학술지의 국제화를 위한 운영 및 발전방안 연구

이 연구는 국제학술지의 사례조사를 통하여 국제 학술지의 발간 초기 운영 및 발전방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 문헌정보학 분야의 국제학술지 중 짧은 발행 기간에도 불구하고 4.0 가까운 높은 impact factor를 유지하고 있는 Journal of Informetrics와 아시아의 저널로 SSCI에 등재되어 있는 MJLIS의 두 개 사례를 심층적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 발간 초기 강력한 지원을 해 줄 수 있는 기관이 필요함과 더불어, 게재논문의 수 증가, 다양한 국가의 저자 및 발간 근거를 두고 있는 지역 저자들의 도움, 편집진 구성에서 국가의 다양성 및 양질의 논문 생산성의 고려, 발간 초기 편집진의 투고, 발간 초기 적절한 자기 인용 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. This study suggests the operation method for the internationalization of journal during the beginning period of the first publishing, based on the in-depth analysis on two journals in the area of library and information science, Journal of Informetrics and MJLIS. It recommends that we need some kinds of operation methods for the successful internationalization of the journal; firstly, the necessity for the support organizations, the increase of the numbers of the articles, the support of the authors with various nationalities and in the area of published, the editorial board members with various nationalities having the ability to publish the high quality articles and to make the proper self-citation during the beginning periods of the first publishing of the journal.

분류용 MARC 포맷에 관한 연구

본고는 분류용 MARC 포맷에 대해 기능과 필요성, 개발현황에 대해 살펴보고, KORMARC 분류용포맷의 개발필요성을 제시하였다. 아울러 MARC포맷의 3요소로 일컬어지는 구조와, 내용표지법, 레코드의 내용을 이미 개발된 USMARC 포맷을 중심으로 분석하였다. 레코드의 구조와 내용표지법은 서지용 및 전거용포맷과 대부분 동일하다. 데이터필드는 기본적으로 기능별블록으로 구분되어 있다. 고정길이필드의 레코드의 내용에는 기호의 유형, 유효성, 표준 및 임의규정, 합성기호표시 등 분류기호에 관련된 요소들이 추가되어 있다. 가변길이필드의 내용은 번호와 코드 분류기호와 용어 참조 및 표목지시, 주기, 색인어, 기호합성, 전자상의 소재 및 접근 필드 등으로 구성되어 있다. 각 필드의 데이터들은 가능한 한 관련포맷과 조기성을 유지할 수 있도록 배려하고 있다. This article investigates the functions, needs, and developments of the MARC format for classification data. and recommends the development for the KORMARC format for classification data. It ae analyzes the record structure, content designation and the content of it mainly based on USMARC format. Structure and content designation are almost same with those of the bibliographic and authority formats. The data fields divided into functional blocks based on their functions. Record contents of the data in the fixed-length fields include more elements on the classification numbers, including type of number, classification validity, standard or optional number, synthesized number. Variable fields can be grouped into several blocks, inducing those for numbers and codes: for classification numbers and terms; for references and tracings; for notes fields: for index terms fields, and for number building fields. Data in each fields of this format have the same contents with those in other related fields as soon as possible. This article analyzes the content in each data fields in detail.

HVPE법으로 성장시킨 GaN 박막의 기판에 따른 극성 특성

HVPE 법에 의해 성장시킨 GaN 박막이 기판에 따라서 극성과 비극성 특성의 변화에 대해 연구하였다. A-plane($11{\bar{2}}0$), C-plane(0001) and M-Plane($10{\bar{1}}0$) 사파이어 기판을 이용하여 $10\;{\mu}m$ 두께의 GaN 박막을 성장하였다. 광학현미경 및 원자력간 현미경(OM, AFM)을 이용해 표면 구조를 관찰하고, HRXD를 통해 이들은 모두 wurtzite 구조를 갖고 C-plane으로 성장시에는, 극성 특성을, A-plane 및 M-plane 성장 시에는 비극성 특성을 가짐을 확인하였으며, Photoluminescence (PL)측정 결과 3.4 eV에서 발광 피크, 2.2 eV에서 yellow luminescence peak를 확인하였다. Polar and non-polar GaN was grown by the HVPE on various substrates and influence of polarity has been investigated. The $10\;{\mu}m$ thickness GaN were grown by HVPE is along A-plane ($11{\bar{2}}0$), C-plane (0001) and M-Plane ($10{\bar{1}}0$) sapphire substrate respectively. Surface properties were observed by optical microscope and atomic force microscopy. High resolution X-ray diffraction (HR-XRD) confirms the wurtzite structure. The donor band exciton peak located at ${\sim}3.4\;eV$ and also located yellow luminescence peak at 2.2 eV. The polarity of the GaN film has a strong influence on the morphology and the optical properties.

정보자원 공동편목의 현황과 과제

이 논문에서는 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)의 종합목록 서비스(UNICAT)와 국립중앙도서관의 국가자료공동목록 시스템(KOLIS-NET), 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)의 과학기술도서정보(UNION DB)를 중심으로 한국의 도서자료 공동편목 시스템의 현황을 개략적으로 살펴보고, 그 문제점을 구체적인 사례를 들어 분석하였다. This article investigates and reviews the general current status of cooperative cataloging systems for books in Korea, including UNICAT of KERIS, KOLIS-NET of The National Library of Korea, UNION DB of KISTI, and analyzes some particular problems using specific examples from those systems.

MARC 포맷에 관한 비교연구(比較硏究)(II) -KORMARC·CHINESE MARC·JAPAN MARC를 중심(中心)으로-

본(本) 고(稿)는 한국(韓國), 중국(中國), 일본(日本)의 MARC시스팀에 있어서 하나의 통합(統合)된 MARC Format을 제정(制定)하기 위한 가능성(可能性)에 대한 예비적(豫備的) 연구(硏究)로서 시도(試圖)되었다. 이를 위하여 삼국(三國)의 대표적(代表的)인 MARC인 KORMARC, CHINESE MARC, JAPAN MARC의 Format을 선택(選擇)하여, 이를 레코드의 구조(構造), 레코드의 내용(內容), 내용표식방법(內容標識方法)으로 나누어 비교분석(比較分析)하였다. 이와같은 분석결과(分析結果), 레코드의 구조(構造)에 있어서는 세 포맷이 모두 동일(同一)하였으나, 그 내용(內容)과 내용표식방법(內容標識方法)에 있어서는 데이터요소(要素)의 구성(構成)이나 세분정도(細分程度)의 차이(差異) 또는 데이터요소(要素) 자체의 결여(缺如)등으로 인하여 호환성(互換性)을 갖지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. This comparative analysis is a preliminary study for the integrated format in MARC systems in Korea, Taiwan and Japan. For this purpose, it analyzes KORMARC, CHINESE MARC and JAPAN MARC formats, dividing them into the structure of the record, its contents, and content designation. The results of this analysis show that there is no compatibility among these three formats due to the differences in the organization and division of the data elements and the deficiency of the data elements themselves.

실생활에 적용된 분석합성식 분류기법의 사례에 관한 심층적 분석

이 연구에서는 분석합성식 문헌분류이론이 실생활에 적용되어 활용되고 있는 사례들을 찾아 이를 새로운 시각에서 분석하고자 시도하였다. 이를 위해 우리가 일상적으로 사용하는 한글의 초성과 중성, 종성의 합성 사례와 함께, 대구광역시 및 서울특별시의 시내버스번호, 주요 결혼관련업체의 회원정보, 부동산중개 및 경매관련정보, 우편번호와 광역전화통화권역(DDD) 번호 등의 사례를 문헌분류의 시각에서 분석해보고 그것이 주는 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석합성식 분류이론과 그 기법을 적용할 경우 특히 각 시스템의 기호법의 개선에 도움이 될 수 있음을 밝히고 있다. This article tries to analyze some examples applied the analytico-synthetic classification techniques found in the practical life. For this purpose, it selected and investigated the cases of the combination rules of the Hangeul, the number systems of the city buses of Daegu and Seoul Cities, information of the members of the wedding consulting agencies, information from real estate agents and court auction, and postal codes and direct distance dialing(DDD) numbers in Korea. It suggests that applying the analytico-synthetic classification techniques to the systems can improve them especially in the regards of notational systems.

CIP에 대한 공공도서관 사서들의 인식과 개선방안

이 연구에서는 공공도서관 사서 185명을 대상으로 CIP에 대한 인식 및 업무활용, CIP의 서비스품질과 만족도, 충성도에 대한 인식을 조사 분석하였다. 조사 결과 공공도서관 사서 중 172명(93.0%)이 CIP를 알고 있었으며, 이 중 98명(57.0%)만이 CIP를 업무에 활용하고 있었다. 리커트 5점 척도를 사용한 설문조사 결과를, CIP를 업무에 활용하고 있는 사서들은 CIP의 서비스품질(3.50) 및 만족도(3.71), 충성도(3.72)에 대하여 비교적 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스품질이 만족도에 미치는 영향과 만족도가 충성도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 구조방정식을 이용하여 검증하였다. 분석 결과 데이터품질, 시스템품질, 서비스지원, 교육/홍보의 4가지 차원의 서비스품질 중 데이터 품질만이 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 만족도는 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates 185 public librarians' perceptions, satisfactions score and loyalty for CIP program operated by the National Library of Korea. The 172 (93.0%) librarians have perceived about the CIP, and 98(57.0%) librarians make use of the CIP at their works. They were relatively high perceptions on the service quality (3.50), satisfaction (3.71), and loyalty (3.72) for the CIP on the Likert 5-point scale. This study also tested the quality of service, satisfaction and loyalty using Structured Equation Model(SEM) models. Research findings show that CIP data quality had a statistically meaningful positive impact on user satisfaction and user satisfaction had a meaningful positive impact on loyalty.

소장데이터용 MARC 포맷에 관한 연구

This article investigates the general characteristics and developments of the MARC format for holdings data. It also analyzes the record structure, content designation, and the content of it, mainly based on USMARC and KORMARC formats. Structure and content designation of them are almost same with those of the bibliographic and authority formats. The data fields divided into functional blocks based on their functions, but only 0XX, 5XX, 8XX fields are used in the holdings formats. Record contents of the data in the 008 fields include more elements related to the holdings and acquisition information. Variable fields can be grouped into several blocks, including those for numbers and codes; for notes fields, for location , and for holdings data. Holdings data fields include caption and pattern fields, enumeration and chronology fields, textual holdings fields, and item information fields. This article analyzes the content in each data fields in detail. 본고는 소장데이터용 MARC 포맷의 일반적 특성과 개발현황에 대해 살펴보고, 아울러 MARC 포맷의 3요소로 일컬어지는 구조와, 내용표지법, 레코드의 내용을 이미 개발된 USMARC과 KORMARC 포맷을 중심으로 분석하였다. 레코드의 구조와 내용표지법은 서지용 및 전거용포맷과 대부분 동일하다. 데이터필드는 기본적으로 기능별블록으로 구분되어 있으나, 현재는 0XX, 5XX, 8XX 필드만이 사용되고 있다. 008 필드의 레코드 내용에는 수서와 보유정책 등 자료의 소장에 관련된 요소들이 추가되어 있다. 가변길이필드의 내용은 번호와 코드, 주기, 소재와 접근, 소장데이터 필드 등으로 구성되며, 특히 소장데이터필드는 다시 캡션과 패턴, 권호와 연대, 문장형식소장정보 자료정보 등의 필드로 구성된다. 본고에서는 각 필드별로 그 내용을 구체적으로 분석하고 있다.

구조방정식을 이용한 공공도서관과 문예회관의 문화교육프로그램의 품질과 만족도에 관한 비교분석

This study investigates the participants' perception and satisfaction score for culture and education programs operating in public libraries and culture & art centers in Daegu Metropolitan City. Attendees of the public libraries' programs have higher overall satisfaction, customer loyalty on the contents of the program and lecturers than those of the culture & art centers' programs. Attendees of the culture & art centers' programs rated staff supports and services, facilities and educational equipments higher than those in the public libraries' programs. This study calculates the LCSI score in public libraries(78.02) and culture & art centers(77.22). 이 연구에서는 대구광역시의 공공도서관과 문예회관에서 운영하는 문화교육프로그램에 대한 수강자들의 인식과 만족도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 도서관 수강자들은 전반적인 만족도와 충성도, 프로그램 내용 및 강사 품질을, 문예회관 수강자들은 기관의 지원 및 제반서비스와 시설 및 환경에 대해 더 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 도서관 수강자의 고객만족도(LCSI)는 78.02점으로 나타났으며 문예회관 수강자의 고객만족도는 77.22점으로 산출되었다.

동화를 활용한 문제 만들기 활동이 수학적 태도와 학업성취에 미치는 영향

This study will contribute to improve intimacy and interests of students in mathematics and to cultivate their abilities and attitudes to continuously learn through problem posing activities using fairy tales. An experimental study was carried out two classes of the fifth grade (total 60 of students, each group 30 os students) in G elementary school located in Daegu Metropolitan City. This experiment was performed for thirteen weeks. For this study, using two examination devices for measuring mathematical attitude and learning achievement, pre- and post-tests were carried out. As a result, it was found that two groups are identical groups. Problem posing activities with fairy tales had significant effect on mathematical attitudes of children and learning achievement of children.
