In modern tourism, city plays a pivotal role as a hub of tourism and attraction in tourism phenomenon, filling the needs of tourists through various attractiveness and motivations. Studies on the attractiveness of city tourism were consistently conducted, but there are shortage of studies on the degree of satisfaction depending on the tourism motivations, So, this study tries to find city tourism motivation and satisfaction based on preliminary study on city tourism so that it can identify differences of satisfaction by motivation types of chinese tourists, In this study, documentary study and empirical study were jointly conducted to successfully accomplish its goal of study. Collected data were then statistically analyzed using SPSS.17.0. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, factor analysis, anova, cluster analysis and regression analysis was conducted, Findings of this study is as follows. First, there are differences on the city tourism motivations according to the purpose of tour. Second, there are differences on the degree of satisfaction depending on the motivation types. Third, multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify how degree of satisfaction influence intention on recommending and revisiting city tourism. The findings showed that satisfaction significantly influenced on intention of recommending and revisiting. The identified factors that influence intentions of revisiting and recommendation on satisfaction can be useful for analyzing the market trends and suggesting industrial guideline of tourist destinations including Seoul, Korea.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate for prognostic significance of VEGF expression and tumor angiogenesis in papillary carcinomas of the thyroid. Materials and Methods: The materials were 79 cases of papillary thyroid carcinomas, and age, sex, tumor size, multiplicity of tumor, capsular invasion, lymph node metastasis, recurrence, TNM stage, DeGroot stage and AMES scale were evaluated. An immunohistochemical stains for CD 34 to estimate microvessel density (MVD), and VEGF were done. MVD was defined as an average count of vessels per ×400 power field in the most vascularized area. VEGF expression was interpreted as 1+ and 2+ according to staining intensity and percentages of positive cells. Results: Mean score of MVD was 39.7±16.9. MVD were significantly higher in cases with capsular invasion (p=0.0001), lymph node metastasis (p=0.0001), TNM stage III (p=0.0022), DeGroot stage III (p=0.0163) and high risk group by AMES scale (p=0.0001). VEGF 2+ expression rate was significantly increased in cases with capsular invasion and lymph node metastasis (p=0.0006, p=0.0013), and in cases with TNM stage III, DeGroot stage III and high risk group by AMES scale (p=0.0236, p=0.0003, p=0.0293). In VEGF 2 + expression group, MVD was significantly higher than in VEGF 1 + group (p=0.0008), and MVD showed positive relation to VEGF 2 + expression (r=0.4616). Conclusion: VEGF expression and high MVD were significantly correlated to capsular invasion, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage III, DeGroot stage III and high risk group by AMES scale. The expression of VEGF and high MVD could be considered to be one of prognostic factor in papillary thyroid carcinomas.

본 연구는 잔디 관리에서 엽면시비를 통해 나타나는 잔디의 생육 및 품질을 조사하여, 잔디 관리 정보를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구 결과, 엽면시비 후 잔디의 시각적 품질 및 밀도, 클로로필 함량이 높아졌다. 잔디밀도는 대조구에 비해 평균 2.8개/$cm^2$ 높았으며, 여름철 장마기에는 평균 3개/$cm^2$ 이상 높았다. 또한, 벤트그래스 그린에서 시각적 품질 및 클로로필 함량, 식생지수가 1년 내내 균일하게 유지되었으며, 갱신작업이나 건조피해 후에도 관주시비 처리구의 잔디보다 엽면시비 처리구의 잔디 회복속도가 현저히 빠른 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 결과를 통해 엽면시비가 잔디의 지상부에 영양분을 신속하게 제공하여 잔디 생육을 단기간에 높이는 효과가 있다는 점을 알 수 있었으며, 이는 잦은 잔디 깎기로 양분의 유실이 많은 그린에서 유용하며, 특히 뿌리 길이가 짧아 시비의 효과가 낮은 하절기의 그린관리에 매우 실용적인 관리프로그램이 될 것으로 예상된다. 하지만, 본 연구에서 잔디의 뿌리 길이 생육에 관해서는 관주 시비구와 엽면 시비구의 차이를 확인하기 어려웠으며, 엽변 시비프로그램의 특성상 시비 횟수가 늘어나는 점에 대해서도 생각해 보아야 한다. 마지막으로, 토양 분석결과에서 시비 전후 토양의 화학성에 큰 변화가 없다는 점은 토양 염류의 축적이 예방된다는 측면에서 큰 장점이 될 수 있으나 양분의 결핍이 쉽게 올 수 있다는 점에서 위험 요인이 될 수도 있다. 본 연구를 통해, 국내에서도 엽면 시비를 보편적인 시비방법으로 정착시킬 필요성을 느끼며, 이를 위해서는 시비 횟수를 줄이는 것과 같은 실용성을 높이기 위한 추가 연구가 필요할 것이다. This study was performed to investigate the effect of foliar feeding as the fertilization on creeping benrgrass green. Research results have showed that the visual quality of bentgrass as well as shoot density and chlorophyll index dramatically improved after foliar feeding. Shoot density of bent grass in foliar based fertilization was 2.8 ea/$cm^2$ higher than that of the liquid based fertilization during the experiment period, moreover that the foliar feeding is more effective to alleviate shoot density during the rainy season in summer. Results showed that foliar feeding was key role to achieve the stable visual quality, chlorophyll index and maintained Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) throughout the year in addition to get fast recovery after aeration and dry spot. These were consistent with the previous research of foliar feeding which directly provided nutrient to the turfgrass leaf thus increased turfgrass growth within a short time. It is projected to be a especially adequate management program during the hot summer season in which the nutrition feeding is low. However, root growth was no significant difference between foliar based fertilization and liquid based fertilization. Golf Course managers also should consider about the number of frequent fertilizing. Lastly, it was no big change in chemical property by soil foliar based fertilization which is meaning of preventing the soil salinization, meanwhile, it is prone to reach the nutrient deficiency. It hopes to be settled as the general fertilization in golf course of Korea, since there are many advantages of foliar based fertilization program. It is suggested to study more practical process of foliar feeding through the further research.
