        간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 자아존중감, 창의융합역량이 간호전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 자아존중감, 창의융합역량이 간호전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 연구 대상자는 간호학과 3, 4학년 재학생 326명이었다. 자료수집은 자기보고식 설문지로 2020년 7월1일부터 7월 30일까지 실시하였으며, SPSS19 program을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, oneway-ANOVA, Cronbach’s-α 계수, Pearson‘s correlation, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생들의 비판적 사고성향은 5점 만점에 3.39±0.02, 자아존중감은 5점 만점에 3.46±0.03, 창의융합역량은 5점 만점에 3.33±0.02, 전문직 자아개념은 4점 만점에 3.07±0.02이었다. 대상자의 간호전문직 자아개념은 비판적 사고성향(r=.748, p<.001), 자아존중감(r=.642, p<.001), 창의융합역량(r=.707, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 전문적 자아개념에 대한 주요영향 변인은 비판적 사고성향, 자아존중감, 창의융합역량으로 67.8%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직 자아개념을 향상시키기 위해서 비판적 사고성향, 자아존중감 및 창의융합역량을 강화하는 전략이 필요함을 제언한다. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of a disposition towards critical thinking, self-esteem, creative convergence competency, and professional self-concept as factors affecting the professional self-concept of nursing students. This study was conducted on 326 nursing students between July 1st and July 30th, 2020. The data was collected by self-reporting questionnaires and analyzed with the SPSS/Win19.0 program using the descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The mean score of critical thinking disposition was 3.39±0.02, self-esteem 3.46±0.03, creative convergence competency 3.33±0.02, and professional self-concept 3.07±0.02 in nursing students. There was a significant positive correlation between professional self-concept and critical thinking disposition (r=.748, p<.001), self-esteem (r=.642, p<.001), and creative convergence competency (r=.707, p<.001). The significant factors influencing professional self-concept were critical thinking disposition, self-esteem and creative convergence competency, which explained 67.8% of the variance. Therefore, this study suggests that there is a need for a strategy that increases critical thinking disposition, self-esteem, and creative convergence competency to improve professional self-concept in nursing students.

        모바일 기반의 스포츠 미디어 이용동기에 대한 성별차이 분석

        연구목적: 본 연구는 이론과 충족이론에 근거하여 모바일 기반의 스포츠 미디어 이용자를 능동적 소비자로 간주하였으며, 모바일 기반의 스포츠 미디어 이용동기에 대해 성별 간의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구방법: 스포츠 미디어 이용동기는 정보성, 편의성, 경제성, 호기심, 유희성, 탈피성, 소셜, 커뮤니케이션의 8개 요인 30문항으로 구성되었으며, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 8개 요인 개수의 적합성을 확인하였다. 모바일 기반의 스포츠 미디어 이용동기 척도를 남녀 집단에 모두 적용하여 사용할 수 있는지 확인하기 위해 모바일 기반의 스포츠 미디어 이용동기의 요인구조가 동등한가를 검증하였다. 최종적으로 잠재평균분석을 통해 성별 간의 차이를 분석하였다. 결론: 외적동기에 의한 수단적 행동을 하는 경향이 높은 남성은 정보성, 편의성이 통계적으로 유의미하게 더 높게 나타났다. 반면 개인의 욕구보다는 친밀한 사회적 유대관계를 유지하는 경향이 높은 여성은 경제성, 소셜, 소통이 통계적으로 유의미하게 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 모바일 기반의 스포츠 미디어 이용동기를 구체화하여 성별 차이를 규명하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 즉, 스포츠 조직이 더 정확하게 성별에 따른 취향을 반영하여 모바일을 통한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 전략을 세워야 한다는 것이 이 연구가 제공하는 시사점이다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze and explore gender differences of motivations in new media uses for sports which is a most popular phenomenon in sports. In this regard, the current study aimed to explore prominence of new media uses through the intersection of intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors in sports contexts. Methods: In order to discover gender differences of sports new media uses, this study utilized an online survey that categorized 8 motivational factors including information, convenience, economic incentive, curiosity, entertainment, escapism, social, and communication. In data analysis, this study utilized a series of latent mean analysis via Amos to explore a confirmatory factor analysis between gender. Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that male group are more likely to have strong motivations for external factors such as information and convenience. On the other hand, female group has more strong internal motivational factors such as economic incentive, social, and communications that enhance social relationships in community. The significances of this study is to articulate gender differences for new media uses in sports. Finally, this study provides meaningful insights to develop a sports new media platform with distinguished marketing strategies.

        추구-회피동기와 모바일 기반의 스포츠 콘텐츠 이용행동의 관계

        In this study, we developed a research model based upon Iso-Ahola's motivation theory to investigate two different motivational forces(i.e., seeking and escaping) influencing mobile-based leisure in sport. To divide entire samples into four groups, a K-means cluster analysis was employed and a multivariate analysis of variance was utilized to figure out the effects of motivation on satisfaction and usage intention of mobile-based sport content. Corresponding with this cord-off phenomenon in terms of new media usage patterns in sports, the study results indicated that seeking and escaping motives tend to simultaneously influence to leisure behavior for mobile-based sport content. The study results will not only shed light on how sports fans use new media outlets to obtain gratification, but will provide empirical insights on how to increase fan engagement via complementary innovation systems in sports. Discussion and important implications for marketers and developers will be suggested. 이 연구의 목적은 모바일 기반의 스포츠 콘텐츠 이용자의 추구-회피 동기수준에 따라 4개 집단으로 분류하여 집단별로 스포츠 콘텐츠 이용에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 규명하는 것이다. 이에 따라 여가참여자들이 기대하는 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 추구동기와 회피동기 모두 고려해야만 한다는 Iso-Ahola의 추구-회피 동기이론을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 추구동기가 회피동기보다 모바일 기반의 스포츠 콘텐츠 이용행동에 미치는 영향력이 크다는 것뿐만 아니라 회피동기도 간과해서는 안 될 의미 있는 변인으로 나타났다. 따라서 모바일 기반의 관람 스포츠 콘텐츠 이용이 여가 스포츠의 한 형태로 자리 잡기 위해서는 이용자들의 추구동기와 회피동기 모두를 고려하여 심리적 욕구 충족뿐만 아니라 일상으로부터의 탈출이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 것이 효과적이다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 시사점과 추후 연구에 대해 제시하였다.

        임상 간호사의 직무 스트레스, 대인갈등 해결 전략 및 직무 만족도

        This descriptive study was designed to measure the degrees of work stress and job satisfaction and use interpersonal conflict resolution strategy as an attempt to provide clinical nurses basic data to develop strategies releasing work stress and improving job satisfaction. These data were collected from 367 clinical nurses working in 9 hospitals nation-wide from May 1, to June 30, 1998. A structured questionaire was used for data collection. The questionnaire included Kim and Koo's work stress scale, Lee's interpersonal conflict resolution strategy scale and a Minesota satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis was done by the use of the SAS computer program with descriptive statistics, t -test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Cronbach - ${\alpha}$. The results were as follows 1. The mean score of work stress for the subjects was 4.34(SD=0.64). The highest scored reasons for work stress were 'inadequate com pensation' 4.93(SD=0.86), 'lack of professional knowledge and skill' 4.70(SD=0.92) and 'unsatisfactory relationship with superior authorities' 4.63(SD=0.97). The lowest scored reasons were 'unsatisfactory relationship with inferior staff' 3.72(SD=1.02), 'inadequate mechanical environment' 3.72(SD=1.11) and 'interpersonal problems' 3.85 (SD=1.06), The work stress in clinical nurses differed significantly depending on the hospital type (F=4.00, p=0.0082). 2. The clinical nurses used compromise(45.1%) as the best interpersonal conflict resolution strategy. The second was collaboration(32.8%), the third accomodation(14.2%), the forth avoidance(4.2%) and the fifth competition(3.6%). 3. The item score of job satisfaction of the subject was 3.00(SD=0.43), The job satisfaction in clinical nurses differed significantly depending on age(F=5.67, p=0.0000), marital status(t= -1.89, p=0.0511), academic career(F=5.84, 0.0001), official position (F=7.38, p=0.0001), and work career(F=6.33, p=0.0001). 4. The result of the analysis of relationship between work stress and job satisfaction was significant(r= -0.34, p=0.0000). In conclusion, it was found that work stress was very high in clinical nurses. They used interpersonal conflict resolution strategies to release their interpersonal problems and to increase their job satisfaction. Therefore, adequate stress management for clinical nurses will provide them with higher job satisfaction and hence lead to more qualitified nursing care.

      • 혈액투석 환자와 신이식 환자의 삶의 질과 성생활만족도

        This descriptive study measured the quality of life and sexual satisfaction for hemodialysis patients and renal transplantation patients as an attempt to give nurses basic data to improve their life satisfaction of hemodialysis patients and renal transplantation patients. The research design was a descriptive study and the data were obtained by a questionnaire. These data were collected from 134 hemodialysis patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment in three university hospitals and four dialysis clinics and 111 renal transplantation patients following check up in three university hospitals after renal transplantation for 30 days from August 4, to Sep. 7, 1996. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection The tools included the quality of life scale by Rho Yu Cha to measure the degree of quality of life and the sexual satisfaction scale by Chang Soon Bok to measure the degree of sexual satisfaction. Data analysis was done by the SAS computer program and descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach- a were used. The reliability of quality of life scale was 0.94 and the reliability of sexual satisfaction scale was 0.94. The results of this study were as follows 1. The item mean score for quality of life of the total subject was 3.11. The item mean score for quality of life for hemodial;ysis patient was 2.96, that of renal transplantation patients was 3.25. And the degree of quality of life of renal transplantation patient was higher than that of hemodialysis patient(t=-5.80, p=0.0001). For six factors in the quality of life scale, the mean scores of subscales were in the order of The highest score 3.46 for family relationship the second score 3.23 for emotional state, the third score 3.21 for relationship with neighbors, and the lowest score 2.92 for economic life. 2. The item mean score of sexual satisfaction for total subjects was 2.86. The item mean score for sexual satisfaction for hemodialysis patient was 2.59, and 3.19 for renal transplantation patients. Thus, the degree of sexual satisfaction of renal transplantation patient was higher than that of hemodialysis patient(t=-5.68, p=0.0001). In conclusion, it was found that the quality of life of renal transplantation patients was higher than that of hemodialysis patients and the sexual satisfaction of renal transplantation patients was higher than that of hemodialysis patients. Therefore to improve the quality of life an adequate nursing intervention will be needed for hemodialysis patients and continuous education and support will be needed for renal transplantation patients to maintain and improve quality of life.

        전문대 간호학생의 자아존중감, 자기효능감 및 문제해결능력에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 전문대 간호학생의 자아존중감, 자기효능감 및 문제해결능력에 관하여 탐구하고 문제해결능력의 영향요인을 확인하는 것이다. 자료수집은 2개의 전문대학 간호과 2,3학년 재학생 349명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 대상자의 자아존중감의 평균은 3.69±0.55, 자기효능감은 3.44±0.47, 문제해결능력은 3.84±0.50이었으며, 자아존중감, 자기효능감 및 문제해결능력과는 양적 상관관계가 있었다. 문제해결능력은 학업성적, 대인관계, 전공만족도 및 임상실습만족도에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향요인은 자기효능감과 자아존중감으로 변수들의 설명력은 46.9%이었다. 결과를 통해 전문대학 간호학생에게 자아존중감과 자기효능감 강화와 함께 문제해결능력의 향상이 필요함을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 간호교육에서 교육과정 개발과 평가 및 효과적인 교수학습방법 개발에 필요한 기초자료가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate self esteem, self-efficacy and problem solving ability and influencing factors on the problem solving ability in nursing students. The data was collected from 349 nursing students of 2 colleges by means of self-reported questionnaires including self esteem scale, self efficacy scale and PSI scale. Collected data was analyzed on SPSS 18.0 program. The mean score of self esteem was 3.69±0.55, self efficacy was 3.44±0.47 and problem solving ability 3.84±0.50 in nursing students. There were significantly correlated among self esteem, self efficacy and problem solving ability. Problem solving ability were significant differences according to academic score, interpersonal relationship, satisfaction of major and satisfaction of nursing practice. In multiple regression analysis self esteem and self efficacy were significant factors of problem solving ability explaining 46.9% of the variables. These findings indicate that there is a need to increas problem solving ability including self esteem and self efficacy in nursing students. The results should be reflected in the evaluation and development of curriculum and development of effective learning method.

        혈액투석 환자의 부부친밀도와 성생활 만족도에 관한 조사 연구

        Human sexuality is an important aspect of a healthy life is disturbed by uremia. This study identified concerns regarding the sexual dysfunction experienced by patients on hemodialysis. 45 subjects on hemodialysis were enrolled in this study. The data was gathered by questionnaire which included sociodemographics, disease-related variables, physical activity, life satisfaction, sexual activity, intimacy and sexual satisfaction 46.7% of subjects were men and 53.3% of them were women. A majority of subjects could care for themselves and were satisfied with their life. 71.1% of the subjects received hemodialysis treatment three times a week. Only 24.4% of them had received instruction regarding this dysfunction. The majority of subjects had felt a positive sexual attitude, decreasing intimacy of couple and moderate sexual satisfaction. The relationship between the level of physical activity and sexual satisfaction was significant (r=.27, p=.06). The relationship between life satisfaction and the intimacy of the couple was significant (r=.34, p=.02). The relationship between intimacy and sexual satisfaction was significant(r=.52, p=.00). This indicated the necessity of the development of effective intervention in nursing care regarding hemodialysis patients with sexual dysfunction.

        모바일 스포츠 콘텐츠 이용동기와 이용만족의 관계에서 미디어 멀티태스킹 선호도의 조절효과

        연구목적: 이 연구는 스포츠 뉴미디어 이용의 소셜 동기, 호기심 동기와 이용만족의 관계에서 미디어 멀티태스킹 선호도의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구방법: 모바일 기반의 스포츠 콘텐츠 이용자를 모집단으로 선정하였으며 목적표집법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 미디어 멀티태스킹 선호도의 조절효과를 검증하기 위하여 Process Macro Model 1번을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 연구의 결과는 첫째, 미디어 멀티태스킹 선호도가 높을수록 소셜 동기가 이용만족에 미치는 영향은 커진다. 둘째, 미디어 멀티태스킹 선호도가 높을수록 호기심 동기가 이용만족에 미치는 영향은 커진다. 결론: 이 연구를 통해 스포츠 팬들이 모바일을 통해 스포츠 콘텐츠 하나에만 집중하는 것보다 모바일 내에서 스포츠관련 다양한 콘텐츠를 동시에 이용하거나 다양한 매체들을 통해 스포츠 콘텐츠를 이용할 때 원하는 정보손실은 줄이고 비판적 사고와 같은 부정적 요인이 감소되어 스포츠 콘텐츠 이용에 대한 만족도가 높아질 수 있음을 유추할 수 있다. 이는 미디어 멀티태스킹이 소셜 동기, 호기심 동기와 관련하여 스포츠 뉴미디어 산업에 이득이 될 수 있는 마케팅 전략에 의미 있는 요인임을 시사한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine a moderating effect of media multitasking preference on the relationship between usage motivations(social and curiosity motivation) and usage satisfaction in new media contents in sports. Methods: A total of 500 participants who used mobile-based sports contents were selected using the purposive sampling method. A series of moderating effects of media multitasking preference were tested via Process macro model 1. Result: Findings were as follows; First, media multitasking preference moderated the relationship between social motivation and usage satisfaction in sports new media content. Second, media multitasking preference moderated the relationship between curiosity motivation and usage satisfaction. Conclusion: The findings suggested a positive role of media multitasking in the use of mobile-based sports content by sports fans.

        3년제 간호학생의 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결능력과의 관계

        본 연구는 3년제 간호학생의 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결능력과의 관계를 알아보고 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 자료 수집은 4개 전문대학의 간호과 재학생 422명을 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 수 집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 비판적 사고성향의 평균은 3.42±0.42, 문제 해결능력의 평균은 3.84±0.50이었다. 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결능력은 양적 상관관계가 있었으며, 다중회귀분석결과 문제해결능력에 영향을 주는 요인은 비판적 사고성향과 대인관계이었다. 결과를 통해 간호학생의 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호학생의 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결능력을 향상시키는 교육과정과 교육방법을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. This study examined the relationship between the critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability as well as the influencing factors the problem solving ability in nursing students. The data was collected from 422 nursing students of 4 colleges and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. The mean score of the critical thinking disposition was 3.42±0.42 and the problem solving ability was 3.84±0.50. A significant positive correlation was observed between the critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability. Multiple regression analysis showed that the predictors of the problem solving ability were the critical thinking disposition and interpersonal relationship. These findings suggest that there is a need to increase the critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability in nursing students. Theser esults should be reflected in an evaluation and development of the curriculum and learning method.
