This research examines whether difference that is some in inclination of combat sports player's sportsmanship is, and accordingly is purposeful to clear relation. combat sports (fencing, Taekwondo, boxing, induction, wrestling, wrestling) player who research target is having player life in middle·high·an university 399 people be . Used Korean-made measure (KMSOS) that Seong-changhun (2003) verifies changing based on Vallerand MSOS by a tool to measure sportsmanship of players. Data processing used SPSS 12.0 programs. Did reliability analysis that use Cronbach'a coefficient to verify believability of an irradiation tool, Difference of sportsmanship used t-test, one-way ANOVA. In this research, drew following conclusion. First, man appeared higher level than woman in wave and human desire, decision respect, and woman appeared higher level than man in victory or defeat excessive fondness. Second, exercise immersion, decision respect, victory or defeat excessive fondness appeared level that minority is taller than majority. Third, in exercise immersion high school player decision respect appear, and tendency of level that middle school playing the first stone is high in victory or defeat excessive fondness appeared. Fourth, striking radical type of player appeared higher level than Geuraepeulring type of player in companion respect factor. Fifth, player less than exercise career 4 years appeared higher level than player less than 7 years and player more than 7 years for victory or defeat excessive fondness factor. Sixth, Taekwondo for best and companion respect factor, high level appeared to boxing item players.

The purpose of this research was to examine closely the effects of 360 Golf participants, in Seoul and In-cheon, involvment, exercise addiction, and life satisfactions through use of the convenient sampling method. A questionnaire was used for the research, also promax factor analysis and Cronbach's α was used to inspect question validity and reliability. To process the information, the SPSS Version 15.0 Program and perspective and multiple regression analysis' was used. Every analysis was based on the statistical level of significance: p>0.05. First, the result of the research question on exercise adherence participation was entertainment and danger for the males and just entertainment for the females. Entertainment and danger was enjoyed by everyone in the age bracket of 30 to 40 years old including married couples and singles. Second, the result of the research on exercise adherence of exercise addicts was that both males females were affect on emotional devotion, the age bracket of 30 years old was emotional devotion, exercise desires of 40 year olds was affect on emotional devotion and negative effect of exercise desires. In marriage, it was emotional devotion for married's, and unmarried's exercise desires were affect on emotional devotion. Third, the result for the effects of exercise adherence for life satisfaction was that both genders, age brackets, and marriage were all affect on the effects of exercise adherence.

교양스포츠수업 참여 대학생의 참여 동기가 여가생활에 미치는 영향

In this study, stratified cluster random sampling was performed for univiersity students who are attending sports classes as liberal arts among students currently enrolled in universities in 2008 to find out the effect of sports classes as liveral arts at colleges on their leisure life. First, with regard to motivations to attend sports classes as liberal arts according to socio-demographic characteristics, display/achievement motivation, pursuit of happiness motivation, friendship motivation, wellness/physical motivation, purification motivation, pursuit of adventure motivation, and physical fitness motivation show significant differences. In motivations based on student year, display/achievement motivation, pursuit of happiness motivation, friendship motivation, wellness/physical motivation, purification motivation, pursuit of adventure motivation, and physical fitness motivation have significant differences.. Second, satisfaction with leisure life showed significant difference depending on sex and also showed significant difference depending on student year among students attending sports classes. Third, regarding the relationship between the motivation to attend sports classes as liberal arts and satisfaction with leisure life, all the motivations mentioned above have correlation to each other. Fourth, pursuit of happiness motivation, friendship motivation, and purification motivation were found to be the participatory motivations that affect the degree of student's satisfaction with leisure life.

The present study has been conducted on a cooling wheel to enhance the cooling efficiency by performing reverse engineering. Through pipe simulation, pressure and velocity distribution of each point is calculated. This result is then applied to the 3D thermal fluid analysis of which results show temperature distribution of the cooling wheel. With a component replacement and system modifications, such as incresement of pump capacity and the number of cooling channel, the cooling wheel temperature is significantly dropped to reasonable range.

조직공정성이 스포츠조직 구성원의조직신뢰와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

현대사회에서 스포츠가 대중적인 문화로 인식되어 짐에 따라 스포츠조직의 역할과 규모가 점차 확대되고 있다. 이에 스포츠조직에서도 전문적인 경영체계 도입과 효율적인 인적자원관리를 통한 조직의 유효성 향상에 관한 전략이 요구된다. 조직공정성에 대한 연구는 스포츠조직 구성원의 생산성 향상과 원활한 의사소통, 조직통합에 있어 긍정적인 역할을 할 것으로 보인다. 이 연구는 조직공정성이 스포츠조직 구성원의 조직신뢰와 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국민생활체육회 및 산하 시·도 생활체육회(서울, 인천, 경기, 강원지역)에 근무하는 직원을 대상으로 편의표본추출법과 설문조사를 통해 252부의 최종 유효표본을 수집하여 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 자료처리는 SPSS Win Ver 14.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 7.0 프로그램으로는 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실행하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차에 의해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 스포츠조직에서 분배공정성은 조직신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠조직에서 절차공정성은 조직신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠조직에서 분배공정성은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스포츠조직에서 절차공정성은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 스포츠조직에서 조직신뢰는 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. In modern society recognized as a sports as popular culture, and thus the role of Sports Administrative Organization have been gradually increasing in size. So Sports Administrative Organization is necessary to introduce professional management system and strategies to improve its` usability. The study of organizational justice will play a positive role in Sports Administrative Organization for improving productivity, good communication and organizational integration. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of organizational justice on organizational trust and job satisfaction of member of sports administrative organization. Study is conducted for this by gathering 252 final valid samples through convenience sampling method and survey of staffs working in the National Council of Sport and affiliated cities and provinces council of sport (Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Gangwon region). And SPSS Win Ver 14.0 is used for data processing conducting frequency analysis, confidence analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and constative factor analysis, Structural Equation Model analysis are conducted by AMOS 5.0 program. The following results are obtained by the above research method and procedure. First, the distributive justice of sports administrative organization is shown to have passive (+) influence on organizational trust. Second, the procedural justice of sports administrative organization is shown to have passive (+) influence on organizational trust. Third, the distributive justice of sports administrative organization is shown to have passive (+) influence on job satisfaction. Fourth, the procedural justice of sports administrative organization is shown to have passive (+) influence on job satisfaction. Fifth, the organizational trust of sports administrative organization is shown to have passive (+) influence on job satisfaction.

스키리조트 구성원이 지각하는 조직공정성과 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동의 관계

The purpose of this study is to determine organizational justice perceived by member of ski resort and the relations between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In order to do so, 372 cases of effective samples are collected through convenience sampling and survey against employees of ski resort located in Gang-won province, Korea. Also, the data processing was completed by using SPSS Win Ver 14.0 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis, and by using AMOS 7.0 program for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. with procedures and methods of statistics mentioned above, the following results are gained. First, distributive justice perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational commitment is shown. Second, procedural justice perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational commitment is shown. Third, distributive Justice perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior is shown. Fourth, procedural Justice perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior is shown. Fifth, organizational Commitment perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior is shown.

프로농구 타이틀 스폰서십활동과 브랜드인지도, 브랜드이미지, 브랜드충성도의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the casuality of sport title-sponsorship activities on brand awareness, brand image and brand loyalty of a sponsoring company. The 345 respondents in the study were spectators of the 5 round games of the '2009~2010 KCC Professional Basketball' which was sponsored by KCC insurance. They were selected to achieve this purpose using non-probability. For this study, the survey data were collected through survey questionnaires and were analyzed through SPSS 14.0 version and AMOS 4.0. The results of this study based on these methods and procedures were as followings. First, the title-sponsorship activities had a significant effect on brand awareness. Second, the title-sponsorship activities had a significant effect on brand image. Third, the title-sponsorship activities had a significant effect on brand loyalty. Fourth, brand awareness had a significant effect on brand image. Fifth, brand awareness had a significant effect on brand loyalty. Sixth, brand image had a significant effect on brand loyalty.
