        우리나라 실버산업의 과제와 육성방안에 관한 연구

        Korea has greatly developed through the economic development plan since the early 1970s. However, this development has disrupted the traditional structure of the Korean family. In particular, a greatly many of old people have a hard time because of both the nuclear family and an extension of the in the average length of human life. The problem is made more acute by an increase in the average life span of 73.5 years old in 1995, as compared to 63.2 in the 1970, and recently the problem of old people has become serious at an increasing rate. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; First, private capitals should be encouraged to participate in silver industry as in the advanced nations, by reforming relevant legal bases. Second, in order to help the private welfare facility businesses to manage the facilities more rewardingly and diversify their services, such measures as increase of public land supply, extension of nation pention payment period, administrative deregulations, etc., should be designed and implemented. Third, since the government alone cannot afford to solve all the problems of old population, more drastic incentives may be conceived in a longer term to induce much more private capital to the silver industry. Lastly, the government is requested to not only protect the old people, or the users of the welfare facilities, but also help the private businesses operate their welfare facilities rewardingly, so that the old users can eventually benefit from the welfare facilities.

        In those days, Cultural Tourism is emerging touist'need and as alternative tourism Specially, Traditional Cultural Tourism is interesting and is attracting many tourists. The utilizational of Traditional Cultural Tourism resources such as tradtional dress, wedding ceremony, traditional dancing and music, regional festivals and arts contest, traditional life styles have become very popular everyone. Therefore it is important to develop and use cultural assets as experience tourism products. Tourism behavior is a phenomenon as tourists try to find and experience attractions of tourism products. This purpose of study is to suggest that traditional cultural streets as, tourism resources is to develop experience tourist's products. In order to develop experiences tourist's product of traditional cultures are as follows: First, to manage fields of experiences of traditional culture products. and to play in the stage everyday Second, to train experts : guides and interpreters, producers, maketers. Third, to operate puplicity and promotion strateges. In the future study, it is important to develop several experience tourism products of traditional cultural streets. Therefore, I will research very hard to the depths of a complex tourist's needs, will try to develop traditional cultures and will develop several experience tourist's products.

        Recently event tourism is emerging as a regional cultural festivals. So many researchers are getting interested in tourism merchandising this field. The central government and local government also have their interests in event tourism for activating their economy. Because event tourism has a advantage to enhance the national and local area's image, to attract tourists from other area or nations. In particular, the utilization of cultural tourism resource as such as regional folk festivals have become very popular everywhere. It is important to develop and use assets as tourism producsts. In order to tourism products strategies of Local Cultural Festivals, the major strategies are as follows: 1. to enhance attraction a theme od festivals 2. to develop various programs 3. to develop traffics and roads etc. 4. to develop promotion 5. to develop a tourism products connected with Cultural Tourism Festivals. In the future study, it is important to investigate the tourist's need for Local Cultural Festivals and to reflect results for festivals unique characteristics gradually.

Additionally the information about search behavior can be used as a market segmentation basis.

        Since World War II, it is true that social and economic trends have favored the foodservice business. The most important has been the rise in family income, primarily from families with two incomes. By 1997 the family income in Korea will rise to about \20,000,000. The more disposable income available, the greater the likelihood of eating out. Many individuals are attracted to the eating out industry because it involves dealing with food and beverage. This is intriguing not only because it is necessary to life but also because of its many facets. Another attractive feature of eating out industry is that it deals with people. For many yearn foreign eating out industry prepared annual financial forecasts which projected potential revenues, costs, and probable profits, Recently, eating out industries have been committed to achieving a certain level of revenue without specifying how they were to achieve it. Today, all eating out industry operations, regardless of size, do some planning and strategics. The ongoing nature of business requires that management makes estimates about what is likely to happen in the future. Based on these estimates, management decides how the business may adjust to future events. Speically, strategy in the eating out industry looks at the recent expansion of multinational eating out companies and the challenges they face in the international arena. The highly competitive globa1 environment presents many problems as the eat out industry sector is tied in closely with other industries in the service sector, with real estate, with other forms of investment, employment patterns and different cultural management systems.
