이동형 SNS(Social Network Service)의 이용 충족, 의존, 그리고 문제적 이용

본 연구는 이동형 SNS(Social Network Service)인 트위터(Twitter) 사용자를 대상으로 트위터의 이용을 통해 획득된 충족을 알아보고, 트위터의 이용 충족이 어떤 과정을 거쳐 트위터의 문제적 이용에 영향을 미치는지 조사하고자 했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 트위터 이용자들의 트위터 이용 충족 요인은 총 6개로 ‘타인과의 커뮤니케이션’, ‘즉시성’, ‘관계형성’, ‘단문성’, ‘정보성’, ‘유명인에 대한 접근성’ 등이 추출되었다. 또한 트위터의 이용 충족 요인 중 ‘즉시성’ 요인은 트위터를 이용함으로써 가장 높은 충족감을 주는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 트위터의 이용 충족 요인을 유형화하여 트위터의 의존 및 문제적 이용과의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 상호 유의미한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 트위터의 이용 충족 요인은 트위터의 의존과 트위터의 문제적 이용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사됐다. This study is to find out usage gratification of Twitter and to investigate through which processes the usage gratification of Twitter becomes addictive and provides problematic uses with the target of users of Twitter which is a mobile type SNS(Social Network Service). First, as elements of usage gratification of Twitter of Twitter users, six elements such as communication with others, instantaneity, formation of relations, nature of short sentences, nature of information and approach to famous peoples were extracted. Also, it was appeared that instantaneity among elements of uses of Twitter provides the highest satisfaction by using Twitter. Second, as the result of reviewing relationship of dependence and problematic uses of Twitter by categorizing elements of usage gratification of Twitter, it was appeared that there are meaningful relationships mutually That is, it was found out that elements of usage gratification of Twitter provide impacts on dependence of Twitter and problematic uses of Twitter.
