To use the basic data for clearing up the improper thinking and dissatisfaction on the ship's officer for the undergraduate students who will become ship's officer after graduate, question-papers filled out with answers by 1,092 undergraduate students of the whole country were analyzed. An average number of applicants for becoming ship's officer by the course of study on the college students showed 47.2% for the course of fisheries and 77.2% for that of maritime, furthermore 83.5% of applicants for that of fisheries want to go on board at the merchant ship. The reason is due to big difference on salary and other treatments between the deck officer and engineer at the fishing vessel, therefore it is surely need to improve the systems. The rate of applicants for the job on the ship among students who did not undergo the military service showed 49.6%. and 48.5% of them answered that their motive for entering the school was due to the Special Exemption System in the law of the military service. however it's number is one person per 4 ship in this year, therefore if this number is increased. deficiency of ship's officer will be cleared up considerably. The short working period of less than 5 years on the ship was desired by 67.9% of the college students, and 50.8% of the high school students. Because ship's engineers tend to give up the job on the ship before reaching a leading engineer the countermeasure should be taken in such ways as a broad wage increase, better treatment and the introduction of system to have their wives on board as in advanced countries, which will result in their long-period work on board. The major reason. that student.s, do. not. want to get a job on board is because most of people looked down upon the crew for ship civilazationally and historically in Korea, and the next reason is because the job of crew was selected for' working during the comparative short-period, in order to secure the foundation of funds and bring the military service to a settlement. Therefore first of all the social cognition on the job of crew has to be improved, and it is really required to make the system that could usefully use crew's knowledge. experience and certificate at the place of work on the ground.

약물 이송기능을 갖는 복합구조 초음파 변환기 어셈블리 개발에 관한 연구

대표적인 저강도 초음파 자극 기술인 음파영동은 초음파의 물리적 진동과 온열 효과를 이용하여 약물을 인체 표피 내부로 전달시키는 기법이다. 음파영동법은 치료 약물 전달의 효율을 높일 수 있으며, 인슐린이나 지질 등 분자 크기가 비교적 큰 약물의 전달에도 효과적이라는 장점을 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 음파영동 치료를 위하여 대면적 단일 진동소자와 치료 부위에 약물 이송 기능을 갖는 복합 구조 초음파 변환기 어셈블리를 제안하였다. 또한, 치료 부위의 온도를 상승 및 유지시킬 수 있는 변환기 어셈블리 구조를 제안하고 유효성을 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 변환기 어셈블리는 지속적으로 정량의 약물을 제공하고, 가온을 통하여 약물 전달을 보조함으로써 초음파를 이용한 음파영동 시술의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The sonophoresis, a representative low-intensity ultrasonic therapy, is a technique for delivering the drugs into the epidermis, dermis and skin appendages by using physical vibration and heat effects of the ultrasonic waves. Sonophoresis could increases the delivering and absorption efficiency of the drugs usually consisting of hydrophilic molecules and macromolecules. In addition, it has the advantage of being effective in delivering drugs with relatively large molecular sizes such as insulin or lipid. In this study, we proposed a multi-structure ultrasonic transducer assembly with a large-size single piezoelectric element and a drug delivery function at the treatment site for efficient sonophoresis treatment. Futhermore, a transducer assembly structure capable of raising and maintaining the temperature of the treatment site was proposed and evaluated for effectiveness. The transducer assembly proposed in this study is expected to improve the efficiency of sonophoresis by providing a constant amount of drug, and assisting drug delivery through heating the treatment site.

This paper presents the results of an experimental study on the influence of nano-silica in the relative humidity and autogenous shrinkage in hardening cement mortar. The water-binder ratio was used 0.3 and two types of mortar were used in this study; mortar made with ordinary portland cement and ordinary portland cement with 3, 7, 10% nano-silica added. The increased autogenous shrinkage, as a consequence of a reduction of relative humidity at early ages.

This paper presents a laboratory study on the properties of high-strength mortar incorporating nano-silica(NSM). The results were compared with those of control Potland cement mortar(OPM). Assessments of these mortar mixes were based on shortand long-term performance. These included compressive strength and pore size distribution. Significant strength increases of NSM compared to OPM were observed as early as after 3 days curing, and improvements in the pore size distribution of NSM were also observed.
