4성분계 o/w 형 microemulsion의 안정성과 유동특성에 비이온 계면활성제와 보조계면 활성제의 혼합비가 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 비이온 계면활성제와 보조계면 활성제의 혼합비에서 계면활성제의 양이 증가함에 따라 입자의 크기가 작아졌고, 경시안정성이 양호하였으며, 이 때의 혼합비는 20/40 - 30/30으로 나타났다. Rheogram을 통하여 시료에는 일정한 내부구조가 형성됨을 의미하는 항복점이 존재함을 알 수 있었으며, 전단속도 증감 시 전단응력이 일치하지 않는 hysteresis를 나타내었다. hysteresis의 면적은 혼합비에서 계면활성제의 양이 많아짐에 따라 커졌으며 제조된 microemulsion은 rheopetic한 특성을 보였다. It was investigated that the effects of surfactant to cosurfactant ratio on the stability and rheological properties of o/w microemulsion. The stability of microemulsion was good in the surfactant to cosurfactant ratio 20/40 - 30/30. In the point of rheological properties, a yield stress meande the inner structure formation was detected and the area of hysteresis loop was increased with increasing of surfactant content of the ratio. The microemulsion prepared by the Microfluidizer was characterized by rheopetic.

The AMT(Automated Manual Transmission) has been developed by utilizing the automatic main clutch system and the automatic shift mechanism to automatize the clutch operation and shift operation of the existing MT(Manual transmission). A hydraulic control system has been used to operate automatically the main clutch and shift gear of transmission. In this paper, we completed a vehicles model on Easy5 and operated a simulation with TCU control logic. That model is verified the validity by comparison with the results of the testing examination.

Percussive drills are used to make a hole in rock or ground applying percussion and rotational force. Percussive drills are sorted into three groups as THD(top hammer drilling), DTH(down the hole drilling) and rotary drilling according to drilling method. THD consists of percussive drill rig module and drill bit. Percussive drill rig module also include drifter that generate percussion and rotational force, feed drive and auto rod changer. In this study, based on hydraulic circuit analysis of the drifter, analysis tool for percussion performance was developed. Penetration rate and kinetic energy of dirfter according to rock properties also were analyzed using developed analysis tool.
