건강신념모형을 적용한 간호대학생의 손씻기 수행 관련 요인

본 연구는 간호대학생의 건강신념 모형을 이용하여 손씻기 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 중소 도시의 2곳의 간호대학생 대상으로 하였다. 설문조사는 전체 대상자는 234명이고 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 손씻기 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위하여 Stepwise multiple regression을 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 손씻기는 인식에 비해 수행이 높은 수준이고, 간호대학생의 손씻기에 영향을 주는 요인은 손씻기 인식이 높을수록 유의하게 증가하였고, 지각된 자기효능감과 지각된 민감성이 높을수록 증가하였다. 따라서 향후 간호대학생의 손씻기 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인할 수 있는 다각적이고 다학제적인 연구가 필요하다. This study tried to identify factors affecting hand hygiene performance using the health belief model of nursing students. The subjects of this study were two nursing college students in small and medium-sized cities. The total number of subjects for the survey was 234, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25 program. Stepwise multiple regression was used to identify factors affecting hand hygiene performance. As a result of the study, the hand hygiene performance of nursing students was higher than that of awareness, and the factors affecting the hand hygiene of nursing students increased significantly as the awareness of hand hygiene increased. Therefore, there is a need for multidisciplinary research that can identify factors affecting the hand hygiene performance of nursing students in the future.

보육교사의 직무 스트레스와 정신건강의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과

본 연구는 보육교사의 직무 스트레스와 정신건강의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 연구되었다. 연구대상은 K도 지역의 보육교사를 대상으로 2019년 7월 17일에서 8월 25일까지 보육교사 승급 교육에 참여한 자 중 설문에 동의한 209명을 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 보육교사의 직무 스트레스, 정신건강과 자기효능감의 상관관계를 확인하기 위하여 Pearson’s correlation coefficient를 사용하였다. 자기효능감의 매개효과 검증은 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제시한 3단계 매개효과 검증을 이용하여 선형 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 매개효과에 대한 유의성 검증은 Sobel test로 분석하고 매개효과 검증에서 발생하는 간접효과와 표준오차에 대해 Process macro를 통해 Bootstrapping을 적용하여 검정하였다. 연구결과 보육교사의 직무 스트레스와 정신건강의 관계에서 자기효능감은 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다. This study was studied to confirm the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between job stress and mental health of childcare teachers. The subjects of the study analyzed 209 people who agreed to the survey among those who participated in the promotion education of childcare teachers from July 17 to August 25, 2019, targeting childcare teachers in the K-do region. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Pearson s correlation coefficient was used to confirm the correlation between job stress, mental health, and self-efficacy of childcare teachers. Linear regression analysis was performed to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy using the three-step mediating effect test proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986). The significance verification of the mediating effect was analyzed by the Sobel test. Bootstrapping was applied through the process macro for indirect effects and standard errors that occurred in the verification of mediating effects. As a result of the study, self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between job stress and mental health of childcare teachers.
