Atomic Layer Deposition법에 의한 Al-doped ZnO Films의 전기적 및 광학적 특성

Al-doped ZnO(AZO) thin films were synthesized using atomid layer deposition(ALD), which acurately controlled the uniform film thickness of the AZO thin films. To investigate the electrical and optical properites of the AZO thin films, AZO films using ALD was controlled to be three different thicknesses (50 nm, 100 nm, and 150 nm). The structural, chemical, electrical, and optical properties of the AZO thin films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, field-emssion scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, Hall measurement system, and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. As the thickness of the AZO thin films increased, the crystallinity of the AZO thin films gradually increased, and the surface morphology of the AZO thin films were transformed from a porous structure to a dense structure. The average surface roughnesses of the samples using atomic force microscopy were ~3.01 nm, ~2.89 nm, and ~2.44 nm, respectively. As the thickness of the AZO filmsincreased, the surface roughness decreased gradually. These results affect the electrical and optical properties of AZO thin films. Therefore, the thickest AZO thin films with 150 nm exhibited excellent resistivity (${\sim}7.00{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$), high transmittance (~83.2 %), and the best FOM ($5.71{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$). AZO thin films fabricated using ALD may be used as a promising cadidate of TCO materials for optoelectronic applications.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical application of Korean Traditional treatment to psychogenic torticollis patient who has panic disorder as underlying disease. Methods: Herb medicine used in this study are Heosu-san(Huishou-san) which is previously used for torticollis in several studies, Guibi-tang(Guipi-tang) and Gamiondam-tang(Jiaweiwendan-tang) which are frequently used for phychological disease. Also, physical therapy and aroma therapy were practiced which basically stretches and relaxes muscles around cervical muscles. Self exercise of cervical muscles was carried out during acupuncture. Results: After the comprehensive treatment, the clinical symptoms of the patient were improved. Conclusions: It is suggested that oriental medical treatment are effective in psychogenic torticollis.
Aspergillus niger 균주를 이용(利用)한 코발트 정광(精鑛)으로부터 코발트 및 구리의 미생물(微生物) 침출(浸出) 연구(硏究)

코발트 정광으로부터 코발트와 구리의 회수를 위하여 3종의 Aspergillus niger 균을 이용하여 각 금속의 침출거동을 조사하였다. 주요 실험 변수로는 균주 종류에 따른 유기산 생성량, pH 및 고액농도비 등 이었다. 실험결과 유기산(구연산 및 옥살산) 생성양의 경우 A. niger KCTC 6144가 Malt Extract Broth 배지에서 초기 pH 3.5에서 가장 좋았다. 한편 코발트 및 구리 침출실험결과로는 A. niger KCTC 6985를 사용한 경우가 효과적이었는데, 고액농도 10 g/L인 경우, pH 3.5, $24^{\circ}C$에서 약 15일 경과 후 코발트의 경우는 82%, 구리는 98%의 침출율을 나타내었다. Bioleaching behavior of metal ions for recovery of cobalt and copper from cobalt concentrate was investigated by employing three Aspergillus niger strains. Various factors, such as organic acid generation with fungi type, pH of the culture and pulp density were studied. The results showed that the best fungi for organic acid(citric acid and oxalic acid) generation was A. niger KCTC 6144 using Malt Extract Broth culture at initial pH 3.5. But A. niger KCTC 6985 was more effective for the leaching of cobalt and copper from cobalt concentrate. Our results showed that 82% cobalt and 98% copper was dissolved by A. niger KCTC 6985 at 10g/L pulp density, at pH 3.5 and $24^{\circ}C$ after 15 days incubation.

코발트 정광으로부터 코발트와 구리의 회수를 위한 기초 연구로 Aspergillus균주를 사용하여 당밀 배지에서 Co, Cu, Fe, Mg, Al 등의 미생물 침출 거동을 조사하였다. 실험의 주요 변수로는 균주 종류 및 당밀의 당도, 고액농도(pulp density), 반응시간 등의 영향에 대해 고찰하였다. 실험결과 당밀의 농도가 증가할수록 코발트 및 구리의 침출율이 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 적정 당도는 4%이었다. 한편, Aspergillus niger KCTC 6985의 경우 당도 4%, 고액농도가 10 g/L인 조건에서 21일 경과 후 코발트는 최대 90 %, 구리의 경우는 최대 70%의 침출율을 나타내었고, Aspergillus niger KCTC 6144의 경우는 당도 4%, 고액농도가 5 g/L에서 코발트 및 구리가 각각 90%의 최대 침출율을 나타내었다. For the recovery of Co and Cu, bioleaching behavior of Co, Cu, Fe, Mg, Al by Aspergillus niger culture from the molasses growth medium was investigated. Series of leaching tests have been conducted by varying Aspergillus niger's type, molasses concentration in the growth medium, pulp density and reaction time. The results showed that increase of the molasses concentration in the growth medium from 1% to 4% increased the leaching percentage of Co and Cu and the optimal molesses concentration was found to be 4% in the growth medium. Maxinum 90% of Co and 70% of Cu were dissolved from the leaching test at the 10 g/L pulp density, 4 % of molasses concentration in the growth medium after 21 days by Aspergillus niger KCTC 6985. But in case of using Aspergillus niger KCTC 6144, the maxium leaching percentage of Co and Cu was reached 90% respectively at a pulp density 5 g/L and 4% of molasses concentration.
특성화 고등학교 로고 디자인 교육에서 유의미 학습법을 활용한 수업과정 연구

디자인 전문 지식과 역량을 갖춘 실용적 인재를 양성하기 위한 디자인 교육은 매우 중요하다. 로고 디자인을 교육하고 있는 특성화 고등학교의 실태를 살펴보면 특성화 고등학교 학생들은 학업 성취도가 비교적 낮으며, 따라서 학생들의 학습능력을 기반으로 한 수업전략이 필요하다. 본 연구는 이전 학습 내용과 새로운 학습이 구조적으로 연결되면 높은 학습 효과를 낼 수 있다는 ‘유의미 학습법’ 이론을 활용한 로고 디자인 수업과정의 교육적 효과를 입증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 특성화 고등학교의 로고 디자인 교육 실태 조사에서 이해기반의 수업, 흥미를 자극하는 수업이 필요하다는 결론이 도출됨에 따라 이러한 결과적 근거를 바탕으로 로고 디자인 수업모형 개발과 교수방법 및 수업과정을 연구하여 실제 수업에 적용하였다. 수업은 2019년 5월 14일부터 5월 28일까지 약 3주간에 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 수업 종료 후 리커트 5점 척도로 만족도 조사를 실시한 결과 로고 디자인 수업과정의 전반적 만족도가 평균 4.52로 높게 나타나 유의미 학습법을 적용한 로고 디자인 수업과정의 효과가 증명되었다. Design education is very important to cultivate practical talent with design expertise and competence. If you look at the status of specialized high school that are training logo design, students at specialized high school have relatively low academic performance and therefore need a class strategy based on their learning ability. This study was aimed at demonstrating the educational effects of the Logo Design Course using the Meaningful Learning Method theory that a structural link between previous learning content and new learning can produce a high learning effect. As the survey on the status of logo design education in specialized high schools concluded that an understanding-based class and an interesting class was needed, based on this resulting basis, the development of a logo design class model, teaching methods and course were studied and applied to actual classes. Classes were held for about three weeks from May 14 to May 28, 2019, and after class, the satisfaction survey was conducted on a Likert 5-point scale, and the overall satisfaction level of the Logo Design course was high at 4.52 on average, proving the effectiveness of the Logo Design Course applying the meaningful learning method.
