1인승 전기자동차 개발 사례

전기자동차 산업은 석유고갈과 지구환경 문제에 대한 해결 방안으로 국내외에서는 전기차량의 개발에 매진하고 있다. 특히 1인승 전기자동차는 현대사회의 복잡한 도심과 개인용 이송수단으로 유럽에서 주목 받고 있으며, 배터리 가격과 충전 인프라 구축 등의 문제로 인하여 근거리용 전기자동차의 상용화 개발이 적극적으로 추진되고 있다. 본 고에서는 호남 광역경제권 선도산업지원단 지원으로 추진중인 에스알시㈜ 1인승 전기자동차의 개발 현황과 원전기술에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

소규모 LNG 저장시설의 안전거리 기준 연구

In this study safety distance was investigated for small-scale LNG storage facilities in order to provide basic data for safety. The results are as follows; (1) For explosion pressure criteria, current criteria are reasonable, but water spray system should be recommended to LNG storage tank to ensure safety. (2) For criteria based on the results of the quantitative risk assessment, criteria applied to people are 5kW/㎡ for radiation, LFL for dispersion, and 7kPa for explosion pressure. And criteria applied to facility are 37.5 kW/㎡ for radiation and 20 kPa for explosion pressure.

유상은(柳相殷)의 민족사 계몽과 국사가(國史歌)의 성격

유상은은 1927년 영광의 가갸날 행사에서 ‘세종대왕과 훈민정음 반포’라는 주제로 강연하고, 영광한글회에서 ‘조선사강화(朝鮮史講話)’를 개최하였다. 이는 대중을 대상으로 전국에서 선구적으로 시행한 민족운동이었다. 이에 그는 일제의 탄압을 받아 교단을 떠난 후 원불교(圓佛敎)에 입교하였다. 이처럼 그는 역사가이자 한국사를 통해 민족의식을 일깨운 독립운동가로서의 지위가 있었다. 광복 이후 그는 원광대학교에서 한국사를 가르쳤다. 현재 그의 저술인 『조선역사(朝鮮歷史)』 등은 전하지 않으나 현존『 국사가(國史歌)』를 통해 그의 대체적인 역사가로서의 면모를 엿볼 수 있다. 이는 현재와 미래의 민족적 대업을 자각하자는 목적에서 발간되었다. 이에 상편은 단군조선 이후 유구한 한국역사를, 중편에서는 한국문화 등을, 하편에서는 역사상의 인물들을 부각시켰다. 이러한 역사인식은 대다수 우파이념을 대변한 한국사 체계로서 민족적 자각을 통해 남북분단의 현실을 극복하자는 성격을 지닌 것이었다. He gave a lecture on the theme of King Sejong and Hunminjeongeum Banpo in the 1927 GaGanal event of Glory, and held the "Chosun History Lecture" at the YeongGwang Korean Society. This was a national movement pioneered in the nation for the public. After he left the denomination under the repression of Japanese imperialism, he entered Won Buddhism. As such, he was a historian and an independent activist who awakened the national consciousness through Korean history. After the Liberation, he taught Korean history at Wonkwang University. Although his work is not passed on today, such as the history of Joseon Dynasty(朝鮮歷史), he can be a glimpse of his role as an alternative historical historian through the existing GukSaGa(國史歌). It was published for the purpose of raising awareness of present and future national interests. In this regard, the Grand Prix of Korea depicted Korean history after Dangun Chosun, Korean culture at the middle level, and historical figures at the back side. This historical awareness was a characteristic of trying to overcome the reality of division of the South and the North through national awareness as a Korean history system that represented the majority right ideals.

虛血性 腦浮腫이 腦 Energy代謝에 미치는 影響에 對한 實驗的 硏究

허혈성 뇌졸증은 중요한 성인병의 하나로 높은 사망률과 이환율을 보이고 있다. 미세수술기법의 개발과 뇌전산화 단충촬영술 및 뇌핵자기 공명술 발달로 뇌경색증을 조기에 발견하게 되었으나 아직도 뇌허혈상태에 대한 재관류 시기의 선정은 명백히 해결되지 못하고 있다. 이에 저자는 고양이의 중대뇌동댁을 미세수술기법으로 안와를 통하여 선택적으로 폐쇄시키는 방법에 의한 뇌조직의 급성국소허혈상태를 유발시킨후 재관류를 실시하여, 뇌의 고 energy화합물인 ATP 및 GTP와 고 energy 화합물의 분해산물인 IMP함량을 측정하여, 연구 분석한 결과, 중대뇌동맥을 1시간동안 폐쇄후 ATP, GTP 및 IMP함량을 수술대조군의 38%, 38% 및 40%로 각각 감소하였으나, 7시간동안 재관류한 결과 ATP, GTP 및 IMP함량은 수술대조군의 85%, 82% 및 180%로 각각 의의있게 증가하였다. 중대뇌동맥을 3시간동안 폐쇄후 ATP, GTP 및 IMP함량은 각각 수술대조군의 19%,23% 그리고 29%로 감소하였으나, 7시간 재관류한 결과, ATP,GTP 및 IMP함량은 수술대조군의 43%, 49% 그리고 84%로 각각 의의있게 증가하었다. 그러나 중대뇌동맥을 5시간동안 폐쇄 후 재관류시킨 군들에서는 이들 energy화합물들이 재관류시간에 반하여 현저히 감소되었다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 보아 고양이의 중대뇌동맥 폐쇄후 비가역적인 뇌조직의 손상을 방지하기 위해서는 1시간 이내에 재관류시킴이 가장 이상적이며, 늦어도 3시간 이내에 재관류를 시행해야 된다고 사료되었다. The author studied the effect of the recirculation on the energy metabolism in acute focal cerebral ischemia. Acute focal cerebral ischemia was produced by transorbital occlusion of the left middle cerebral arterv with a Heifetz clip under the operating microscope. The animals were divided into three groups according to the duration of the ischemia. Each group was reperfused for 1,4 and 7 hours by removing the clip from the artery. In 1-hour ischemic group ATP and GTP was reduced to 38% and IMP to 40% of the sham control. After 7-hour recirculation in this group ATP was resynthesized to 85%, GTP to 85%, and IMP to 180% of the sham control. In 3 hour ischemic ,group ATP was reduced to 19%, GTP to 23%, and IMP to 29% of the sham control. In this group ATP, GTP and IMP rose to 43%, 49% and 84%, respectively after 7-hour recirculation ATP, GTP and IMP were markedly reduced in 5-hour ischemic group, and despite recirculation these substances continued to decrease and none of them were detected after 7-hours of recirculation. it was suggested that the restoration of the circulationmust be accomplished within 1-hour or at least within 3-hour of the ischemic insult of the cats to prevent the irreversible brain infarction.

The purpose of this thesis is to illuminate literary characteristics on Park Jae-Sam's poetry. Park was born in Japan and returned to home-land after liberation from Japanese control at 4 years old. He had lived in Samchonpo, Kyongsangnamdo, and his family was so poor as his mother sold fishes in market everyday. Park's poems are looked very sorrowful for his homelife and weakness of his nature. He could not resist these fatal obstacles and so he had sung the sorrowful poems certainly to get catharsis. So far as his sorrow in the poems, it connected to the Korean traditional emotion 'Han'.

뇌동정맥 기형의 등급과 외과적 치료 성적

Objectives : Arterovenous malformations(AVVMs) represent the most commonly encountered symptomatic vascular malformations in the field of vascular neurosurgery. Surgically accessible AVMs that present with hemorrhage should be removed to reduce the risk of subsequent hemorrhage. The advance of surgery is based on the size, location and pattern of venous drainage and these anatomic features influence the treatment risk. The author studied the above features for predictor of the surgical resection of AVMs. Methods : Nineteen patients(8 male and 11 female patients) with intracranial AVMs were treated at the Ewha Womans Medical Center between March 1989 and Dec. 1996. The mean age, and sexual ratio, of the pts as will as symptoms, location, feeding arteries, pattern of venous drainage and size of the nidus were studied. AVMs were graded according to the Spetzler and martin grade system. Overall outcome and postoperative results in eighteen patients were evaluated according to Glasgow Outcome SCale(GOS). Results : The average age at the time of treatment was 30.8 years old(range 4-55 years old). The hemorrhage was the most common symptom, occurring in 15(80%) patients, and 2(10%) patients presented with headache, 195%) patient with seizure, 1(5%) patient with neurological deficit. The feeding arteries were as the followings ; middle cerebral artery 8(42%), anterior cerebral artery 2(10%), posterior cerebral artery 1(5%), The pattern of draining veins were described into superficial and deep ; superficial 9(47%), deep 10(53%), The size of the nidus were as the followings ; small(<3cm) 9(47.5%), medium(3-6cm) 9(47.5%), large(>6cm) 1(5%), The Spetzler-Martin's grade and the outcome according to the grade were as follows ; gradeⅠ;3(17%) resulted GOS-5 3 patients, grade Ⅱ ;5(26%) did GOS-5 6 patients, grade Ⅲ; 5(26%) did GOS-5 4 patients and GOS-4 1 patient, grade Ⅳ;4(21%) did GOS-5 3 patients and GOS-4 1 patient, grade Ⅴ;1(5%0 did GOS-1 1 patient. Overall, there were no death in surgical treatment, patients, the morbidity value was 2(10%0 patients, the remainder were completely cured. Conclusion : The Spetzler-Martin grade Ⅰ-Ⅳ AVMs were associated with low rates of surgical morbidity and mortality, Therefore, surgery is the best treatment in the these grades.

중대뇌동맥 폐쇄에 의한 실험적 뇌경색

Acute experimental occlusions of the left middle cerebral artery of cats were accomplished by applying the Heifets zlip through the retro-orbital extradural approach with operating microscope. The most striking neurologic signs were disturbance of consciousness, paresis of the right limbs(especially fore limb), and tonic deviation of the head neck toward the side of the occluded artery. The size and severity of the infarcts generally were related to the severity of the neuro logic disorders. 4 cats died within 48 hours of the occlusion of artery and 5 cats improved somewhat after the initial stage. However, the disturbance of the con-sciousness and the motor weakness persisted until the end of the period of ob-servation. The severity of persistence of the neurological deficits may depend upon the effectiveness of reperfusion through collateral channels and the varia-bility of anatomical pattern of the cerebral structures. A disturbances of consci-ousness may be related to the generalized decreases of neuronal activity or to focal neuronal dysfunction. Ischemic edema secondary to brain ischema incre-ases the intracranial pressure and aggravates the impairment of neurological de-ficits. Finally cerebral herniation may produce the irreversible brainstem dam-age and death. Therefore, early reperfusion of ischemic brain before ischemic edema develops may improve the neurological deficts and prevent the occurrence of the secon-dary neuronal dysfunction.
