비휘발성 메모리 기반 시스템의 딥러닝 연구를 위한 Full-Stack 시뮬레이터 구현

딥러닝 워크로드를 수행하기 위한 컴퓨터 시스템에 대한 효율적인 연구를 위해서는 제안된 기법을 검증할 수 있는 Full-Stack 시뮬레이션 환경이 필수적이다. 이를 위해서 SMAUG가 제안되었으며, 실험을 통해 시뮬레이션 수행 시간을 급격하게 증가시키지 않으면서 사용자 관점에서의 성능을 측정할 수 있다는 것을 성공적으로 보여주었다. 그러나, 해당 시뮬레이터는 SRAM이나 DRAM을 가정하고 있으므로, 비휘발성 메모리를 채택하는 시스템에 대한 기능은 부족하였다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 SMAUG를 기반으로 비휘발성 메모리의 특징을 반영하여 새로운 제안이 등장했을 때 해당 기법의 전력 소모량과 수명을 쉽게 검증할 수 있는 환경을 구축하였다. 기존에 비휘발성 메모리 연구에서 주목받았던 기법들을 구현하여 딥러닝 워크로드들을 실행시킨 결과, 수행 시간은 거의 늘지 않으면서도 전력 소모량 및 수명에 대한 예측 결과를 도출할 수 있었다.

여성노인의 사회적 관계망이 우울에 미치는 영향 연구 -건강증진행위의 매개효과를 중심으로-

본 연구는 노인의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 인과관계 모형을 구축함에 있어 사회적 관계망의 직접효과와 건강증진행위의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 한국노동연구원의 고령화연구패널조사(2006) 데이터를 활용하였으며, 이 중 60세 이상의 여성노인 3,088명을 케이스 선택(select cases)하여 분석에 포함하였다. 연구결과, 여성노인 중 우울증으로 판단되는 노인은 46.6%로 응답자의 절반 가까운 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 여성노인은 자녀의 경제적 지원, 자녀와의 접촉, 사회참여 등이 많을수록 우울수준이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 건강증진행위의 매개효과에 있어서는 사회참여와 우울간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 이상의 결과에 기초하여 노인 우울예방 전략을 모색하기 위한 제언을 제시하였다. This study examines how social networks effect the depression of elderly females with mediating variable health promoting behavior. This study included a total of 3,088 females over 60 years of age from the first year`s data from the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing. The results indicate that more than 46% showed symptoms of depression. In terms of social networks, depression decreases with the increase in the frequency of contract with members of social networks, the number of social gatherings in the social networks, and positive functions of social networks. Finally, health promoting behavior had an effect on depression and had partly mediating affects on the relation between the structural feature of social networks and depression. Therefore, it is suggested that the development of social supporting networks, which could induce health promoting behavior or physical activity, is done in order to decrease the depression found in elderly women.

범법정신질환자들이 경험하는 치료감호소 생활의 맥락과 패턴

The purpose of this study was to understand the context and patterns of life experienced by criminal psychiatric patients in a forensic hospital. To achieve this goal, researchers conducted interviews with 10 criminal psychiatric patients living in a forensic hospital, as well as one social worker and one nurse providing services to these patients, and analyzed by context-pattern analysis, one of the qualitative research approaches. In this study, life in the forensic hospital is composed of internal treatment system, care system, and other living patients. Analysis results are as follows: the context of life in the forensic hospital, the pattern of life in the forensic hospital, the meaning of the life of the forensic hospital. If each dimension is examined in detail, the context of life is linked to a psychiatric care systems, social networks, external mental health systems and legal systems. The pattern of life in the forensic hospital can be divided into daily life patterns, treatment patterns, and care patterns. The meaning of life in the forensic hospital appeared as ‘closed space, blocked door’, ‘time to go slowly, future not to come’, ‘everyday life without change’, ‘people beyond the wall’, ‘hard wall of the world’. Based on the results of this study, policies and practical guidelines were presented to help people with criminal mental illness adapt to society.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인보조기기에 대한 욕구와 정책현실 간의 괴리를 최소화시킬 수 있는 현실적인 대안을 제시하여 장애인의 주체적인 자립생활과 완전한 사회참여에 일조하는 것이다. 이를 위해 건강보험 보조기기에 대한 심층분석과 장애인을 대상으로 양적조사를 병행하였다. 분석결과 건강보험 보조기기 사업의 경우 지난 15년 동안 지원기준과 내구연한이 거의 변동이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 양적조사 결과 건강보험 장애인보조기기 제도의 건강권에 대한 평가를 충분성 접근성 수용성 및 서비스 질 차원에서 분석한 결과 충분성 접근성 수용성 및 서비스 질 모두 2.5점을 넘지 않는 것으로 나타나 건강보험 보조기기 사업에 대한 만족도가 매우 낮음을 알 수 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 건강보험 보조기기가 장애인의 삶을 보다 향상시킬 수 있는 정책대안을 제시하였다.
