본 연구는 관절염 환자의 통증 및 운동 장애성 지각과 관련 요인을 파악하기 위하여 대전광역시 C대학병원 에 관절염으로 내원하는 환자 중 설문에 동의한 류마티스 관절염 환자군 89명과 골관절염 환자군 51명, 총 140명을 대상으로 2011년 2월부터 9월까지 자가기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 모든 환자군의 운동 장애성 지각 정도는 교육수준과 가구총소득(월)이 낮을수록 높았다. 류마티스 환자군의 통증 정도는 주관적 건강 상 태가 나쁠수록, 운동 장애성 지각 정도는 관절염 외 다른 질환을 가지고 있는 경우와 주관적 건강 상태가 나쁠수록 높았다. 골관절염 환자군의 통증 정도는 관절염 유병기간이 길수록, 주관적 건강 상태가 나쁠수록 높았다. 모든 환자 군의 운동 장애성 지각 정도는 운동단계가 계획 전 단계로 갈수록 높게 나타났다. 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 모든 환자군의 통증에 가장 영향력이 큰 변수는 주관적 건강 상태에서 ‘매우 나쁨’이었다. 다변량 회귀분석에서 운동 장애 성 지각에 영향을 주는 변수는 류마티스 환자에서 운동단계, 교육수준이 있었고, 골관절염 환자는 운동단계, 가구총소 득(월)이 있었다. 결론적으로 관절염 환자의 통증 및 운동 장애성 지각 정도는 교육수준, 가구총소득(월), 주관적 건강 상태, 운동단계 등 여러 변수들과 관련성이 있었으며, 앞으로 운동 프로그램을 개발할 때 이런 변수를 고려할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사해 준다. This study aimed to investigate pain, perceived exercise barriers, and related factors in arthritis patients. The study was conducted on 140 arthritis patients (89 rheumatoid arthritis patients and 51 osteoarthritis patients) who visited C University Hospital in Daejeon due to arthritis and agreed to participate in a survey. The self-administered survey was conducted from February 2011 to September 2011. The results are as follow. The perceived exercise barriers increased in both groups as the education level and monthly household income decreased. In the rheumatoid arthritis group, the pain became more intense as the self-rated health status became poorer while the perceived exercise barriers became more significant as the self-rated health status became poorer and the patients had other diseases besides arthritis. In the osteoarthritis group, the pain was greater as the duration of arthritis was longer and the self-rated health status became poorer. In both groups, the perceived exercise barriers became more significant as the exercise stage approached the pre-planning stage. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the most influential factor on pain in both groups was the ‘very bad’ self-rated health status. In the rheumatoid arthritis group, influential factors on the perceived exercise barriers were the exercise stage and the education level while for the osteoarthritis group, they were the exercise stage and the monthly household income. In conclusion, the results of this study showed that the pain and perceived exercise barriers of arthritis patients were associated with various factors such as the education level, monthly household income, self-rated health status, and exercise stage, which suggests that these factors should be considered in the planning of exercise programs.

본 연구에서는 디젤 차량용 통합형 연료히터와 성능검사 시스템구현을 통해 생산공정을 개선한다. 일체형 통합히터를 성능평가 시스템 개발을 통하여 시험한다. 이때 성능평가 시스템은 통합히터를 구성하는 body, upper plate, stopper, lower plate, PTC, screw, 바이메탈 및 외부 터비날의 특성을 분석하고, 통합히터의 생 산성을 결정한다. 저온 유동성시험장치에서는 극저온에서 고온사이 동작검사, 시험저항 설정에 따른 저항동작 지연 및 전류동작지연, 온도변화에 따른 바이메탈 지연 검사, 블록히터의 전류 및 저항 검사, 히팅 운전검사 등을 수행한다. 따라서 효율적인 생산공정 과정을 통해 연료히터의 성능을 개선하는 생산공정 개선 알고리즘 을 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 저온유동성 성능검사 시스템 구현을 통해 디젤 차량용 통합형 연료히터의 성능을 평 가한다. 저온유동성 시험장치에서 +20 ~ -30 온도범위에 따라 분리형과 통합형 연료히터 성능을 비교하고, 필터 전후에 따라 유압과 시동시간, 히터의 소모전력을 측정한다. 이때 다양한 종류의 필터 면적을 사용함으로써 통합형 연료히터와 분리형을 비교한 결과 시동 시간이 23% 향상되었고, 저온시 동성능은 19% 정도 향상된다.
