사회적경제기반 사회적 기업 사례 연구 -전통문화·관광산업을 중심으로-

이 연구는 사회적경제기반 사회적 기업에 대한 다양한 사례를 분석하고자 한다. 전통문화·관광산업 분야와 관련된 사회적 기업들의 인증요건, 운영현황, 운영특성에 있어 이해관계자에게는 제한적이며 경쟁적 일 수 있다. 이 분야의 사회적 기업 운영사례를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 전통염색공예, 전통리조트, 퓨전국악밴드, 도시전체박물관, 소박한풍경, 지역고택제례체험의 6가지 사례를 분석하였다. 특히 지역고택제례체험은 전통문화 관광활성화와 한식의 확산에 지역과 사회적 기업과의 연계로 사회적 기업이 공동체 기반이 되며, 지역경제 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 사회적경제기반 사회적 기업의 전통문화·관광산업의 우수사례를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 정책적 추진방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. The study is to analyze various cases of social economy-based social enterprises. It can be limited and competitive to stakeholders in terms of certification requirements, operational status and operational characteristics of social enterprises related to traditional culture and tourism sectors. The following are examples of social enterprise operations in this field. The six cases of traditional dyeing craft, traditional resort, fusion traditional band, city-wide museum, plain scenery and local traditional house ritual experience were analyzed. In particular, the experience of local traditional house ritual experience will be a community base for social enterprises through the revitalization of traditional culture and tourism and the spread of Korean food with the connection of local and social enterprises, and will be able to contribute to the development of the local economy. In conclusion, this study is meaningful in that it analyzed the best examples of traditional culture and tourism industries of social economy-based social enterprises and presented policy direction based on them.

고속열차 팬터그래프 동특성 측정 및 동역학 해석을 통한 최적 전차선 장력 예측

팬터그래프(Pantograph)와 전차선간의 동적 상호작용인 접촉력(contact force)은 차량에 대한 안정적 전원공급 특성인 집전성능을 평가하는 중요한 지표이다. 본 연구에서는 동력분산형 고속열차 시험차량인 HEMU-430X(High-speed Electric Multiple Unit – 430km/h eXperiment) 차량의 팬터그래프 동적 접촉력 특성을 전차선 장력에 따라 분석하였고, 이를 팬터그래프-전차선 동적 상호작용 모델을 이용한 해석결과와 비교하였다. 시험결과와 해석결과를 비교한 결과, 주요 동적접촉력 특성인 평균접촉력 및 접촉력 표준편차가 비교적 잘 일치하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 해석모델을 이용하여 전차선 장력과 접촉력과의 상관관계를 차량 운행속도에 따라 제시하였으며, 이를 이용하여 각 운영속도별 최적 전차선 장력을 제시하였고 이를 국제규격과 비교하였다. 그 결과 해석을 통해 도출된 결과와 국제 규격에서 권장하는 전차선 장력이 비교적 잘 일치하는 것을 알 수 있었다. The contact force, which is the dynamic interaction between the pantograph and the catenary, is an important indicator for evaluating the current collecting quality, which is a stable power supply characteristic to the vehicle. In this study, dynamic contact force characteristics of pantograph of HEMU-430X vehicle, which is a power-distributed high-speed train test vehicle, were analyzed according to the catenary tension and compared with the analytical results using the pantograph-catenary interaction model. As a result of comparing the test results with the analytical results, it was confirmed that the average contact force and the standard deviation of the contact force, which are the main dynamic contact force characteristics, coincide relatively well. Using the analytical model, the relationship between the catenary tension and the contact force is presented according to the vehicle speed, and the optimal catenary tension for each operation speed is presented and compared with the international standard. As a result, it was found that the results obtained from the analysis are comparable to those recommended by international standards.
