        미국 드라마에서 사과 언어의 문화적인 분석 연구 -〈위기의 주부들〉을 중심으로-

        이 연구에서는 사과 언어 분석에 있어 대부분의 선행연구들이 문화간 의사소통 시각에서 국가별 사과어의 비교연구와 일상어로 국한하여 사과 언어를 분석하고 있는 한계가 있어, 사과전략에 대한 화용론(語用論)과 문화해석 이론을 도입하여 미국 드라마 <위기의 주부들> 시즌 7에서 나타난 사과 언어와 사과전략을 분석하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 트로스보리(Trosborg)의 사과 전략유형으로 <위기의 주부들> 시즌 7에서 나온 사과전략에 대한 정리, 분류 및 통계처리 후 200개의 사과 전략을 무작위로 뽑아 상세히 분석하였다. 분석결과, ‘사과의 표현’ 전략의 사용 빈도가 64.0%, ‘설명하기’와 ‘무례함의 정도 최소화’가 뒤를 이었다. ‘책임인정’, ‘보상제공’, ‘청자에게 관심 표현하기’와 ‘재발방지약속’의 사용 빈도는 비교적 낮았다. 이러한 결과는 미국의 높은 개인주의, 비교적 낮은 권력의 거리와 낮은 컨텍스트 문화가 사과 전략의 사용 빈도에 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 이 연구는 사과 언어와 문화에 대한 이해를 증가시키고 미국인과 교류하는 과정에서 문화적 차이에서 올 수 있는 무례함을 줄이며, 문화간 의사소통을 원활하게 하는 동시에, 드라마 예술에서의 언어 분석을 함으로써 드라마 예술의 연구 범주를 보다 풍부하게 할 것으로 기대한다. In this study, most of the previous researches on the analysis of apology are limited to comparative study of apology in different countries from the perspective of cross-cultural communication and analysis of apology in daily life. Therefore, by introducing pragmatics on apology strategy and cultural interpretation theories, this study tried to analyze apology and apology strategies in the seventh season of American TV series Desperate Housewives. Specifically speaking, based on Trosborgs classification of apology strategies, this study sorted out, classified and counted apology strategies in the seventh season of Desperate Housewives, and then 200 apology strategies were randomly selected and analyzed in detail. The statistical results showed that expression of apology strategy was used at the highest frequency of 64.0%, followed by explanation or account and minimizing the degree of offence; Acknowledgement of responsibility, offer of repair strategy, expressing concern for hearer and promise of forbearance were used relatively less frequently. The results can be interpreted by Americas high individualism, low power distance and low-context culture having great influence on the frequency of American apology strategy. This study can increase understanding of apology and culture, reduce offence in communication with Americans, and make cross-cultural communication smooth, and meanwhile it is expected to enrich the research scope of TV drama art by analyzing language in TV drama art.

      • An User Experience Study of Children’s Trolley Sharing - Taking Chinese “Little Wooden Horse“ as a case

        Objective: People"s experience of sharing services is different from that of traditional products, and designers" judgment of service experience has also changed. Therefore, this paper studies how to obtain the user experience of sharing products, taking the sharing of children"s trolleys in China as an example. Background: Due to the influence of sharing economy, a large number of services related to sharing have appeared in China.But in China, many services named "Sharing so-and-so" actually belong to time-sharing lease.The user experience of sharing children"s trolleys is mixed. Methods: To investigate the sharing services of representative children"s trolleys in China, summarize the main elements of user experience, and put forward reasonable user experience strategies:1. Experience and guide new service design. 2.User experience map. Results: User experience should follow the principle of reliability, comfort and pleasure. The investigated user experience of children"s trolleys had problems (poor performance, improved safety, hygiene, and change deposit, etc.). Conclusion: The user experience of children"s trolleys sharing service is complex, and the main factors affecting user experience include: human, needs, environment, strategy, products, etc.The user experience needs to meet three principles (Reliability principle; Comfort principle; Pleasure principle.). To obtain a shared service user experience, "old experience guide new design" and "user experience map" are suitable for studying such services.Application: Elements, principles and policies of user experience can be applied to other researches on user experience of time-sharing services. Or make recommendations for other services, such as baby stroller sharing.

      • The Impacts of Three Spatiotemporal Planning Modes on Human Cognition in Exhibitions

        Background: Time and space are essential elements in our understanding of the real world. The structure of time and space is the foundation of the cognitive system. The museum, as a unique public space, put facts, memories, and imagination in the physical space. It can form a space beyond the time dimension with a strong attention. A particular part of the brain is called the hippocampus, which is used to sense abstract concepts such as time and space. Focus: This paper mainly studies the time perception and spatial cognition in human cognition, and selects the most critical timelines and space layout from the exhibitions for in-depth analysis. Discuss what the time perception and space cognition are in the exhibition, and understand the relationship between them. Objective: The aim is to clarify the impact of these relationships on museum visitors and to help designers create a better museum experience for visitors. Method: We use literature study,case-study, user interviews, and shadowing research methods to produce our research. Conclusion: Three kinds of spatial and temporal planning patterns, which consist of time clues and space layout in a museum exhibition, have a significant influence on visitors" spatial and temporal cognition.
