flexor · extensor. Interaction effect of the maximum torque was showed a statistically significant difference at right flexor and left flexor · extensor. Average power variation was showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups by pre, 4weeks, 8weeks, 12weeks training in right and left flexor · extensor of 180°/sec. Between group was showed a statistically significant difference at right extensor. Interaction effect of the average power was showed a statistically significant difference at right and left flexor · extensor. Total work variation was showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups by pre, 4weeks, 8weeks, 12weeks in right and left flexor · extensor of 180°/sec. Between group was showed a statistically significant difference at right extensor. Interaction effect of the total work was showed a statistically significant difference at left flexor · extensor.

        테니스 스트로크 평가도구 개발

        The purpose of this study was to suggest development of measurement and evaluation in tools for evaluation of section motion in tennis stroke, investigate objectivity of measurement and evaluation in tools. It was completed evaluation in tools of proved content validity through the expert group of tennis, after make out a reserve evaluation in tools as a media and a literature of foundation study of tennis stroke in the past days. Research evaluators were some of 5 tennis lovers in Gyeonggi province who has a year of tennis career and research subjects were some of 10 tennis beginners of Gyeonggi province who has a month of tennis career. results from analysis of objectivity of first and second evaluation in tools according to evaluators. It wasn`t statistically significant difference among the evaluators and it was able to get the reliable coefficients of objectivity. Therefore, the developed measurement and evaluation in tools for tennis stroke of this study was proved objectivity. In conclusion, the developed measurement and evaluation in tools for tennis stroke was useful to the efficient tennis stroke teaching through the comprehension of section motion in tennis stroke. And it will need the development of measurement and evaluation in tools of another tennis skill or another sports skill through this study.

        중ㆍ고등학교 육상선수들의 성격유형 분석

        This study explained how the athletes differed in character depending on the sports item, and discussed the relation between the characteristics of the male and female student track and field players and types of character by examining 375 male and female student field and track players at middle and high schools registered with the Korean Federation of Athletic Association. Based on the findings of this study, the following conclusion was reached. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that since ESTJs and ESTPs were the largest groups among the players when analyzed according to the items of athletics, most valuable players and ordinary players, sex and a grade, while INFJs were the lowest group in an analysis based on the items of athletics, most valuable players and ordinary players, sex and a grade, both ESTJs and ESTPs were thought to be more capable of acquiring the required skills and adapting themselves to athletics than INFJs. It may therefore be safe to form conclusions that the results of this study can be utilized in selecting the right players and giving them the right roles as well as effectively training them.

        대안학교 고등학생들의 체육수업 만족도 연구

        The purpose of this study was offering a fundamental material to maximize physical education lesson through comparative study on physical education lesson satisfaction of alternative high school's students. To achieve this purpose, total 245 samples were drawn for subjects of this study and subjects were alternative high school's students. It was comparative analyzed on physical education lesson satisfaction of alternative high school's students according to the sexㆍschool gradeㆍfrequency of participationㆍexercise item. The result of this study were as follows; the distinction of sex, it appeared that physical education lesson satisfaction was male>female and close to 4point. And it showed a statistically significant difference at effectiveness of physical education lesson. The distinction of school grade, it appeared that physical education lesson satisfaction was 1>2>3 and close to 4point. But it wasn't statistically significant difference. The distinction of frequency of participation, it was high physical education lesson satisfaction of participant students at 3~5 time. But it wasn't statistically significant difference. The distinction of exercise item, it was high physical education lesson satisfaction of participant students at ball game. And it showed statistically significant difference at physical education teacher, effectiveness of physical education lesson. In conclusion, it was suggested that qualitative improvement of physical education lesson, diversification of exercise item, the expansion of physical facilities and physical materials, changing awareness about physical education lesson, introduction of safety education subject, etc.

        축구선수의 발목관절 테이핑과 기술수행능력과의 관계

        The skill inspection which is the standard of the skill performance ability was performed to verify the problem and the hypothesis of this study. In this study, non-elastic C-tape being used by most soccer players was applied to ankle joint and the effect of the tapping was scientifically examined. The subjects of this study were composed of 18 students who are in M University, and the age range is between 20 and 23. Their skill tests through dribble, long kick, shoot, lifting which were the bases of the soccer were performed twice without ankle joint tapping. After those, the same tests were performed with ankle joint tapping. Also, it was used with test-retest method for stability of tests. The following is the result of this test. In case of the dribble(sec) and shoot(point), these were showed that the measured value decreased by little with the tapping at test-retest, but the difference is not so big statistically. In case of long kick(m) and lifting(rep), these were showed that the measured value increased by 4.00m and 7.67rep and 8.84rep with the tapping at test-retest, and the difference is so big statistically(p<.001, p<.01). It was showed that skill performance ability increased by little after with the tapping at all. In conclusion, the tapping is not a restrictive factor to show player's skill performance ability, and it is not used only for supporting the ankle joint and preventing an injury, but for protecting players and expecting quality games. Therefore taping is recommended that soccer players use the tapping before the game begins to prevent some injury and expect player's better skill performance ability.

        남ㆍ여 대학생의 Body shaping (체중조절ㆍ체형관리ㆍ체력향상)을 위한 유산소ㆍ저항 운동 및 식이조절 프로그램의 효과검증에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect verification of AerobicㆍResistance Exercise & Diet Control Program for Body Shaping(weight & figure controlㆍphysical fitness promotion) on weight, body composition and physical fitness. Research subjects were composed of 37 student in ‘A’, ‘H’, ‘M’, ‘s’ university of Gyeonggi Area who have take a health related cultural sports course. They were divided into two types of groups; female group(n=15) and male group(n=22). Observation variable was pre, 10weeks test in two time, body composition test was body weight, body water, muscle mass, lean body mass, body fat mass, body fat percent, waist hip ratio(HWR), BMI and physical fitness test was muscle strength(grip, back), muscle endurance(sit-up, push-up), power(vertical jump), flexibility(sitting trunk forward flexion), agility(whole body reaction time test), balance(standing on one leg with eyes closed) Cardiorespiratory fitness(step test; physical efficiency index=PEI). One-way ANOVA with repeated measure were used for analyzing the data. Results found from such a comparative analysis study was as follows; Body composition(body weight, lean body mass, body fat mass, body fat percent, waist hip ratio, BMI) and physical fitness(all) variations were showed a statistically significant difference by pre and 10weeks test(p<.05). In conclusion, it could be know the positive effects of AerobicㆍResistance Exercise & Diet Control Program for Body Shaping(weight & figure controlㆍphysical fitness promotion) through improvement of weight, body composition and physical fitness factor in female and male university students who have take a health related cultural sports course.
