Korea Insurance industry has developed very rapidly during recent 20 years. Especially Life insurance business has enjoyed incredible increase in its volume. Life insurance is a relatively important industry compared with other, as it does duty as a social welfare system and serves as a economics security institution which provides money for other industries. Korea Life insurance industry has made a great contibution to individual Life and the national economy. But, as the sociality and publicity on insurance business are much larger than those of any other business, it shoulc be very strictly supervised and regulated by the government.s The study consists of five Chapters: In Chapter 1, the introduction to this theis is made with objectives, methology and scope of the study. In Chapter 2, the growth and the present position of life insurance are discussed. In Chapter 3, it examines basic characteristics and investment principles of life insurance assets, and then offer a brief review of the management of Life insurance assets in foreign countries features. Chapter 4, the problems and the efficienty of life insurance assets management in Korea are presented. Summaries and Concluding remarks are presented in Chapter 5.
이미지 초해상화 기법을 활용한 작물 병해충 진단 모델의 재현율 향상

Early identification and diagnosis of plant disease is very important because plant diseases have a great impact on yield. Currently, research on developing and advancing models for diagnosing plant diseases and pests using artificial intelligence is being actively conducted. However, even if the model showed good performance during verification, the performance deteriorates when the resolution of the input image is low during operation. If disease control is delayed because of delayed diseases diagnosis due to low resolution, the entire crop is affected by the diseases resulting in a decrease in yield. The purpose of this study was to improve the reproducibility of the model by utilizing super-resolution that increases the resolution of the image. BICUBIC, SRCNN, and SRGAN were used as super-resolution algorithms. After x4 scale super-resolution of test images with 64×64, 128×128, and 192×192 resolutions, they were directly input into the trained YOLOv5 model. As a result, the recall improved by 34% in SRGAN, 30% in SRCNN, and 19% in BICUBIC.

Decentralization or divisionalization of business organizations has become a fact corporate life since the end of World War II. Decentralization is a response to uncertainty of company environment. The theory and application of divisional accounting have been a popular topic in recent managerial accounting. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the financial relationships which exist beween the central management of a divisionalized company and the management of its divisions. And also to examine some accounting problems occured in the measurement of performance. As a rdsult of such investigation, it is to arrieve at recommendations which would attain the more effective coordination and control of divisional operation in accordance with the objectives of the corporation. The essence of decentralitation is the freedom to make decisions. Decentralization is a matter of degree. Total decentralization means minimum constraints and maximum freedom for managers to make decisions, even at the lowest levels. At the other extreme of the continuum, total centralization means maximum constraints and minimum freedom. In practice, organizations are seldom totally centralized or decentralized. Full centrclization is not economic in most instances, because of the impossibility of administering the unavoidable massive volume of decisions at the top-management level. On the other hand, full decentralization implies a collection of completely separate business.
