      • 도시하수 처리에 의한 미생물 오염의 제거효과에 관한 조사연구(I) -청계천 하수처리장을 중심으로-

        This investigation was carried out to evaluate the removal effect of biological contaminants for the municipal sewage treatment process at Cheonggye Cheon terminal plant which in the first plant for municipal sewage treatment in Seoul area. It was conducted in raw influent, primary treatment water and secondary treatment water from September, 1986 to July, 1987. The results were as follow; 1, The primary treatment could eliminate microbials for $65.38\%$ of total bacteria, $64.35\%$ of total coliform, $62.16\%$ of fecal coliform $69.48\%$ of pseudomonas and $64.70\%$ of fecal streptococci in averages for a year respectively. 2. The secondary treatment could eliminate microbials for $97.50\%$ of total bacteria, $97.30\%$of total coliform, $95.95\%$ of fecal coliform, $97.00\%$ of pseudomonas and $96.53\%$ of fecal streptococci in average for a year respectively. 3. In the detect rate of pathogenic agent, salmonella spp was decreased $12.5\%$ to $4.2\%$ in primary treatment and it was not detected in secondary treatment, shigella spp was detected $4.2\%$ in influent water but it was not detected in primary and secondary treatment. 4. In the seasonal variation of treatment effect, the removal of summer was the highest, and the removal of all item in winter was lower than the other seasons. 5. There was significant correlation between water temperature and microbal all items (P<0.05) $NH_3-N$ and Microbal items (P< 0.01) at raw water.

        먹장어 육질 및 외피중의 (外皮中) 중금속함량에 관한 조사연구

        This survey was conduct to proffer basic data for the contents of heavy metal in Eptatretus burgeri. The concentration of heavy metals (Cr, As, Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn) was carried out the test by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer from May, 1989 to June, 1989. The samples were collected at imported leather factory and Jagalchi fishery market located in Pusan. The order of heavy metal concentration in meat was Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu> Pb > Cr > As > Cd. The concentration of Chromium (Cr) was the highest in complete finished skin of all samples with 254.3±201.9 mg/kg (p<0.01). There was no significant between heavy metal concentration of meat which imported, coastal fishery and marketing Eptatretus bugeri.

        청정지역과 서울지역의 대기오염 특성비교 : 오존을 중심으로

        A study had been performed on the characteristics of air pollutants in background areas and Seoul city for the period of May and October in 96, 97. The monitoring stations of background areas were located at Mt.Sobaek, Mt.Deokyu, Mt.Jiri and other 10 urban monitoring stations were located in Seoul city. The results were as follows : 1. In background areas, ozone concentrations at Mt.Sobaek, Mt.Deokyu, and Mt.Jiri were 96.5±17.7 ppb(Seoul 23.1±19.2 ppb), 33.5±12.6 ppb(Seoul 10.2±9.6 ppb) and 59.7±18.8 ppb (Seoul 13.6±14.1 ppb), respectively. These concentrations were 3.28~4.39 times higher than those measured in Seoul. 2. In Seoul, daily variations of ozone showed a peak at 2~4 P.M. and low concentration at night time, while they didri t show much variance in background areas. 3. Air pollutant concentrations except ozone, were much lower in background areas than in Seoul ; in background areas NO₂ concentrations were 2.1~16.7 times, THC concentrations were 1.72~16.67 times lower than in Seoul. Daily variations of NO₂, THC hardly appeared in background areas. 4. Ozone was correlated positively with UV(2hours-lag time), temperature and correlated negatively with relative humidity of atmospheric factors in Seoul. Of air pollutants it was correlated positively with NOₓ, NO₂, THC with 6~8 hours, 4~6 hours, 7~9 hours lag time respectively. 5. The typical ozone daily variation of large city appeared in Seoul but there was no evidence that photochemical reaction happened at background areas.
