        의사결정기법을 통한 건축공법선정에 관한 연구

        In the Past, The selection of individual method of construction was done by head of construction site or an experienced person very frequently. By doing this, The wrong selection of construction method without exact adjudication of construction site situation lead to increasing of cost and extension of construction term. Finally it will effect all over the construction process. Especially, In case of underground construction in the beginning, there are a lot of a variable factor and it also effect on the entire construction process and it need very careful process. The purpose of this study is to present the best suitable methodology for selection of construction method by considering potential risk of construction method and variables together with external condition for underground construction. The purpose of this study Is to select the most suitable construction method by analysing potential conditions(construction site situation and client request in designing ) To do this, We prepared arrangement rule to arrange the conditions for construction method. And thin make checklist of the analyzing construction method. Though above process, To expect the risk of individual construction method using above risk checklist and using Analytic Hierarchy process among Multiple-Criteria Decision making, the professional opinions is to be adapted. By doing this, it can lead and select the most suitable construction method considering the data which get from risk density test.

        건축물 리모델링의 활성화 및 안전관리방안에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this research are to use the buildings efficiently and long, save energies, make the cozy and comfortable environment of residential and living spaces, rearrange the related acts for easy implementation of remodeling, and activate the government's support programs so as to make remodeling activated in a safe mode. The scope and methodology of this research include the review of existing literatures and data on remodeling, census on apartment residents, influence factors, and the development of methods for activation of building remodeling and strengthening of safety management, like activation measures, licensing and ordering regulation updates, etc regarding the remodeling. Safety inspection and in-depth inspection before and after remodeling should be regulated. The construction materials for remodeling should be light weighted and the construction methods which can minimize the impact and vibration during construction should be selected. The improvement of regulation on the remodeling contractor qualification and order method should be updated. If the remodeling is activated and safety management is reinforced by the suggested measures, solving of lack of house, prevention of abuse of resources, and improvement of residential environment could be accomplished rationally.

        This study was performed to investigate constraint effects of deformation (heaving, lateral displacement) of clayey foundation reinforced with sheet pile at the tip of banking on soft ground, under intact state (natural) and the state of vertical drain respectively. The following results are obtained. 1. In view of reduction in heaving or lateral displacement, sheet pile is not supposed to be of use. 2. Sheet pile is effective only when vertical drain is installed for acceleration of consolidation and gradual loading is applied.

        건축공법 내부 리스크 분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to Identification the Risk of construction method to protect and reduce the risk of construction period. For this study we are using the pre and during construction period Inspection list. The inspection list was used by construction company for check a flaw of Construction field. So we rearrange the individual item of inspection list to match the Risk factor. This inspection list usually has the difference of importance because this list is not made by Method which is not focused on Method. Therefore, To find the difference of these importance, We surveyed this matter by doing interview of specialist group. To find the application of field and the possibility of measurement of Risk status, We tested Risk occurring frequency and it's strength by checking the level of Risk. The results of this study were as follows; Each Method Check List made out through the rearrangement of Construction Inspection list which used in construction company. To solve and compensate the matter which happened by changing the each Method Check List to each General Inspection List, we added the each Method Check List by checking the importance of check list of each process. By doing this, The Check List for finding Risk level of Method was created by using the check list of each Method.

        건축물의 리모델링 가치분석을 위한 평가방법 - 경제성 평가와 사용자 요구분석을 중심으로 -

        This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as initial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning rate for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can tie defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist buildings to promote the functions has been applied. no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deriding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific data base should be established to apply the suggested economic accession in business enough to forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on this area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

        병행순타공법의 현장적용에 관한 연구

        Top-down method is divided into Up-down method which is digging underground from earth level and making underground structure and slab at the same time and Double-up method, advanced technology compared to Up-down, which is making underground structure and ground structure coincidently. Double-up method is making underground and ground structure after excavation, constructing from underground bottom to first floor slab and then from first floor to ground structure simultaneously. Up-down method, one of the Top-down methods, has been studied a lot by the academic world recently. It is broadly used by construction site in urban areas but there are few studies about Double-up method. So this thesis came to the conclusion as followings by applying Double-up method in real construction site. First, Double-up method could reduce construction term over 40%. Second, Core preceding method is effective for Double-up method to reduce construction term. Double-up method costs 8 percent more than conventional method, but the entire construction cost has no big difference in case of considering overheads. If the research and development for the technology to apply Double-up method is completed, Double-up method will be used effectively on the construction site.

        시공성 향상을 위한 초고층 건물의 기둥 축소량 보정법에 관한 연구

        Column shortening in the cores and columns of tall concrete buildings requires special attention to ensure proper behavior for strength of the structure and the nonstructural element. The effects of column shortening, both elastic and inelastic, take on added significance and need special consideration in design and construction with increased height of structures. The compensation differ from reinforced concrete and steel reinforced concrete members. In this paper, the compensation methods of column shortening are presented and analyzed according to the material characteristics. It could be concluded that suitable compensation methods according to the reinforced concrete or steel members are significant factors for the accurate compensation of column shortening.

      • 공동주택 리모델링에 따른 거주성능 및 에너지 비용 분석 - 발코니 확장을 중심으로 -

        Recently, the extension of apartment balcony is being problems of building in many aspects. And especially the aspect of building structure is the most serious problem. In addition to that, the living performance of the apartment living room is becoming worse, because the balcony can't shade the solar radiation which enters the living room. As the remodeling of balcony is in fashion, the demands of cooling of residential buildings are increasing, and the cooling energy consumption will be magnifying. In this study, the effect of balcony extension in the apartment living room to the living performance and energy consumption was simulated about before and after the extension in summer. In the result, The living performance(thermal comfort) become worse by change of balcony, and increase the cooling energy consumption about 18% during the cooling period (from Jun to September). In these days, the building codes about remodeling of residential building is going to be less strict. Therefore it must be considered that the effect of change of space or structure to living performance and energy consumption.

        초고층 기둥축소량 보정을 위한 측량기법에 관한 연구

        Since the end of 20th century, the construction of high-rise buildings is greatly increased. The column of tall buildings is inherently vertically shortened and it causes several serviceability problems such as tilting of slab, crack within partition wall, deformation of curtain wall. Therefore, the column shortening has to be compensated at construction stage. To make sure the accurate compensation of column shortening, advanced and additional survey method is required. In this study, the basic survey method for tall building construction is briefly addressed. And the survey methods for the KLCC, TELEKOM H/Q, Plaza Rakyat projects are analytically examined. It could be concluded that vertical and horizontal levels has to be surveyed by the higher resolution equipment and combination of small and large zone survey is required.
