        하키선수들의 동계 주간트레이닝 프로그램에 따른 신체활동량, 칼로리 소비량 및 체력 비교

        본 연구는 하키선수들에게 동계트레이닝 기간 중 중, 고, 대학 선수들의 신체활동, 칼로리 소비량과 운동프로그램별 활동량, 운동 강도별 운동지속시간 그리고 체력비교 등 과학적 분석을 통해 얻은 자료를 근거로 각 수준에 맞는 체력 및 기술 향상을 위한 운동프로그램을 개발하고, 트레이닝의 효과를 극대화하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 총64명의 중, 고, 대학부 남자하키선수를 대상으로 LifeCorder를 이용한 신체활동량과 칼로리 소비량 측정 그리고 체력측정을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 신체활동량비교는 고등학교>대학교>중학교순으로 신체활동량을 보였으며, 칼로리 소비량비교는 대학>고등학생>중학생 순으로 칼로리를 소비하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 칼로리 소비량비교와 신체활동에 따른 칼로리 소비량비교에서는 대학교>고등학교>중학교 순으로 높게 칼로리를 소비하는 것으로 나타났으며, 운동관련 체력비교는 중학교와 고등학교는 근력>심폐지구력>순발력>민첩성 순으로, 대학교 선수는 근력>순발력>심폐지구력>민첩성 순으로 체력이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 동계트레이닝 프로그램 구성 시 중학생은 중강도 트레이닝방법인 지속적인 움직임을 요하는 인터벌트레이닝과 기술숙달, 고등학생과 대학생은 빠른 시합에 대처 할 수 있는 근력 및 지구력강화를 위한 웨이트트레이닝과, 가상게임을 실시하는 것이 효율적인 운동프로그램 개발이라고 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to develop optimal exercise programs of improving physical fitness and technique based on materials obtained through the scientific analysis of calorie consumption, activity by exercise program, exercise duration by exercise strength and comparison of physical fitness during winter training and to maximize a training effect in middle and high school and college hockey players. A total of 64 boy hockey players attending middle and high schools and college were measured in physical activity, calorie consumption, and physical fitness using LifeCorder. The following results were obtained. In the comparison of physical activity, the highest physical activity was shown in high school players, followed by college and middle school. In the comparison of calorie consumption, the highest calorie consumption was shown in college players, followed by high school and middle school. In the comparison calorie consumption associated with physical activity, college players were found to consume calories most highly, followed by high school and middle school. In the comparison of exercise-related physical fitness, while muscle strength was improved most quickly in middle and high school players, followed by cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle power, and agility, muscle strength was improved most quickly in college players, followed by muscle power, cardiorespiratory endurance, and agility. Further winter training programs should include interval training, which is a moderate intensity training method and requires continuous movement, and skill mastering for middle school players, and weight training to reinforce muscle strength and endurance to cope with a speed game and virtual games for high school and college players for developing more efficient exercise programs.

        요가와 배드민턴이 노인 여성의 체력과 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to examine how yoga and badminton affect old women on physical fitness and balance ability. According to the overall conclusion, the badminton group showed the highest improvement and the positive effects on physical fitness as well as balance ability through aerobic exercise that includes various steps and movements. Furthermore, yoga exercise makes the improvements on joint working range and physical function which produced a better result on flexibility than before practicing yoga. Since the flexibility is an important factor when responding to the reduction of age related movement range, yoga is also considered to be helpful for the old women on fall prevention. Therefore, the following results were obtained. First, the changes in physical fitness of old women according to yoga and badminton, the badminton group statistically showed a significant difference in chair stand, arm curl, 2-minute walk, and 244㎝m up-and-go while the yoga group showed significant difference in sit-and-reach and back stretch. However, no statistically significant difference was found between the groups. Second, the changes in balance ability of old women according to yoga and badminton, the badminton group showed a statistically significant difference in every item while yoga group showed a statistically significant difference in OLREP(Ant-Post). However, the significant difference on NESO(Velocity moment), OLREO(Med-Lat), OLREO(Velocity moment), OLLEO(Med-Lat), OLLEO(Ant-Post), OLLEO(Velocity moment) was found between the groups.

        순환운동이 비만중년여성의 건강관련체력과 대사증후군 위험요인 및 혈중 GH, IGF-1변화에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to examine the effects of circuit exercise on physical fitness, metabolic syndrome and GH, IGF-1 in order to achieve this purpose, this study conducted a 12-week circuit exercise in 20 obese middle-aged women with a body far of over 30%. Finally the following results were obtained. First, after application of circuit exercise to obese middle-aged women, their physical fitness showed significant decreases in weight, body fat, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance(p<.001), flexibility(p<.05), and muscular strength(p<.01), suggesting positive results. Second, after application of circuit exercise to obese middle-aged women, showed significant decreases or increases in metabolic syndrome factors[waist, blood pressure, HDL-C, TG(p<.001), Glucose(p<.05)] suggesting positive results. Third, after application of circuit exercise program to obese middle-aged women, showed significant increases in GH(p<.01), IGF-1(p<.05) suggesting positive results.

        플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 중학교 축구선수들의 등속성 하지근력과 기능적 능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of plyometric training on muscle function of the isokinetic lower extremity strength and functional capabilities in middle school soccer players. The results are as follows: First, all the items showed positive effect on isokinetic lower extremity. Second, the comparison between agility and quickness on functional capability showed positive effect in all items such as carioca, shuttle run, and right and left foot hopping ability. Accordingly, plyometric training is effective on the improvement of the kinetic muscular strength and maximum muscular strength of lower extremity which are necessary for the soccer players during the game. Since strong muscular strength of the lower extremity is required during the soccer game due to its characteristics, the improvement of the leg strength can prevent the injuries. In addition, the intensive plyometric training can maximize the potentiality of the muscle and tendon that can instantly give strong strength during the game. Therefore, the result of the plyometric training intended for the middle school soccer players showed the improvement of the functional capability as the lower extremity muscle function improves. Also, agility and quickness which are significant elements for the athletic performance showed die positive result. Consequently, the lower extremity muscle function and the kinematic function of the players have been improved. Also, the plyometric training should be recommended, in order to improve the athletic performance, as an effective training method to not only the middle school soccer players, but also the other sports players who requires the agility and quickness that will decide the outcome of the game.

        IPA Matrix 분석을 이용한 배드민턴 생활체육 동호인의 용품구매 및 시설 이용에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 배드민턴 생활체육 동호인의 용품구매와 시설 이용 시 생각하고 느낀 중요도와 만족도를 알아보고 이를 기초자료로 활용하여 생활체육 배드민턴 동호인을 확대하고 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 용품, 가격, 프로그램, 시설, 직원, 홍보에 대한 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문조사 후 중요도와 만족도를 알아보기 위하여 IPA Matrix방법을 적용하여 자료처리를 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 배드민턴 생활체육 동호인의 중요도와 만족도 순위 분석결과 중요도는 1위 직원요인의 강사 및 지도자의 전문성, 2위 시설요인의 시설의 안전성, 3위는 프로그램의 프로그램 내용 및 효과 만족도는 1위 시설요인의 시설의 청결 및 관리, 2위 직원요인의 강사 및 지도자의 전문성, 3위는 직원요인의 직원의 친절성 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중요도와 만족도 IPAMatrix 결과 Ⅰ사분면은 프로그램요인의 강습시간 적절성과 프로그램 내용 및 효과, 시설요인의 주차공간 규모와 시설의 청결 및 관리, 직원요인의 강사 및 지도자의 전문성, 직원서비스 태도, 직원친절성, 홍보요인의 소비자와의 상담 및 불편사항 해결, Ⅱ사분면은 가격요인의 가격의 적절성, 가격대비 가치, 할인제도, 용품요인의 소재 및 디자인, Ⅲ사분면은 용품요인의 용품 A/S 우수성, 프로그램요인의 프로그램 구성의 다양성, 시설요인의 배드민턴 구장 위치 및 접근성, 다양한 편의시설, 홍보요인의 다양한 홍보 및 이벤트 구성과 홈페이지 구성 등 홍보 전략, Ⅳ사분면은 용품요인의 용품 브랜드 가치 및 인지도와 용품 브랜드 전문성이 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction perceived in the purchase of goods and the use of a court in badminton club members. The results will be used for basic data to increase club members and present the methods to activate badminton. The survey on goods, price, programs, facilities, staff, and publicity was conducted. The IPA matrix was applied for data processing. The following conclusions were drawn. First, as a result of analyzing the ranking of importance and satisfaction, the first place of importance was coach’s professionalism of staff factors, followed by safety of facility factors and program contents and effects of program factors. The first place of satisfaction was cleanliness and management of facility factors, followed by coach’s professionalism of staff factors and staff’s kindness of staff factors. Second, as a result of the IPA matrix of importance and satisfaction, Quadrant I included appropriateness of training time and program contents and effect of program factors, parking size and cleanliness and management of facility factors, coach’s professionalism and staff’s service attitude of staff factors, and customer service and complaint resolution of publicity factors. Quadrant II showed appropriateness of price, value for money, and discount policy of price factors and materials and design of goods factors. Quadrant III included excellent customer service of goods of goods factors, various program construction of program factors, court location and accessibility, and various convenient facilities of facility factors, and various publicity and event programs, website construction, and various publicity strategies of publicity factors. Quadrant IV showed brand value of goods, awareness, and brand specialty of goods of goods factors.

        Rasch모형에 의한 생활체육 참여 중년여성의 대사증후군 요인 분석

        The purpose of this study is to examine 11 high risk factors of metabolic syndrome using a statistical method of Rasch model and provide basic materials for healthy life in middle-aged women. In order to achieve this purpose, 256 middle-aged women were selected. They were required to join regular sports for all programs and have no medication history for hypertension or diabetes for recent 6 months. Finally, the following results were obtained. For high risk factors of metabolic syndrome, the highest factor was obesity degree(%), followed by triglyceride, waist girth, and fasting plasma glucose. Younger age was related with lower risk of metabolic syndrome. Accordingly, it is necessary to prevent metabolic syndrome by the promotion of physical fitness through joining sports for all activity constantly and the improvement of life and dietary habits.

        중년여성의 건강생활습관에 따른 신체적 자아개념 및 건강증진행동

        본 연구는 중년여성들의 연령증가에 따른 건강한 노화 준비를 위한 목적으로 건강관리 프로그램에 참여하는 중년여성을 대상으로 건강생활습관, 신체적 자아개념 그리고 건강증진행동의 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 건강생활습관과 신체적 자아개념 및 건강증진행동 변인 간 연구모형의 적합도 가설을 검증한 결과 건강생활습관이 신체적 자아개념과 건강증진행동에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 신체적 자아개념은 건강증진행동에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론을 종합하면 중년여성들이 건강생활을 위해서는 건강생활습관에 영향을 주는 신체적 자아개념을 향상시키고, 건강증진행동요인인 영양관리, 본인의 건강을 위한 책임, 신체의 건강을 위한 꾸준한 운동을 실시하면 건강생활습관의 개선으로 이어져 중년이 지난 노년까지도 건강을 유지 및 증진할 것이며, 꾸준한 신체활동과 영양섭취 그리고 건강을 위한 행동이 질병 없는 노후를 맞이하게 될 것으로 사료된다. This study was for middle-aged women who participated in a healthcare program to prepare healthy aging with age The questionnaire survey on health life habit, physical self-concept, and health promotion behavior was conducted with 268 aged women. The relationship between physical self-concept and health promotion behavior was analyzed according to health life habit. The following conclusions were drawn. The correlation analysis and regression analysis between health life habit and physical self-concept and health promotion behavior were as follows. For health promotion behavior factors, while nutrition management, health responsibility, and exercise had a positive effect on health life behavior, self-realization had a negative effect. The goodness-of-fit hypothesis of the study model between health life habit and physical self-concept and health promotion behavior factors were tested. The results suggested that health life habit had a significant effect on physical self-concept and health promotion behavior. Physical self-concept had a significant effect on health promotion behavior. Based on the results, middle-aged women should improve physical self-concept that has a good effect on health life habit for their healthy life. They should also manage nutrition, take responsibility for their health, and do steady exercise to improve health life habit. It will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of health now and in their old age. Also, steady physical activity, nutrition intake, an health behavior will guarantee their old age without disease.

        코어 프로그램이 뇌졸중 노인 환자의 신체 균형능력과 심리적 기능에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to analyse the effects of core programs on balancing ability, performance of common actions and psychological functions. For the purposes, the study measured depression and self-efficacy using a Functional Reach Test(FRT), a Timed Up and Go Test(TUG), a Functional Independence Measure(FIM). The subjects of the study were able to walking 20 elderly patients of H nursing home due to stroke and they were categorized into a control group(for neurologic physical therapy) and a test group(for neurologic physical therapy and core program) with 10 for each group. The study analysed FRT and TUG for balancing ability, FIM for daily actions, and CES-D and self-efficacy Scale for psychological functions. Eight weeks after the program, the test group`s FIM and FRT increased, depression significantly decreased and self-efficacy significantly increased in comparison with those of the control group. In conclusion, it is suggested that the core program is recommended for elderly patients with stroke as a home exercise program as it can enhance balancing ability of the subjects, resulting in enhanced psychological functions.

        고령자의 스트레스에 따른 건강증진행위와 생활만족도 및 성공적 노화요인 간 인과관계분석

        본 연구는 고령자가 느끼는 일상생활 스트레스, 신체적 노화를 극복하고자 하는 건강증진행위 그리고 일상생활을 살아가는 만족도를 파악하고 기초자료를 제시하여 고령자의 성공적 노화에 도움을 주고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 G광역시의 건강증진프로그램에 참여하는 고령자에게 스트레스, 건강증진행위, 생활만족도 및 성공적 노화방안의 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 고령자 스트레스는 건강증진행위를 바탕으로 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 고령자 스트레스는 생활만족도를 바탕으로 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 고령자 스트레스는 성공적 노화에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상 결론을 종합하면 고령자들이 일상생활에서 느끼는 가정, 경제, 건강에 대한 스트레스를 최소화 하고, 일상생활의 만족도를 향상시키며, 건강증진을 위한 꾸준한 운동의 실천은 성공적 노화로 이루어져 고령자 삶의 질은 향상될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine health promotion behavior that is intended to overcome daily stress and physical aging and daily life satisfaction in the elderly and present basic data to be helpful for the elderly’s successful aging. The questionnaire survey on stress, health promotion behavior, life satisfaction, and successful aging methods was conducted with the elderly participating in the health promotion program in G Metropolitan City. The results were as follows. First, the elderly’s stress had a significant effect on successful aging based on health promotion behavior. Second, the elderly’s stress had a significant effect on successful aging based on life satisfaction. Third, the elderly’s stress had a direct and significant effect on successful aging. Based on the results, it is necessary to minimize daily stress on family, economy, and health to improve life satisfaction and do constant exercise to promote health in the elderly. It will contribute to successful aging and improvement of quality of life in the elderly.

        비만여성의 운동유형에 따른 삶의 만족도 등에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 비만여성을 대상으로 12주간 운동프로그램(트레드밀 걷기, 요가 및 탄력밴드, 스크린 자전거)을 적용하여 운동을 실시한 후 운동전 · 후간 신체형태(B.M.I, 신체둘레, 피하지방, W.H.R)와 신체이미지 및 삶의 만족도 변화에 긍정적 효과와 비만 여성의 삶의 만족도 향상을 목적을 두고 연구를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 운동유형에 따른 신체형태는 걷기그룹에서 B.M.I, 신체둘레의 복부, 엉덩이둘레, 피하지방의 삼두근, 복부부위, W.H.R에서 가장 많은 감소를 보였고, 요가 및 밴드운동그룹은 신체둘레의 가슴, 허리둘레, 피하지방의 종아리부위에서 가장 많은 감소를 보였으며, 스크린 자전거그룹은 피하지방의 대퇴전면 부위에서 가장 많은 감소를 보였다. 둘째, 운동유형에 따른 신체이미지 만족도는 걷기그룹에서 타인평가, 비만우려에서 가장 많은 차이를 보였고, 스크린 자전거그룹은 자기만족, 타인의식, 체형불만, 부분만족에서 가장 많은 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 운동유형에 따른 삶의 만족도는 걷기그룹에서 심리적, 생활환경만족도에서 가장 많은 차이를 보였고, 스크린 자전거 그룹은 신체적, 사회적 만족도에서 가장 많은 차이를 보였다. 결론을 종합하면, 비만여성은 12주간 운동프로그램에 따라 신체형태의 변화에 긍정적 역할을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 운동의 효과로 인하여 신체이미지 만족도와 삶의 만족도도 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 추후연구에서는 이 연구를 바탕으로 비만여성뿐 아니라 남성 그리고 고령자들에게 운동프로그램을 적용하여 건강한 삶을 위한 운동 정보를 제공하고, 삶의 긍정적 효과 제공을 위한 연구가 지속적으로 연구되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. This study conducted an exercise program(treadmill walk, yoga, an elastic band, screen bicycle) for 12 weeks with obese women. This study aimed to examine positive effects on the changes of body shapes(BMI, body circumference, subcutaneous fat, and WHR), body image, and life satisfaction before and after the exercise to improve life satisfaction in obese women. The walk group showed the biggest decrease in BMI, abdominal and hip circumference, triceps, abdominal part, and WHR. On the other hand, the yoga and band group showed the biggest decrease in chest and waist circumference and calf. The screen bicycle group showed the biggest decrease in anterior thigh. While the walk group showed the greatest difference in other’s rating and concern for obesity, the screen bicycle group showed the greatest difference in self-satisfaction, consciousness of other people, dissatisfaction at a body shape, and partial satisfaction. While the walk group showed the greatest difference in psychological and life environment satisfaction, the screen bicycle group showed the greatest difference in physical and social satisfaction. The 12-week exercise program played a positive role in the changes of body shape in obese women. Moreover, the exercise had a positive effect on their body image satisfaction and life satisfaction. Based on the findings, further study should provide exercise information for healthy life by applying the exercise program to men and the elderly as well as obese women. Also, the study of positive effects on life should be continuously conducted.
