      • A case-based decision support model for the semiconductor assembly

        For a semiconductor package to have better performance, cost effectiveness, and better reliability, there are a variety of factors that should be considered such as packaging materials and process condition. To meet the minimum reliability level required by customers, trial and error tests are done and redone. In selection of the packaging materials for assembly, an experienced engineer's knowledge and memory of prior assembly experiences can be powerful aid. However, even for experts, it is not easy to make a decision. Case-based reasoning helps to resolve this issue: it provides support for decision makers when solving new problems on the basis of past experiences(i.e., previous cases). Case-based reasoning is a new technology that helps to solve problems by storing, retrieving and adapting past situations or cases. In case-based system a case is usually a specific problem that has been previously encountered and solved. Like most humans, when faced with a new problem, a case-based system compares the current problem with cases encountered in the past to determine if one of the earlier experiences can provide a solution. If a similar case exists, the solution to complex problems is found in matter of seconds. If the system retrieves a case that is similar but not entirely appropriate to the current problem, the case base system will provide a new solution from known cases. This new case will be added to the case base for future use. CBR works well in domains that are poorly understood because the case-based system does not need to know why a solution worked in the past. In this paper, preconditioning test results of semiconductor packages are predicted and proper die attach adhesive are selected by applying CBR, and the reults are very promising.

      • 『화엄경』 의 해결중심접근 적용에 대한 시론

        Since Buddhism took part in social welfare projects, it has been grown rapidly in a relatively short period of time. However, it is not easy to actively reflect the ideological values and practice principles of Buddhism in social welfare programs. Therefore, a practitioner model is needed to enable practitioners and users to naturally acquire Buddhist thought. Ideology of acting in Buddhism can present a social welfare model that can approachmore concrete and concrete in modern society composed of complex culture and structure. The purpose of this study is to confirm the applicability of the Buddhist social welfare practice model as a solution-focused approach that provides a new paradigm of social welfare practice through Avataṃsaka-Sūtra. For this purpose, the analytical criteria for analyzing the relationship in『Avataṃsaka-Sūtra 』are analyzed through the analy sis of the assumptions and principles of the solution-oriented approach, and the relationship between the viewpoint on first human and the second intervention focuses on the third client, respectively. The result is summarized as a solution-focused approach andthe viewpoint of " In terms of the solution-oriented approach and the viewpoint of 『Avataṃsaka-Sūtra』the first viewpoint of the human being could be defined as 'being able to change by utilizing the strengths and resources of oneself' in the solution-focused approach. And in the 『Avataṃsaka-Sūtra』, this has been acting existence through YeraeSeongGisasang with Buddha's character[佛性]Second, the solution-focused approach to the focus of the second intervention is summarized through the discovery of the strengths and solution talk and simplification. By using the resources of the client and finding and enlarging concrete and positive changes through the solution talk, in this regard, it can be sum marized that ‘the request is accomplished through the logical structure of the act of the law at the moment, as ‘願’ is the beginning and completion of the practice of Bodhisattva’ through the power of the Bodhisattva and the ten episodes of the acting of the law. Third, the solution-focused approach to the relationship with the client could be summarized as 'autonomous cooperation of equality based on faith and respect' through faith and cooperation. In 『Avataṃsaka-Sūtra the logical 』 structure of the Bodhisattva and the legal postponement can be summarized as "forming the relationship between the Yonggwon Sangwonjeon which based on the legitimacy" and the relationship between the practitioner and the client. In addition, the relationship between the solution-focused approach and『Avataṃsaka-Sūtra』was confirmed in two categories. The first is that 『Avataṃsaka-Sūtra』can be a logical basis for the solution-focused approach. In regard to this, from the point of view of human being, the viewpoint of the center of the solution-focused approach, the idea of Pratitya Samutpada Theory and acting theory of Bodhisattvas and the act of acting of the law, and the relationship with the client which can be theoretical basis from Balborisim and Yuksangwonyung. Second, the solution-focused approach can be a practical model of 『Avataṃsaka-Sūtra』. In this regard, it was found that the solution-focused human perspective and solution-focused intervention as a specific realization of the Buddhism's humanity can provide a basis for the concrete model of the Buddhism and the act of law, The possibility of a new relationship model of the realization of the land wealth which based on the Bodhisattvas' In this study, It can be summarized that the solution-focused approach in the Buddhist social welfare practice area can help tounderstand the possibility and theory of The Flower Garlands asa concrete realization method for forming a Buddhist identity. 불교계는 사회복지사업에 참여한 이래 비교적 짧은 시간에 양적인 급성장을 해오고 있다. 하지만 불교의 이념적 가치와 실천원리를 사회복지 프로그램에 적극적으로 반영하는 것이 쉽지 않은 상황에서 시설 종사자나 이용자들이 자연스럽게 불교사상을 체득할 수 있는 실천 모델이 필요하다. 불교의 연기사상은 복잡한 문화와 구조로 구성되어 있는 현대사회에서 더 실질적이고 구체적으로 접근할 수 있는 사회복지모델을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사회복지 실천의 새로운 패러다임을 제공하는 해결중심접근의 불교사회복지 실천 모델의 적용 가능성에 대해 화엄경을통해 확인 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 해결중심접근의 가정과 원리에 대한 선행연구의 분석을 통해 『화엄경』과의 관계성 분석을 위한 분석 기준을 첫째 인간에 대한 관점과 둘째 개입의 초점 셋째 내담자와의 관계로 제시하고 문헌연구를 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과를 해결중심접근과 『화엄경』의 관점과 관계성으로 정리하였다. 해결중심접근과 『화엄경』의 관점에 대해 첫째 인간에 대한 관점은 해결중심접근에서는 ‘자신이 가진 강점과 자원을 활용하여 변화 가능한 존재’로 정의 할 수 있었으며, 『화엄경』에서는 여래성기사상을 통해 ‘부처의 성품[佛性]을 가진 연기적 존재’로 정리하였다. 둘째 개입의 초점에 대해 해결중심접근은 강점 발견·해결중심적 대화·간략화를 통해 정리해 봄으로써 ‘내담자의 자원을 이용하여 해결중심적 대화를 통해 구체적이고 긍정적인 변화를 찾고 확대함으로써 내담자가 원하는 변화를 구축’하는 것으로 정의 할 수 있었다. 이에 대해『화엄경』에서 보살의 원력과 법계연기의 십현문을 통해 ‘願은 보살의 실천행의 시작이자 완성으로 지금 이 순간 법계연기의 논리적구조를 통해 성취’한다고 정리해 볼 수 있었다. 셋째 내담자와의 관계에 대한 해결중심접근은 믿음과 협력을 통해 ‘믿음과 존중에 기반한 평등한 관계의 자율적 협력’으로 정리 할 수있었다. 또한 『화엄경』에서는 보살의 발보리심과 법계연기의 논리적 구조로서 육상원융을 실천가와 내담자의 관계에 적용하여 ‘발보리심에 기반한 융상원융의 관계형성’으로 정리 할 수 있었다. 또한 해결중심접근과『화엄경』의 관계성은 크게 두 범주로 확인 할 수 있었다. 첫째는 『화엄경』이 해결중심접근의 논리적 근거가 되어 줄 수 있다는 것이다. 이에 대해서는 인간에 대한 관점에서는 해결중심접근의 인간관에 대해 화엄의 여래성기사상이, 개임의 초점에 관해서는 화엄 보살의 실천행과 법계연기사상이, 내담자와의 관계에 관해서는 보살의 발보리심과 육상원융이 이론적 근거 되어 줄 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째는 해결중심접근이 『화엄경』의 실천적 모델이 될 수 있다는 것이다. 이에 대해서는 화엄의 인간관에 대한 구체적 실현으로서 해결중심적 인간관 , 해결중심적 개입이 화엄의 보살도와 법계연기의 구체적인 모델에 대한 단초를 제공할 수 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 내담자와의 관계에 관해서는 해결중심접근이 보살의 발보리심에 기반한 육상원융의 구현이라는 새로운 관계모형에 대한 가능성을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 불교사회복지 실천영역에서 해결중심접근이 불교적 정체성을 형성하는 것과 관련해 구체적인 실현방법으로 가능성과 화엄사상이 해결중심접근을 이해하는데 도움이 될 수 있음을 정리 할 수 있었다.

      • 컨테이너터미널의 관계혜택과 보상프로그램이 관계결속에 미치는 영향 : 전환비용 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the relational benefits and reward system on switching costs and relational commitment. Recently, as the number of container terminal has been rapidly growing. This market has been strengthened competitive structure. This situation implies that customer value creation will lead to long-term relational maintenance. In the existing literature on the ports and container terminal is to provide "core services" ware mainly in the study. The container terminal is thereby in a competitive environment as a way of differentiating marketing the relational benefits and rewards program that the need for the value effect is presented. Thus, the study applied the concept of proposed by Gwinner et al. (1998) and expended by Jones et al. (1998) to identify a point view virtual environment the concept of switching cost in container terminal which kind of factors have an influence on relational commitment. Based on the proposed model to investigate the moderating effect to the switching cost. This research model has been conducted by selecting 2 independent variables(relational benefits: psychological benefits, social benefits, economic benefits, customization benefits, rewards system: tangible rewards, intangible rewards), parameter(switching costs: continuous costs, learning costs, initialization costs), and dependent variables(relational commitment: long-term orientation, relationship effectiveness). To implement the study, the following activity have been done : literature reviews on benefits and rewards, switching barriers and commitment, suggestion of the research model, questionnaire survey and hypothesis test. For the empirical analysis has been used data for customers in container terminal using 226. The research analyses the causality among variables through reliability and factor analysis that SPSS 18.0 has been used to get the statistics, AMOS 18.0 has been used to get the hypothesis test. Consequences of the research are as follows : First, relational benefits and rewards system in container terminal on the switching costs was a positive impact. Switching costs had influence on relational commitment, rewards system was directly effects on relational commitment. Second, relational benefits(psychological benefits, social benefits, customization benefits) was a positive influence on switching costs. Third, depending on the type of rewards system was measured. Fourth, continuous costs, learning costs and initialization costs was effects on relational commitment. Fifth, economic benefits of switching costs related to the negative impact was found. It is found that to customers perception as a service standardization of core services. Results, this study suggests the need for value-added services, and differentiated according to the type of rewards system by offering strategic suggestions can help.
