Objectives: This Study aims to identifying the application areas of big data in military healthcare and the preceding subjects for its introduction Methods: Various prior studies and related cases of domestic and foreign healthcare organization are reviewed to identify benchmarking elements for the introduction of big data in military healthcare. Results: This study suggests possible areas for big data introduction in military healthcare. They are prediction of disease, forecast of infectious disease outbreak, optimizing use of medical resources, improvement of responsiveness and accuracy of care, enhancement of medical personnel, medicine, medical equipment and evacuation materials and support analytical data for military medical research. Also, as the preceding subjects for the introduction of big data, data quality management, securing professional workforce and organization, and culture for data-based decision making are suggested. Conclusions: The significance of this study is that it presents possible areas for big data introduction in military healthcare and considerations for its successful introduction.

      • 골격근 Contractile Protein에 대한 $Ca^{++}$의 영향

        박찬웅,정명희,오진섭,Park, C.W.,Chung, M.H.,Oh, J.S. 대한약리학회 1972 대한약리학잡지 Vol.8 No.2

Superprecipitation of actomyosin has been considered to be an in vitro model of the muscle contraction. The superprecipitation and ATPase activity (which supplies the energy for contraction) are influenced by several factors which are the large amount of changes in ionic strength, Mg and ATP concentrations. But those behaviors are found to be promptly influenced by the change in a small range of calcium concentration which can be controlled by the cellular function of muscle physiologically only in the presence of the modullatory proteins, tropomyosin and troponin. In order to elucidate the precise roles of calcium in the muscle contraction and relaxation, the effects of calcium on the actin- myosin interaction was observed in the presence of tropomyosin and troponin using the superprecipitation system. The results are summarized as follows: 1. EGTA (glycol ether diaminetetraacetic acid)prolonged the initiation of the superprecipitation of natural actomyosin. 2. Superprecipitation curve was declined by adding EGTA at the time when tile curve reached the half- maximum. The degree of declining was proportional to the amount of EGTA added. Especially, upon adding 0.25 mM EGTA the curve was lowered to the level before the protein superprecipitated. But addition of EGTA did not affect the curve after attaining the maximum. 3. Superprecipitation of Perry myosin B was not affected by EGTA added both before and during the course of the reaction. 4. Tropomyosin did not change the response of Perry myosin B to EGTA added at any time of the reaction. 5. Troponin also did not change the response of Perry myosin B to EGTA. 6. Both tropomyosin and troponin together rendered the Perry myosin B to obtain the same response as natural actomyosin to EGTA. 7. It was concluded that actin-myosin interaction was influenced by the minute change of calcium concentration only in the presence of both tropomyosin and troponin. We could reproduce the contraction and relaxation of the muscle in vitro under the presence of ATP by changing the calcium concentration.

Objectives; This study aims to analyze the outcome of the development of Division DEMIS(DEfence Medical Information System) and to propose the dirctions for its implovement in the future. Methods; Document analysis was conducted to examine the performance and outcome of the development of Division DEMIS. Results; The main outcomes of the development of Division DEMIS were found as follows : improvment in system speed, improvement in user satisfaction, provision of safe medical support and cooperation with other nations. In particular, Division DEMIS made it possible to check past history of patients immediately by intergrating the medical records of military hospitals medical units of Division. In addition, drug side effect and duplicated prescription related problems were reduced by the introduction of DUR system. Furthermore, standard care recommendations were designed in the system to provide professional and consistent care. Conclusions; Although Division DEMIS showed acceptable outcomes, there exist still room to be improved including provision of personalized health care service and conncection to external network.

        李基寧,吳鎭燮,成樂應,洪思岳,金楨鎭 서울대학교 1964 서울대학교 論文集 Vol.15 No.-

Chickens fed under the same conditions were divided 4 groups (each group 20 hens), One group (D) was used as control (only standard diet) Other three groups (A.B.C) were given every day standard diet with ginseng extract (small, medium and large doses as part Ⅰ) After 140 days each group(6-12 hens) were irradiated with ??-Ray(900r) (whole body) and determined the contents of tissue(liver, intestine) lipid (cholesterol, phospholipid, triglyceride) and serum lipid after 24 hrs. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The contents of total cholesterol and phospholipid of liver, intestine and serum showed no significant difference between each groups. 2. The contents of triglyceride of liver, intestine and serum increased in the irradiated group, because the increased rate of group A.B.C was smaller than group E. 3. The effects of ginseng extract on lipid contents of irradiated chickens showed some difference by administered doses of ginseng.
