인터넷 날씨정보표현 보조조명 개발

인간의 불의 발견 이후 인간의 생활에 있어서 조명은 없어서는 안 되는 도구가 되었다. 최초 불로 시작했다고 보는 인공조명의 역사는 발열이 많이 되는 연소방식의 조명에서 전기방식의 조명으로의 전환과 전자방식의 조명으로의 발전에 따라 인간의 조명의 사용방식을 혁신적으로 바꾸기 시작했다. 조명의 이런 역사적, 기술적 발전으로 인해 현대의 조명의 역할은 단순히 특정 공간이나 위치를 광원을 통해 밝게 해주는 기능에서 멈추지 않고 확장되어 다양한 목적으로 확장되기 시작했으며, 실내용 조명에 있어서는 특정 장소를 밝히는 목적을 넘어서 조명의 효과가 주는 매력감, 압박감 등의 감성적 특성을 통해 공간에 대한 개성을 부여하고 감정을 유발하는 용도로 사용되기 시작했다. 이런 조명에 대한 개념적 확장은 조명의 용도와 역할을 넘어서 그 자체로 미적인 부분 등의 추가적 목적을 충족시켜야 한다는 것에 초점이 맞춰지고 있으며 특히 미학적인 관점에서는 조명이 유휴상태일 경우 조명 자체의 미적인 감성을 충족시키는 부분에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 조명의 개념적 확장의 부분에서 조명 자체의 기능을 넘어서 조명이 유휴상태일 때에도 다른 기능, 즉 정보전달을 해주는 매체로서의 기능도 수행하는 가능성에 대해 고민하였다. 정보의 출처로는 전 세계적으로 가장 많은 정보가 유통되는 플랫폼인 웹으로부터 얻는 방법을 구상하였으며, 대표정보로는 날씨정보를 선택하였다. 특히 정보제공업체에서 제공해 주는 API1)를 활용하였는데, 날씨 정보 API를 활용한 방법은 최근 유행하는 SNS나 여타 인터넷 프로그램들이 제공하는 서비스의 활용방법과 큰 차이가 없기 때문에 SNS등의 다양한 방법으로의 확장이 가능하며, 이것은 날씨표시 보조조명의 가능성을 무한대로 확장할 수 있는 방식이다. 이런 가능성을 현재의 조명이 광원, 배광형태, 설치위치에 따라 어떤 특성을 갖는지 조사 후, 조건에 맞는 조명의 형태와 특징을 유추해 내었으며, 이 결과를 이용해 실제 프로토타입 제작을 하여, 인터넷 정보표시 보조조명의 가능성에 대해 확인을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 간단하지만 다양한 방식의 정보표현이 가능한 조명에 대한 가능성에 대한 접근을 해보았으며, 앞서 언급한 것과 같이 이와 같은 정보표현의 내용은 그 제공 데이터에 따라 무한한 확장이 가능하다. 본 연구는 다양한 정보표현 방식과 다양한 정보의 융합을 통해 새로운 방식의 조명제작에 기여할 것이다. Lighting has been essential to human life since the discovery of fire. Since the history of artificial lighting was initially derived from fire, it has been switched from combustion lighting systems generating high heat to electric lighting systems. Furthermore, the development of electronic lighting has changed human light usage radically. The historical and technological development of lighting has kept expanding the role of modern lighting. That is, the functionality of simply lighting up a particular area or location has been expanded for a wide variety of purposes. Therefore, indoor lighting fixtures have begun to express individuality and to induce feelings for space through lighting effects beyond the purpose of illuminating a particular place because lighting effects can bring about emotional characteristics such as attractiveness and pressure. The extended concept of lighting focuses on meeting additional purposes such as aesthetic aspects beyond its basic purpose and role. In particular, there have been numerous studies to meet the aesthetic sensibility of the lighting itself in the idle state. In this paper, we have tried to extend the concept of lighting to support other lighting functions such as information delivery even in its idle state beyond its own capabilities. In particular, we have implemented the prototype by using weather API on the Web platform which distributes most information all over the world. There are no significant differences between using weather information API to create a series of prototypes and using the services provided by the recently popular SNS and other internet programs. Therefore, the approach using weather information is also expected to be extended in other various ways. In addition, it is possible to consider the structural implementation in many different ways. In particular, we have tried to keep the emotional aspects through the dynamic representation of the information with the surface light source rather than the efficiency aspects through the detailed representation of the information with the point light source matrix. However, the proposed view and approach can be reconfigured in other various ways. In this study, the potential lighting system is expected to be actualized in order to support the simple but multiple representation of the information.

HDR 기술을 활용한 2018 러시아 월드컵 UHD방송 VOD 서비스

KBS를 비롯한 지상파방송 3사는 실시간 UHD방송과 VOD 온라인 동영상 서비스가 결합된 세계 최초의 지상파 양방향 UHD 플랫폼인 Tiviva(이하 티비바) 서비스를 2017년 11월 오픈하였다. 티비바는 별도의 셋톱박스 없이 UHD TV에 직접수신 안테나와 인터넷을 연결하여 지상파 방송사의 실시간 방송 채널 외에 다양한 UHD VOD와 클립을 이용할수 있고, 스포츠와 드라마, 종편(JTBC, MBN), 영화 등 50여 개의 IP채널을 추가로 볼 수 있는 서비스이다. 이후 2018년 1월에는 이용자 편리성과 자동추천 기능 등 UI/UX를 크게 개선한 티비바 2.0을 업데이트 하였고, 평창올림픽 기간에는 전 경기 실시간 스트리밍 및 올림픽특별관을 운영하였다. 2018년 6월 러시아 월드컵 기간에는 축구 경기 UHD HDR 방송 중계와 함께 티비바를 통한 HDR VOD를 최초로 서비스하여 스포츠 경기를 즐기는 또다른 즐거움을 선사하였다. 본 논문에서는 러시아 월드컵 HDR VOD 서비스를 준비하고 시행하기 위한 시스템 설계 및 진행과정, 기술 이슈 등에 대해서 기술하려고 한다.

同治初 貴州敎案에 對하여

貴州敎案이 淸이 弛禁한 바로 그 해에 일어난 大規模의 敎案이었다는 點에서 주목을 끈다. 特히 이 敎案은 그 地方의 最高級官僚들이 公公然히 仇敎券圍氣를 造成하여 主動이 되었는데, 이 때 萬一 群衆이 呼應하지 않았으면 事件은 그리 擴大되지 않았을 것이다. 그럼 群衆이 事任에 積極參與한대 對하여서는 이 貴州敎案에 關한 資料에는 보이지 않으나 1862年 江西省 南昌에서 일어난 敎案을 處理하는데 있어서 當時 그곳의 巡撫 沈葆禎이가 部下를 市街에 密派하여 群衆들이 天主敎에 對한 意見을 물은 「密訪問答」에 依하면 軍衆들이 法國傳敎士와 生命을 걸고 싸우는 理由에 對하여 要奪我們本地公建的有嬰堂 又要我們賠他許多銀子 且叫從敎的來占我們鋪面田地, 又說攸兵船來挾制我們……이라고 말하고 있는 것을 보아 유럽資本主義 侵略에 對한 反撥임을 알 수 있다. 나아가 軍衆은 太平天國의 무리는 모두 天主敎徒이고 또한 宣敎使들은 育嬰堂을 經營한다고 하면서 「採生折割」을 일삼으니 싸우지 않을 수 없다 라고 말하고 있다. 이와 같은 守舊官僚들의 排外思想은 이들 群衆의 絶對的인 支持를 받아 以後 各地에서 仇敎運動이 展開되는 것이다.

恭親王(혁흔)의 洋務思想 : 1860年代

China, with strong ethno-centricism had traditionally been acute in distinction of her own civilization from barbarism of the frontier people. The westerners, above all the frontiers, with their add appearence and different made of living, were most dispised ethnically as Western Devils, and were thought to be starved to death if they could get no supply of production from China. They even were regarded to eat human body. In 1840, however, Chin Dynasty was defeated by one of western powers in Opium War and in 1860 Peiping was capitulated to Anglo-French Allied Army. Western Powers began to suceed in transplanting their institution into China thanks to their advantage provided by Peiping Treaty. Thereafter China fell into the state of half-colony of western powers. During Taiping Rebellion (1850∼1864) western powers' policy toward China switched to help Chin Dynasty. Through the two wars against Great Britain Chin Dynasty recognized the excellent quality of modern weapons of western powers. After the conclusion of Peiping Treaty the Dynasty realized the good effect produced by the use of modern weapons in crushing the Taiping rebels. Gradually the Dynasty began to adopt the policy of assimilating western civilization and the new policy was called "Westernization Policy".(yang-moo) Thus China softened her traditional attitude of dispising any frontiers and began to make an effort to harmonize herself with the west and endeavored to assimilate western civilization and produce modern weapons by herself. The Westernization Policy was led by Prince Kochin, Foreign Minister, the uncle of the then Emperor. Kochin's confidence that the West would not turn its back to China's good will made him eager to conclude Peiping Treaty and willingly accept the offer of help from Great Bitain and France in crushing Taiping rebels. Thus Prince Kochin took the initiatlive role in forming China's new policy to assimilate western civilization. This article aims to describe the process of switching of China's policy towards western powers and their civilization : to describe how Prince Kochin turned the traditional anti-west attitude down and set the new course of westernization ; and, above all, how China's munition industry arised.
