        미용사의 인적서비스품질이 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the organizational culture of hairdressers a and Work a a and Work a and Work Performance, and to present the basic data to prepare a plan for enhancing the organizational c culture and the Work Performance of hairdressers. The organizational culture of hairdressers is three s subfactors, and the subfactors of work performance are three factors. As a result of examining the influence o of th o of th o of the organizational culture of hairdressing workers on work performance, there were statistically s significant results in group culture, hierarchical culture, and development culture. The organizational c culture of hairdressers is an important variable in their performance. Therefore, if the goal of the o organization is set in a strategic direction to enhance the organizational culture of the hairdresser and t the hairdresser's capacity is strengthened, the work performance will be high, resulting in a higher sense o of belonging to the hairdresser's organization and lower turnover. Although this study was conducted with limited subjects and variables, we hope that the following studies will continue a comprehensive and practical study considering various variables.

        보강사면에서의 지오그리드의 강화 효과에 대한 수치적 해석

        In this study, the result of measurements a geogrid-reinforced slope and the simulation result using the finite element analysis program Visual FEA/Edu were compared for verifying the validity of the finite element analysis model that was used. A reinforced slope was formed as a finite element mesh and the soil and geogrids physical properties were assigned. The actual settlement of the reinforced slope and finite element analysis results from the contour image showed similar aspects. When the finite element mesh was correctly formed and the exact physical properties of the target were assigned, it was supposed that the results of analysis were reliable. By simulating the field condition before construction, we can dtermine what kind of geosynthetics are reasonable for designing and installation in the field.

        현대 헤어스타일에 나타난 비대칭구조 연구

        This research makes a general study of hair in connection with shapes shown in works of Russian constructivism that are picture, drawings, sculpture and architecture and recognize asymmetric structure shown in hair style by analyzing how the characteristics of asymmetric structure was represented and are expressed now so as to contribute future hair trend analysis. This paper is based on leading paper about asymmetric structure, reference books, and pictures and approaches to asymmetric structure of hair style and collects mass media as a material for this research. Results of analysis about asymmetric structure in modern hair style are as follows. First, Both style, fixed, simple and serious image and atypical style are shown simultaneously. Second. active, fine and refinement which are characteristics of asymmetric structure are expressed in hair style. Third, asymmetric structure in men's hair style seems to be refined or smart and in woman's hair style, it seems to be refined if she has pretty image and to be cute and active if she has charming image.         지렁이 자가분해물을 이용한 헤어 트리트먼트 개발 및 유지력에 관한 연구 - 탈색모를 중심으로 -

        We developed a product using the earthworm autolyzate, and studied the hair conditioning effect and the retentive force. We studied the morphological changes using SEM and the experiment on the basic physical properties to examine what effects the earthworm conditioner has on the hair after penetrating the damaged hair. All the skin safety tests by the earthworm autolyzate showed a negative result. The hair having used the conditioner which contains the earthworm autolyzate increased to the form similar to the normal hair in the thickness and weight, and was high in the retentive force. This shows that the effect and retentive force of the earthworm conditioner are effective. We could confirm that, immediately after treating the hair with the earthworm conditioner, the hair had the smooth surface, and that was made the scale arrangement to be maintained, and that the hair was affected. The earthworm conditioner increased the hair tensile strength to the form similar to the normal hair by increasing the strength and the coefficient of expansion which was decreased by the damage. Also, the retentive force also was high by a little difference. This shows that the tensile strength increased according as the earthworm conditioner filled the hair damaged by dyeing with the matrix, and surrounded the cuticle. When putting together the results like this, we could confirm that the earthworm autolyzate peptied had an excellent conditioning effect on the cuticle getting loose and desquamated by the damage, and that it increased the retentive force. 지렁이 자가 분해물을 이용한 제품을 개발하고, 모발 트리트먼트 효과와 유지력을 연구하였다. 지렁이 트리트먼트가 화학 시술 전·후 처리하고 손상모발 내부로 침투하여 모발에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 기초물성 실험과 SEM을 이용한 형태학적 변화를 연구하였다. 지렁이 자가분해물의 피부 안전성 검사는 모두 음성의 결과를 보였다. 지렁이 자가 분해물이 함유되어 있는 트리트먼트를 사용한 모발 굵기와 무게는 정상모에 가깝게 증가하였으며, 유지력이 높았다. 이는 지렁이 트리트먼트 효과와 유지력이 효과적이라고 볼 수 있다. 지렁이 트리트먼트 처리 직후에 매끄러운 표면을 확인할 수 있었고, scale의 정돈이 유지되었으며, 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 인장강도에서 지렁이 트리트먼트는 손상으로 인하여 낮아진 강도와 신장율을 다시 높여줌으로써 정상모와 거의 같게 모발의 강도가 증가하였다. 또한, 유지력에서 적은차이로 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 종합해 볼 때 지렁이 자가 분해물 peptide가 손상으로 인하여 들뜨고 박리된 모표피에 뛰어난 트리트먼트 효과가 나타났으며 유지력 또한 길게 나타났다.

        동백오일을 첨가한 열펌의 트리트먼트효과와 웨이브효율성 연구

        This study is for the treatment effect and wave efficiency shown by using camellia oil, a natural material, for hair damaged by heat perm, a chemical treatment. For this, An experimental group containing camellia oil and a control group without it were prepared. and then, hair tensile strength measurement, absorbance measurement, SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) observation, and hair gloss measurement were tested. First, in the tensile strength measurement, the tensile strength of the heat perm with camellia oil was higher than that of the heat perm without camellia oil. And as a result of absorbance measurement using methylene blue, the average absorbance of hair containing camellia oil was low. Second, in SEM, heat perm containing camellia oil showed less cuticle damage. Also, there was no cuticle damage in the heat perm containing camellia oil compared to the heat perm without camellia oil in the time observation. As a result of the gloss measurement, the degree of damage according to the time of the heat perm increased, but the damage was less in the heat perm including camellia oil. Based on these results, it was found that camellia oil had a high treatment effect of heat perm.

      • 체리 수집품종의 초기 생육 특성평가

        체리(Prunus avium L.)는 5월~6월에 수확되는 초여름 과실로 2020년을 기준으로 5년간 재배면적이 336ha에서 845ha로 급격하게 증가하였다. 재배면적 증가와 더불어 재배품종도 다양해졌으나 각 품종별 생육 특성 등에 관한 자료는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 체리 수집 품종의 초기 생육 특성을 조사하고 조기결실 가능성에 관한 기초자료를 확보하고자 실시하였다. 레드크라운, 블랙골드 등 9종에 대해서 2019년 2월 노지에 4 × 3m 간격으로 재식하였고, 수형은 KGB형으로 구성하였으며, 발아기, 수고, 주간경, 신초수, 신초장, 신초경 및 꽃눈 발생상황을 3반복으로 조사하였다. 발아기의 경우, 2020년에는 3월 9일~3월 23일까지 품종 간 최대 14일의 발아기 차이가 있었고, 2021년에는 3월 23일~3월 29일로 6일의 발아기 차이를 보였으며, 2년 평균으로는 10일의 발아기 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 수체생육 조사결과, 수고는 레드크라운이 283.3cm로 가장 높았으며, 주간경은 브룩스 품종에서 85.3mm로 굵은 경향을 보였다. 신초 발생수는 승리 품종이 11.7개로 가장 많았던 반면, 신초 생육은 레드크라운 품종에서 신초장 173cm, 신초경 24.7mm로 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 꽃눈 발생상황을 살펴본 결과, 방옥 품종의 평균 화총수가 68.3개/주로 가장 많았고, 다크뷰트 품종이 15.3개/주로 가장 적었다. 방옥, 베니테마리 품종에서 꽃눈이 60개 이상 나온 것으로 보아, 다른 품종에 비해 조기 결실에 유리할 것으로 예상되었다.

        지렁이 자가분해물 컨디셔너가 펌에 미치는 효과

        This study aims to develop a product using earthworm`s autolyzed peptides. After applying the earthworm conditioner before and after the chemical administration, this paper observed its treatment effect and retentivity. This article studied how the earthworm conditioner affects hair when it penetrates permed hair through basic physical property tests and SEM and observed its morphological changes. The experimental group treated with the conditioner having earthworm`s autolysate before and after the administration to permed hair had significantly thicker and heavier hair than the normal permed hair or the control group in general. Moreover, its retentivity according to the times of shampooing was significantly higher than the normal permed hair or the control group. Also, the experimental group showed a higher amino acid content than the normal hair or the control group. And the experimental group treated with the earthworm conditioner indicated higher wave efficiency of permed hair than the control group. The tensile force was also significantly higher in the experimental group than the normal hair or the control group. And this remained significantly high even after the 20 times of shampooing. In the observation with an optical microscope and SEM, the experimental group had smooth surface with the surface of the outer layer neatly arranged. The arrangement of the scale remained the same even after the 10 times of shampooing. It is thought that the retentive force together with the scale arrangement was increased as the earthworm autolysate peptide filled in the matrix slipped out due to the damage and wrapped the surface by being adhered well because it has the strong polarization for the hair with the negative ion through the disufide (s-s) bond created in perming after the pretreatment of the chemical treatment and the electrostatic interaction created by the post-treatment. Putting these results together, it is thought that the earthworm autolysate peptide, a natural material, is valuable to apply as a new conditioner ingredient.

        동백오일을 활용한 염색모의 모발개선 효과 연구

        This study used camellia oil, a natural ingredient, to study whether camellia oil has the effect of improving the hair quality damaged by dyeing. first, In order to find out the change in chromaticity of dyed hair due to the content of camellia oil, L*, a*, and b* value measurement were performed. As a result, Through the L* value of the dyed hair according to the camellia oil content, it was found that the dyed hair containing 2 g of camellia oil had a subtle effect of color clarity and dyeability. There was also less fading. In order to determine the degree of damage to the hair, the absorbance measurement using methylene blue showed a decrease in the average in hairs dyed with 2 g of camellia oil, indicating that there was a hair improvement effect in hairs dyed with camellia oil. As a result of studying whether the hair dye containing camellia oil has the effect of improving hair quality, the absorption strength decreased and the tensile strength increased. In addition, absorbance measurement, gloss measurement, and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) experiments were conducted. As a result, It was confirmed that there is an effect of improving hair quality in terms of the constant arrangement of cuticles on the hair surface and increasing the gloss of the hair. It was found that camellia oil, a natural ingredient, has a high effect on improving hair quality of dyed hair in order to minimize damage to dyed hair.
