In this study, we developed transdermal direct drug delivery device using micro-needle painlessly. We has fabricated micro-needle that is 130 ${\mu}m$ thickness and 250 ${\mu}m$length with 10 ${\mu}m$ spiral groove for rolling down drug. Head part of micro-needle device is composed of 20ea micro-needles, an on-off valve and a protective cap. Glass bottle for containing drug is connected to head part of micro-needle device. We examined the puncture characteristic testing using porcine skin and drug delivery testing using porcine, rat skin with Indian Ink.

In this study, we have developed a mobile-based visible/NIR(Near InfraRed) imaging equipment for the animal testing. This equipment can provide visible, NIR and merged image through the viewer program. Especially, merged image help researcher to understand visual messages at animal in-vivo test. Also, it is available to send real-time images through the smart phone. Researcher can communicate with another researcher who is a long distance away. Also, the equipment was made with portable small size to enable it to commercialize.

본 연구는 543 nm 헬륨네온 레이저의 주파수 안정화를 위한 <SUP>127</SUP>I2 포화흡수분광 장치의 설계와 제작에 관한 것이다. 온도와 PZT 변화에 의한 레이저관 길이 가변을 이용하여 543 nm 헬륨네온 레이저의 주파수를 주사시켰다. 3 차 고조파 신호을 얻기 위해 PZT 변조 가능한 레이저 출력경을 이용하여 주파수 변조를 하였다. 그 결과, <SUP>127</SUP>I2 용 B-X 시스템의 R(12) 26-0에서 R(106) 28-0의 천이를 가지는 초미세구조 분광은 포화흡수분광기를 사용한 3차 미분 신호에서 관찰되었다. 또한, 전형적인 초미세구조 분광 신호의 신호대 잡음비는 약 30:1 로 얻어졌다. We have designed and assembled a saturated absorption-spectroscopy system of <SUP>127</SUP>I2 for the frequency stabilization of the 543 nm He-Ne laser. The frequency of a internal-mirror 543 nm He-Ne laser was swept by utilizing the temperature and PZT change of the laser cavity length. Frequency modulation was applied to the output laser mirror with a PZT modulator for the third harmonic signal. A portion of the hyperfine spectrum originated from the R(12)26-0 and R(106)28-0 transitions of the B-X system of <SUP>127</SUP>I2 was observed as the third-derivative signal using a saturated absorption spectroscopy. The signal-to-noise ratio of a typical hyperfine spectrum signal was estimated to be 30:1.

Over the past 15 years productive BCI research programs have arisen. Current mainstream EEG electrode setups permit efficient recordings but most of electrodes has the disadventages of need for skin preparation and gel application to correctly record signals. The new gel-free probe was adapted for EEG recording and it can be fixed to the scalp with the micro needle without neuro-gel. It use standard EEG cap for wearing electrodes on scalp so it is compatible with standard EEG electrodes. A comparison between electrode characteristics is achieved by performing simultaneous recordings with the gel electrodes and gel-free probe placed in parallel scalp positions on the same anatomical regions. The quality of EEG recordings for all two types of experimental conditions is similar for gelelectrodes and gel-free probe. Subjects also reported not having special tactile sensations associated with wearing of gel-free probes. According to our results, it is expected that gel-free probe can be adapted to BCI, BMI(Brain Machine Interface), HMI(Human Machine Interface) because of its simple application and comfortable wearing process.

In this research, we developed a biosensor to detect lung cancer-specific biomarker using Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) chip based on interference and nano surface plasmon resonance (nanoSPR). The nano-porous AAO chip was fabricated 2 μm of pore-depth by twostep anodizing method for surface uniformity. NanoSPR has sensitivity to the refractive index (RI) of the surrounding medium and also provides simple and label-free detection when specific antibodies are immobilized to the Au-deposited surface of nano porous AAO chip. To detect the lung cancer-specific biomarker, antibodies were immobilized on the surface of the chip by Self Assembled Monolayer (SAM) method. Since then lung cancer-specific biomarker was applied atop the antibodies immobilized layer. The specific reaction of the antigen-antibody contributed to the change in the refractive index that cause shift of resonance spectrum in the interference pattern. The Limit of Detection (LOD) was 1 fg/ml by using our nano-porous AAO biosensor chip.
