시호가룡골모려탕(柴胡加龍骨牡蠣湯)을 이용한 발달장애 환자의 ADHD증상 관리 1례

Objective : The purpose of this report is to submit a case study on a patient of developmental disabilities with ADHD by taking "Sihogayonggolmoryeo-tang". Methods : We gave herbal medicine to a patient and observe the progress as the way of Cornners Abbreviated Rating Scale(CARS), ADHD Rating Scale (K-ARS), The ADD-H Comprehensive Teacher's Rating Scale(ACTeRS), Child Attention Problem(CAP), IOWA Conners Rating Scale, Conners Teacher Rating Scale(CTRS), Conners Parents Rating Scale (CPRS), Home Situation Questionnaire(HSQ), School Situation Questionnaire(SSQ). Results : The total score of CARS, ACTeRS and other scales were decreased by taking herbal medicine, and especially hyperactive scores were significantly decreased. Conclusions : Patient's symptom was significantly improved by using "diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun six meridian patterns and provisions" and analyzing patient's psychological and physical conditions.

본 연구는 메이커와 메이커스 운동이 국내에 어떻게 수용되고, 미국이나 중국 등 메이커스 운동을 선도하는 국가의 사례를 살펴보았다. 우선 메이커스의 개념을 분석했다. 메이커 (메이커스), 메이커스 운동과 메이커 문화, 메이커 스페이스 메이커 교육 등을 다뤘다. 그 다음으로 메이커스를 선도하는 혁신가에 주목했다. 메이커스 운동의 아버지 데일 도허티, 가장실천적인 활동가 크리스 앤더슨, 테크 숍의 운영자였으며, 지금은 메이커스 운동에 헌신하는 마크해치까지 다뤘다. 이들은 테크놀로로지와 경영, ICT와메거 진의 편집자이자 출판인이었다는 공통점이 있다. 이들은 많은 저서를 남겼고, 자기개발 분야에서 혁신적이고, 가장 첨단에 있는 연구가이기도 하다. ‘롱테일의 법칙’와 ‘웹 2.0 시대’ 등의 용어를 만들어냈고 ‘메이커스’라는 21세기 새로운 트렌드 문화를 확산하는 역할을 하고 있다. 마지막으로 메이커스와 문화산업과 창업을 엮어 자료를 수집하고, 분석해 보았다. 특히 메이커스와 창업, 창업과 대학 간의 연결고리를 찾는데 많은 시간과 심혈을 기울였다. 결과적으로 아직 문화산업과 메이커를 연결한 창업은 자료도 많지 않고 시도도 최근의 발생한 일이라 향후 논의할 과제가 많을 것으로 본다. 다만, 최근 메이커와 관련된 연구보고서와 단행본, 일반 연구 논문들이 많이 생성되고 있다. 또한, 국내 많은 기업들이 메이커 문화와 교육을 확산하는 역할을 하고 있다. It has coined terms such as ‘Long tail principle’ and ‘Web 2.0 Era’, and is playing a role in spreading a new trend culture in the 21st century called ‘Makers’. Finally, we have compiled and analyzed data by mixing up makers and cultural industries and startups. In particular, he devoted a lot of time and energy to finding a link between makers and startups, startups and universities. As a result/the start-ups that connect the cultural industry with the makers are not having much data yet, and the cities and provinces have recently occurred,so we expect to have many tasks to discuss in the future. However, a number of research reports, books and general research papers related to manufacturers have recently been generated. Also, many companies in the country are playing a role in spreading maker culture and education.
