고장정지율과 경제적 투입순서를 고려한 민자발전소의 회피발전비용 계산

본 논문은 민자발전소의 회피 발전비용을 계산하는 새로운 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 기존의 부하감소법과 달리 민자발전소의 고장정지율과 경제적 투입순서를 정확히 고려할 수가 있다. 그러므로 더욱 정확한 회피 발전비용을 계산할 수가 있다. 또한 확률적 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 계산하므로 민자발전소의 비용에 대한 영향도 정확히 고려할 수가 있다. 부가적으로 한 개 이상의 민자발전소가 참여하였을 때에 회피 발전비용을 할당하는 방법도 제안하였다. 다양한 사례연구를 통해 제안한 방법의 결과를 분석하였다. This paper presents a new method for the evaluation of avoided generation costs. Unlike conventional load decrement method, it exactly considers forced outage rate and economic loading order of IPPs (Independent Power Producers). Therefore we can provide exact generation avoided costs of IPPs by the developed method. Because probabilistic simulation is conducted in this method, effects on the costs of IPPs are exactly considered. Also we suggest an allocation method of avoided generation costs by participation factor. In the case studies we have shown avoided generation costs considering loading order and forced out-age rate by using this method.

This study performed an analysis on power demand reduction effects exhibited by demand response programs, which are advanced from traditional demand-side management programs, in the smart grid environment. The target demand response systems for the analysis included incentive-based load control systems (2 month-ahead demand control system, 1~5 days ahead demand control system,and demand bidding system), which are currently implemented in Korea, and price-based demand response systems (mainly critical peak pricing system or real-time pricing system, currently not implemented, but representative demand response systems). Firstly, the status of the above systems at home and abroad was briefly examined. Next, energy saving effects and peak demand reduction effects of implementing the critical peak or real-time pricing systems, which are price-based demand response systems, and the existing incentive-based load control systems were estimated.

In this paper, a double artificial neural network (ANN) approach and the efficient machining database building scheme are presented for the prediction of surface roughness in high-speed machining. In this approach, 4 machining parameters and used for the prediction of cutting force components, and the combinations of 4 parameters and the predicted cutting force components are finally used for the prediction of surface roughness. The experimental results comparing the these results with the predicted values using simple 4 input nodes have been also investigated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

최근 전력 분야에 경쟁이 도입되면서 1980년대부터 적극 추진되었던 수요관리(DSM)도 형태를 달리 하여야 할 때이다. 이에 따라 새로운 구조개편 시장체제하에서 기존의 부하관리와 비교되어 공익적 수요관리로서 계속 남아 있는 고효율기기를 새로운 시장체제하에서 수요측입찰(Demand-Side Bidding)이라는 제도에 참여할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 이에 대한 비용/이익 효과를 비교 분석하였다. 또한 정책적 수단으로서 시장체제하에서 고효율기기의 능동적 보급방안을 제시하였다. Recently, as competiton has been made in the electricity industry sector, traditional demand-side management(DSM), which has been promoted since 1980 in Korea, should also be adapted to the changing environment. This paper presented the active participation method of energy efficiency equipment remaning as public demand-side management, compared to traditional load management, into demand-side bidding(DSB) system in the new electricity market, and its cost/benefit analysis was proposed. Active distribution methods of energy efficiency DSM policy are also proposed.
