자동차산업에 있어 Just-in-time생산방식은 자동차조립공장에 널리 적용되고 있다. 자동차의 최종 조립생산라인 (이하, 조립라인)에서는 Just-in-time생산방식에 의해 필요한 부품이 필요한 시기에 필요한 량만큼 조립라인에 납품되어 진다. 이에 따라 부품공장에서는 조립라인의 적시, 적량납품 요구로 인해 다빈도소량수송이 일반화되어 물류비용이 증가되고 있다. 현재 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 자동차산업에서는 정시반입방식, 순회혼재방식, 데포방식 등의 부품조달방식을 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동차산업에서 널리 이용되고 있는 데포방식의 운영과 데포에서의 수송지시량 계산을 위한 부품발주방식에 대해 정리한다.

AN ORDERING MODEL TO DETERMINE PRODUCTION QUANTITY IN JUST-IN-TIME PRODUCTION SYSTEM

논문은 다단계, 다품종 조립라인을 고려한 모델이며 JIT생산시스템에서의 최적의 발주량 계산을 목적으로 하고 있다. 제안 모텔의 목적함수는 재고비와 setup 비의 합이 최소화되도록 설계되어 있다. 이는 대부분의 자동차 부품회사의 경우 setup 공정을 포함하고 있기 때문이다. 마지막으로 수치실험을 통해 제안 모델의 유효성을 보여 주고 있다. In this paper we consider multi-stage, multi-product production, inventory systems which have assembly-tree-structure. We propose a new mathematical model for pull type ordering systems based on JIT manufacturing systems. To apply the model to an actual automobile parts manufacturer, the objective of proposed model is to minimize the sum of inventory and setup costs. Finally, a numerical example and computational results are given to illustrate the proposed model.

본 연구는 생산 공장, 거점창고, 지역창고, 대리점으로 이어지는 일련의 SCM상에서 효율적인 제품수송을 위한 중간창고의 통폐합을 실데이터를 이용하여 물류비 절감 사례를 보여주고 있다. 이를 위해 현재 S사의 물류운영 상황을 제품수송의 관점에서 파악하고 정리한다. 이를 통하여 총물류비의 계산식을 도출하며 현재의 물류비를 계산한다. 총물류비 절감을 위한 휴리스틱적인 방법을 이용하여 총물류 비가 최소화되는 거점창고, 지역창고의 수를 결정한다. 마지막으로 결정된 거점창고와 지역창고의 총물류비를 계산함으로써 제안 안의 효율성을 기술하고 있다.

Today multi-item and small lot production has been applied to the general production system for consumers`` needs. Therefore the production for consumers`` needs have been product every moment, and buying have been made through various forms. But it is not easy for consumers to find the products which they want among many products. Furthermore although in the internet shopping mall many products can be presented to consumers, there are no ways to search fast the products which they want. This study has observed the fact that generally consumers`` purchasing start with the image of products for their needs. So we suggest the way to show fast the most near products which consumers want in the internet by accepting Kansei words as product image.

The importance of customer's satisfaction on the service quality in the family restaurant has been increased since many franchised foreign restaurants made inroads into Korea. These franchised foreign restaurants brought the consciousness of service quality and how to determine. This idea initiated the study on the critical factors of service quality and development of service quality measurement model. The purpose of this paper is to identify the critical service factors, which influence the customer's satisfaction of the family restaurant in Korea. In addition, the relationship between customer's satisfaction and customer's behavior is systematically and empirically measured. Especially, this paper focus on the validity of host call service in the family restaurant using Fishbein model. The statistical analysis provides that host call service in the family restaurant can make strategies to gain high customer's satisfaction.

Churn analysis is a very useful and reasonable data mining application in various industrial fields. The churn pattern of customers is induced by churn analysis and customers who could churn are recognized. This paper explores the churn analysis in insurance company. In this paper, the churn analysis with real data of insurance company in 2002 was performed by statistical analysis such as logistic regression analysis.

다양한 생산전략을 가지는 제조업체의 통합 경영관리시스템 설계

본 연구는 제조기업에서 업무 상 비용절감과 처리속도를 빠르게 할뿐만 아니라, 향후 업무환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 통합 경영관리시스템을 설계하는 데 있다. 현재 판매되고 있는 범용 경영관리시스템은 많은 추가적인 노력없이는 각 기업의 고유업무를 반영하는 데에 한계점이 있으므로, 본 연구에서는 예측생산 및 주문생산 전략을 동시에 가지는 자동차부품 제조업체를 대상업체로 선정하여 해당업체의 업무에 특화하여 경영관리시스템을 설계하였다 시스템설계는 전체 시스템의 각 기능 모듈에 대하여 불필요한 업무처리의 발생을 줄이기 위한 장치를 추가함으로써 제품원가에 반영되는 제조 간접비의 발생을 최소화하도록 하였다. 또한 구축될 시스템에 현장상황이 적시에 반영되어 시스템의 출력이 실효성을 가질 수 있도록 하기 위해 각 기능 모듈간의 연계성을 고려하였으며 현장상황을 관찰하는 모니터링 모듈과 각 기능모듈간의 데이터 흐름을 원활히 할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계하였다. This study presents a design of integrated management system for manufacturing company for the purpose of reducing operation cost and speeding up flow of processes. Since common commercial management package should be well customized to reflect inherent processes of each company with great deal of effort, this study chooses a manufacturing company that produces component parts of automobile as a target company and designs management system specified for that target company. System design focuses on the minimization of the indirect cost of manufacturing reflected on the manufacturing cost price for each functional modules consisting of entire system through adding a mechanism to reduce unnecessary occurrence of process transactions. In addition, this paper considers connectivity among the functional modules so that manufacturing situations can be influenced on the system to be implemented and includes the system design with monitoring modules and data flow between functional modules.

원예산물의 유통에 관련해서는 일정한 시기에 출하가 집중되어 가격조절이 힘들다는 점과, 생산지, 도매지, 소매지에서의 가격차가 심하다는 것이 주요한 관심사항이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 선도유지가 가능한 저장고의 설치, 각 거점간의 가격정보의 신속한 공개, 원예산물의 유통과 관련된 제반 정보시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 원예산물을 대상으로 생산지에서 소비지까지의 가격 및 품질정보를 통합하여 각 거점에서의 최적 출하시기를 결정하기 위한 정보시스템의 설계 방법을 제안하고 구축예를 예시한다. There are two issues in horticultural crops; one is difficult to control the prices on the harvesting period, the other is prices gap between horticultural producer and retailer. To solve the issues, we need the warehousing with function to fresh the horticultural crops, opening the information of prices on the horticultural producer, wholesaler and retailer. In this paper, we propose a method for designing of the information system to determine the shipping timing and shipping quantity, including the prices and quality information on the positions.
