Structures of steel frame buildings getting vary depending on the development of construction technology. Fire-resistant steel beams and Columns accredited by accreditation bodies from the performance of various fire-resistant coating is applied to the current pillar method is most H-beams. H-beam has been proposed a non-load test specifications in the relevant regulations, its scope of accreditation to be granted without limitation of size H-beams from the performance of the test specification. However, in the case of the rectangular steel structure is to check its performance and to a separate one of the receive acknowledge and so take advantage of the cross-sectional shape factor in this study to test the performance of the fire-resistant structure proposed for standard test specimen.

내화구조로 인정을 받은 국내의 철골조 기둥의 경우 대다수가 H형강에 내화제품을 피복한 구조이다. 본 연구에서는 한국산업표준에서 제시하고 있는 단면형상계수를 기준으로 H형강 인정구조와 다양한 단면의 내화구조의 비교실험을 통해 국내 인정제도를 개선하기 위한 자료로 활용하고자 하였다.

In this study, There are no performance difference of fire-protected waterproof gypsum board and Fireproof gypsum board in accordance with the Korea Industrial Standard, fire resistant structure composed of these boards has been recognized as a distinct structure. we study experimentally the differences in the performance of fire protected waterproof gypsum board, fireproof gypsum boards to get recognition as a fire resistant structure. and it will be used as objective data about the fire performance of domestic manufacturers of fire protected waterproof Gypsum board.

Recently, Buildings are getting large in size and have more various uses. For more efficient uses of the inside space in building and fire prevention, These partitions for fire prevention block are installed for additional demand ; structural safety, Fire-resistence, Insulation, Noise-interception Performance. However, partitions used for dividing the space are generally classified into furniture by Korean building regulation and it did not demand the performance of Fire resistence structure for fire prevention block. Furthermore, generally the divided area by partitions is more smaller than fire prevention block area. Also, the existence or nonexistence of fire resistance performance of partition in real fire causes the different result such as diffusion extent of fire, scale of property damages, saving the life and so on. Therefore, it aims to develop the partition has fire resistence performance with the superior workability in this study.

The number of apartment houses has accounted for more than 50% of all domestic residential types in Korea. However, the apartment house has environmentally disadvantageous conditions such as highly residential-density and potential falls by children and intrusion at low floors through windows. In this study, we aim to suggest some ideas to improve domestic performance assessment methods and criteria of window Insect screens for protection on security and fall prevention by analyzing domestic standard with several overseas codes related to the screens for windows.
1시간 내화구조용 철강재 벽체의 내화성능과 단위 패널 휨강도의 관계 고찰

국내 건축물의 방화구획에 사용되는 철강재 벽체는 품질시험 등을 거쳐 내화구조로 인정받은 경우에만 사용할 수 있다. 품질시험은 내화 및 부가 시험으로 이루어지는데 철강재 벽체의 부가 시험 항목은 가스유해성과 휨강도이다. 가스 유해성의 경우 준불연 심재 사용으로 인하여 실질적으로 생략되므로 내화구조 인정 과정의 부가시험은 휨강도만 실시하는 셈이다. 휨강도의 경우 벽체를 구성하는 단위 판의 강도를 측정하는데, 특정 강도 이상으로 명시되어 인정되기에 강도가 높으면 내화시험 시 시험체 변형에 저항하여 차염성과 차열성을 확보하는데 유리할 것으로 예상해 볼 수 있다. 이에 현재 인정이 유효한 1시간용 건축용 철강재 벽체구조의 인정 당시 시험 데이터를 분석하여 내화성능과 휨강도가 유의한 관계가 있는지 살펴본 결과, 양자 간에 통계적으로 유의한 관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다. For the purpose of fire delineation within buildings, steel walls in Korea are mandated to undergo rigorous certification as fire-resistant entities, substantiated via a series of qualitative assessments. Predominantly, these evaluations comprise the fire resistance test paired with supplementary examinations; specifically for steel walls, these encompass the gas hazard and panel bending strength tests. Given the prevalence of semi-noncombustible core materials, gas hazard tests are largely rendered superfluous, pivoting the focus solely onto the panel bending strength test during the certification trajectory. This particular test is designed to gauge the flexural robustness of individual wall panels. An enhanced bending strength is postulated to fortify both the structural integrity and thermal insulation of the wall by mitigating potential deformations. In this scholarly exploration, an analytical deep dive was undertaken into extant, valid certification test datasets. The endeavor aimed to ascertain the depth of correlation between the designated fire resistance metric and the bending strength, the latter being the sole supplementary assessment for steel walls. In distilling the findings, it was discerned that temperature elevations beyond baseline values exhibited no statistically salient linkage with the panel’s bending strength.

Other countries(USA, Europe) have performed the fire resistance design of buildings by the alternative performance design methods, which are based on fire engineering theories. However, in Korea, the process on the alternative fire resistance performance design has only suggested without any applications for real steel structures. Therefore, In the case of steel structures stagnant research on refractory measures face difficulties in introducing fire resistance design. In this study, first of all, Intumescent paint was analyze the thermal properties(thermal conductivity, specific heat and density). In Sequence, using the section factor by H-standard section propose of section concrete filled steel tube and hollow. finally presents a reasonable thickness Intumescent paint takes time to target performance of the proposed cross-section steel tube.

Recently, maintenance of old facilities has emerged as a major issue. In particular, the demand for road cutting and excavation is increasing due to the aging of underground facilities such as water supply, sewage and city gas. In addition, the development of eco-friendly equipment is required due to the environmental problems of noise and dust. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the performance in terms of productivity of the eco-friendly road cutter developed as part of the development of eco-friendly equipment, and to derive improvements.

The use of road cutters in the maintenance of obsolete underground facilities maintains polluting dust, cutting sludge, etc, polluting the air environment, soil, and water, causing civil complaints caused by noise, and consequently interrupting work. Therefore, it is time for eco-friendly pavement cutting technology for fugitive dust and cutting sludge emission management and noise management. This study was based on research by the development of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology in urban areas. In this study, the current state of existing road cutters is investigated and the patented technology analysis of road cutters is conducted to derive the design elements of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology.

Recently, road cutting works are frequently performed to repair aging underground utilities. However, the conventional road pavement cutting equipment in Korea generates a lot of noise and dust, and the development of high performance and eco-friendly equipment is required. This study classifies road cutting work and analyzes its work characteristics before improving road cutting machine. The classification and analysis results of this study will be used for the future productivity analysis and evaluation of road cutter developed.
