This paper presents an analytic method of quality function deployment(QFD) that is to maximize customer satisfaction subject to technical and economic sides in process design. We have used Wasserman's normalization method and the analytical hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the intensity of the relationship between customer requirements and process design attributes. This paper also shows cost-quality model the tradeoff between quality and cost as a linear programming(LP) with new constraints that have designated special process required allocating firstly. The cost-quality function deployment of piston ring is presented to illustrate the feasibility of such techniques.
Provider's Mobility Supporting Proactive Neighbor Pushing Scheme in CCN

CCN(Content-Centric Network) enables users to retrieve content using the content's name. Researchers face critical challenges in terms of mobility. Since the routing information is part of the content name, when the provider moves, it is necessary to update all the routers routing information. However, this requires significant costs. In this paper, we propose PNPCCN(Proactive Neighbor Pushing CCN), considering the popularity and rarity of mobility support, for providers in CCN environments. Via simulation studies, we demonstrate that our solutions are effective in terms of shorter numbers of retransmitted Interest packets, and average download times and higher delivery ratios during mobility.

Purpose This study aims to overcome limitations with the previous studies and promote the management of pallet-type racks to replace A- and L-frame racks for the logistics rationalization of processed plate glass, proposing plans for improved corporate competitiveness through the simplification of logistics process and the increased efficiency of transportation and delivery. Methods A logistics rationalization model development for plate glass to increase the competitive edge of processors of processed and finished plate glass with cost elements restricted to transportation costs of products to the orderer at retailers and construction sites and loading and unloading costs. Results The numerical analysis is conduct to prove the validity of the development model. The excellence of the model was demonstrated through numerical analysis. Conclusion The study also developed a model to rationalize logistics and thus increase the competitiveness of logistics by the management of pallet-type racks, maximizing the vehicle loading efficiency, and lowering the loading and unloading costs through the standardization of transportation and handling units.

서비스산업의 품질경쟁력을 향상시키기 위하여 2001년부터 서비스품질 우수기업 인증제도가 실시되어 소비자의 권익보호에 기여하고 있지만, 이는 서비스품질 우수기업인증요령에 근거하여 실시되고 있다. 이와 달리 산업표준화법에 의한 KS인증제도는 소비자 보호 및 만족과 KS 인증업체의 제품품질 및 기술경쟁력 향상에 기여하고 있다. 그리고 지금까지 제품에만 적용되던 KS인증제도가 2008년부터 서비스산업 중 우선적으로 콜센터와 시설관리 분야에 대하여 KS인증제도가 본격적으로 실시되고 있다. 본 연구는 서비스산업의 심사기준이 지정되어 서비스산업에 대한 KS인증제도가 실시됨에 따라 이에 대한 기대 효과와 추진 방향을 제시하며, 이로부터 소비자는 보다 나은 서비스 품질을 제공받아 고객만족도가 향상되고, 서비스 제공자는 기업의 인지도 상승 및 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 것이다. It goes to prove by many preceding studies that Korean Industrial Standards(KS) certification scheme as concerns products is to improve the customer satisfaction and the marketing ability according to rise the image of a company. As the service industry grows larger every year, Korean Agency for Technology and Standards(AOTS) has developed the standards for service areas from 2001, and started the KS certification in the service industry from this year. So, this paper introduces the standards, especially call center and facility management, and the result of certification development of the KS certification scheme to the service industry. Through this applicability and efficiency procedure, this paper presents the effectiveness and application method on the KS certification in the service industry.

Modern management considers customer satisfaction as a baseline standard of performance and a possible standard of excellence for any business organization including the college. Quality function deployment(QFD) is a structured approach to seek out voice of customers, understanding their needs, and ensure that their needs are met. The strategy value proposed by Chien et al. combines importance, satisfaction, performance, and ability to enhance decision making effectiveness. But in their model, the correlation among the strategic alternatives isn't considered the decision chain and is therefore eliminated. This paper proposes how to calculate the new weight of columns to consider various strength levels of correlations matrix, representing the correlation among the strategic alternatives, using normalization procedure. The aim of this paper is to present and original customer satisfaction survey conducted in the college. Thus, this paper presents an original customer satisfaction survey in the college and provides to demonstrate the practical usage of the design model to compare this model with Chien's model.

Recently, there are increasing economic cooperations between Republic of Korea and Democratic People's Republic of Korea with direct and indirect trading. In this economic environment, the one of the main subjects is a industrial standardization to remove the heterogeneity of both industries for the ROK and DPRK economic cooperations. Thus I investigate standardization bodies and quality systems of the DPRK in order to get the homogeneity of each other's industries. Also, I show the national standard structure and industrial standardization of DPRK in comparison with those of ROK. In this paper, for reduction of unification cost as non-standardization of the industrial area, I propose subjects of the industrial standardization to prepare unification of the ROK and DPRK.
