        생활체육 참여 지체장애인의 성취목표성향, 자기관리, 운동참가의 관계

        The objective of this research is verifying the causal relations among achievement goal orientation, self-management, and activity participation of the physical disability participating in sport for all, through analyzing measurement model and structural model. 224 physically challenged people, who participated in the sport for all from September to December, 2009, were subject to the study; the data analysis was performed by Amos 16.0 program and the measurement model and structural model were verified. The results of the research work are as follows. First, as a consequence of testing measurement model, 7 questions of achievement goal orientation and 6 questions of self-management were eliminated since they do not show single dimension unidimensionality . The subsequent goodness of fit was appeared to be acceptable. Secondly, it was found that the subordinate concept of achievement goal orientation, or ego goal orientation statically affects their health care and mind control positively, but personal relationships negatively Thirdly, it was found that the subordinate concept of achievement goal orientation, or task goal orientation statically affects their health care, training management, and personal relationship beneficially. Fourthly, it was found that the subordinate concept of self-management, or practice management statically affects the activity participation positively.

        두 가지 의지발 적용에 따른 편측 종아리절단장애인의 운동역학적 보행 특성 비교

        본 연구는 편측 종아리절단장애인을 대상으로 2가지 종류의 의지발(prosthetic feet)을 각각 적용 시킨 후, 보행의 운동역학적(kinetic) 특성을 비교하고자 하였다. 남성 편측 종아리절단장애인 13명에게 단축발(single-axis foot)과 에너지저장발(energy-storing foot)이 적용된 종아리의지(transtibial prosthesis)를 1주일씩 착용하고 생활하도록 한 후 동작분석장비를 사용하여 보행분석을 실시하였다. 단축발에 비하여 에너지저장발을 착용하였을 때, 의지측 엉덩관절의 신전 모멘트가 유의하게 감소하였고(p<.05), 엉덩관절의 굴곡 모멘트와 발목관절의 저굴 모멘트가 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 건측 엉덩관절의 굴곡 모멘트와 무릎관절의 신전 모멘트 두 번째 최대값이 유의하게 감소하였고(p<.05), 무릎관절의 굴곡 모멘트와 발목관절 저굴 모멘트가 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 위 결과에 따라 단축발에 비하여 에너지저장발을 착용하였을 때, 의지측 발목관절에서 인체의 발과 보다 유사한 움직임 형태를 나타냈고, 건측 및 의지측 무릎관절과 엉덩관절에서도 정상보행의 관절 움직임에 가까웠다. 이러한 운동역학적 보행특성이 개선된 것을 고려할 때 에너지저장발이 보행 편위를 감소시키고 자연스러운 보행에 효율적임을 제시할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to compare kinetic variables during gait of persons with unilateral transtibial amputation, during wearing a single-axis foot and a energy-storing foot. Thirteen subjects with unilateral transtibial amputation participated in this study voluntarily. To evaluate gait characteristics at wearing a single-axis foot and an energy-storing foot, motion analysis system and force plate were used. The differences of wearing an energy-storing foot compared with wearing a single-axis foot are as follows: increasing a hip flexion moment, decreasing a hip extension moment, and increasing an ankle plantarflexion moment were shown on sagittal plane of amputated leg, and decreasing a hip flexion moment, decreasing a second maximum value of knee extension moment, increasing a knee flexion moment, and increasing an ankle plantarflexion moment were shown on sagittal plane of sound leg. Through the results of this study, more similar in kinetics to normal gait during wearing an energy-storing foot compared with wearing a single-axis foot in persons with unilateral transtibial amputation suggested that natural gait was induced due to declined gait deviation and more efficient in their daily life.

      • 레저용 하퇴(Trans-Tibial)의지 제작과 적용

        The propose of application and fabrication of trans-tibial prostheses for leisure or waterproof is to fabricate the prostheses which the trans-tibial amputees will be erected in water sports, therefore it can offer the basic data on the improvement of Fabrication of trans-tibial prostheses for leisure or waterproof. Two trans-tibial amputees participated in this case study. One fitted the endoskeletal, the other fitted the exoskeletal prosthesis which was fabricated for this case study. Evaluation for this test was done in a public bath and swimming pool. The Conclusion was as follow: The prostheses for leisure or waterproof were appropriate for shower, sauna and standing, slight movement, But the problem of ankle joint movement to get propulsion and buoyancy might be needed to modify active movement such as swimming. Also, amputees might try to adapt to these prostheses.

      • 지체장애인의 운동 참가 수준이 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to effect of sport participation level on physical self-concept of physical disabilities. The subjects of this study were selected by the stratified random cluster sampling method from physical disabilities corporation. welfare facilities. welfare center in Seoul or Kyonggydo. The data for this study are collected from 176 questionnaires which are answered by the disabled. The questionnaires of this study were used PSDQ(Physical Self-Description Questionnaire) invented by Marth & Richards(1991). which were translated by Yong-kuk Kim. The statistical methods utilized in this study for analyzing the collected data were descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, multiple correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA. From the analyses of data, this study reached following conclusions: Firstly. physical self-concept of physical disabilities were different along with intensive sport participation. Secondly. physical self-concept of physical disabilities were different along with long sport participation.

        편측 종아리 절단장애인에서 두 가지 소켓에 따른 사용만족도와 보행특성 비교: 단일사례연구

        본 연구는 연즉 종아리 절단장애인을 대상으로 KBM(Kondylen-Bettung Munster) 및 TSB(Total Surface Bearing) 소켓이 각각 적용된 의지 착용이 사용만족도와 보행 특성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 K-4 활동 수준으로 스포츠 활동에 적극적으로 참여하는 현측 종아리 절단장애인 1명을 선정하였다. 의지 사용만족도 설문지 (PEQ,prosthetic evaluation questionnaire)를 사용하여 만족도를 조사하였고,2분 보행검사 (2minute walk test)와 영상분석 프로그램을 통해 보행 능력 (capacity) 과 보장 (step length)을 비교하였다. 실험은 단일대상연구 중 A-B-A-B 디자인을 적용하였다. KBM 의지에 비하여 TSB 종아리 의지를 착용하였을 때,PEQ 설문 점수가 증가하였고,2분 보행검사 결과가 개선되었으며,건축과 절단측의 보장 차이가 강소하였다 본 연구를 통해 TSB 종아리의지가 소켓의 편안함과 현가기능 및 보행 능력을 향상시키고,같은 시간 동안 보다 멀리 걸을 수 있어 운동 능력이 개선되었으며,보행 동안 양측 다리의 보장이 더욱 대칭적으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따라 종아리 절단장애인의 보행 편위 (gait deviation)를 감소시킬 수 있고 일상 생활 및 운동 활동에 보다 효율적일 수 있다는 임상적 사례를 제시한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of a prosthetic satisfaction and gait characteristics between KBM and TSB socket of prosthesis in unilateral transtibial amputee‘ An active (K-4 level) subject has participated in this study. A subjective completed the prosthesis evaluation questionnaire(PEQ) with embedded satisfaction-related questions, and underwent two minute walk test and quantitative two-dimensional motion analysis to compare the walking capacity and step length. This study is a single subject design (A - B-A-B). As a result, compared with a KBM socket, a TSB socket showed that composite scores for the PEQ and two minute walk test were increased, while a distance of step length between both legs was reduced. Through the result of this study, a comfort,suspension function and walking capacity were improved, and also steps were more symmetric during gait, when TSB socket was worn. It suggest that gait deviations were decreased when the prosthesis with TSB socket was adopted, so transtibial amputees were able to adapt their daily living and sporting activities effectively.
