        실시간 객체 검출을 위한 LiDAR와 정밀도로지도 병합 및 GNSS 헤딩 캘리브레이션

        In this study, a method was proposed for correcting the object positioning error of light detection and ranging (LiDAR) due to the roll, pitch, and yaw data error of the inertial measurement unit sensor in the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) sensor by using a high-precision digital map. A real-time obstacle map was formed using Velodyne’s three-dimensional lines, VLP-32 and VLP-16. The high-precision digital map was then merged into the LiDAR map. The map obtained by combining LiDAR and high-precision digital maps did not match because of certain errors. To eliminate these errors, a method of fitting a map with high precision on the XY plane was established, and fittable criteria were determined. Algorithm verification was performed during actual driving, and errors were removed in real time. Various autonomous driving technologies can be developed using the sensor error data preprocessing process.

        시민참여형 스마트시티 에너지 서비스 모듈 개발 기획에 관한 연구

        Global warming is accelerating as greenhouse gas emissions increase owing to the increase in population and urbanization rates worldwide. As an alternative to this solution, smart cities are being promoted. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a plan for developing energy service modules for the Sejong 5-1 living area, which has been selected as a test-bed for smart cities in Korea. Based on the smart city plans announced by the government for this study, a survey questionnaire on 12 energy services was composed by collecting the opinions of experts. The survey was conducted with 1,000 citizens, the degree of necessity of energy service that citizens think of was identified. Principal Component Analysis and Association Rule Mining were conducted to describe 12 energy service items in a reduced manner and analyze the correlation and relationship of each energy service. Finally, three modules were suggested using the analyzed results so that 12 energy services could be implemented in an efficient platform. These results are expected to contribute to the realization of a smart city to make them easily accessible for those who want to promote platform services in the energy field and envision energy service items. 전 세계적으로 인구 및 도시화율 증가에 따라 온실가스 배출량이 증가하면서 지구온난화가 가속화 되고 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 스마트시티 건설이 본격적으로 추진되고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문은 한국의 스마트시티 시범도시로 선정된 세종 5-1 생활권을 대상으로 시민들이 활용할 수 있는 에너지 서비스 모듈을 기획하는 방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구를 위해 정부가 발표한 스마트시티 계획들을 바탕으로 스마트시티 연구개발 참여 전문가들의 의견수렴을 통해 12가지 에너지 서비스에 대한 설문조사 문항을 구성하였다. 설문조사는 세종시민 1,000명을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 응답한 데이터를 바탕으로 세종시민이 생각하는 에너지 서비스의 필요성 정도를 파악하였다. 12개 에너지 서비스 항목들을 축소하여 설명하고 각 항목들의 상관성과 연관성을 분석하고자 주성분분석과 연관규칙탐사를 실시하였다. 마지막으로, 분석된 결과를 활용하여 12개 에너지 서비스들을 효율적인 플랫폼 형태로 구현될 수 있도록 ‘경제 창출’, ‘에너지거래’, ‘에너지효율’ 형태의 3가지 모듈을 제시하였다. 아직 백지상태인 세종 5-1 생활권의 스마트시티 구현을 에너지 분야 플랫폼 서비스를 추진하고자 하는 수많은 연구소들과 기업들이 에너지 서비스 항목을 구상하고자 할 때 쉽게 접근이 가능하도록 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

        일부 성인의 간접흡연에 대한 인식도 및 대책

        Objectives : This study is to evaluate the awareness, attitude, practice and the countermeasures against passive smoking in Korean adults. Methods : By self-administered questionnaires, we assessed the knowledge, attitude, behavior for passive smoking and the countermeasure for reduction of it's harmful effects in 289 men and 238 women. Results : The subjects that have heard about passive smoking were 96.8% in total and well known were 26.4% of current smoker, 56.6% of ex-smoker, and 14.8% of non-smoker(p=0.001). The irritative symptom from passive smoking was the most frequent in non-smokers and the most common place where exposed to passive smoking was public place. For attitude against passive smoking in 'no smoking allowed area', ex-smokers were the most active to recommend to stop smoking. And for opinion about establishment of 'no smoking allowed area', the restriction by law was the best acceptable method in smokers, exsmokers, and nonsmokers. In marking of 'no smoking allowed area', 69.9% of smokers answered no smoking, but in non-marking area only 6.3% stop smoking. When smokers were recommended to stop smoking, the more subjects stop smoking with good feeling in marking area, but the less in non-marking area. The factor associated the high awareness of passive smoking were aged(OR=1.07, 1.03-1.12), men(OR=4.34, 2.32-8.46). The persons who have known well about passive smoking had good attitude and behavior to prevent of harmful effect of passive smoking. Conclusions : This study suggested that education program would be necessary to reduce the passive smoking.

        전자전 지원장비의 성능확인을 위한 펄스분석기 동기화 방안연구

        During the development of electronic warfare support (ES) equipments, it was required to come up with an objective and quantitative test methods in order to verify the performance of an equipment. Although there are a variety of verification methods available, reliable and proven measurement equipments should be used first in order to validate an objective test and assess the developed equipment. In this study, we used a commercial instrument, the Agilent's Pulse Analyzer, to analyze the general performance of an ES equipment. Naturally, commercial instruments have production features that do not support the use of evaluation. Agilent's Pulse Analyzer also has some performance limitations for the use of testing an ES equipment. Because of this, we developed a new software to overcomes the constraints of the Pulse Analyzer. Also, a reliable assessment method is proposed to test the developed ES equipment.

        DEA 모형을 이용한 기후변화대응 국내 전력산업의 연도별 환경효율성 분석

        In this paper, the concept of environmental efficiency is examined for power industry using power sector information from year 1986 to 2007. First, we define environmental efficiency and then apply DEA(Data Envelope Analysis) model of CCR (Charnes, Cooper, and Rhodes, 1978) and BCC(Banker, Charnes, and Cooper, 1984). Our finding suggests that the performance of power industry is the most efficient in the year 2007 in both models of CCR and BCC. Taking this specific year’s performance to be a point in frontier, required reduction to accomplish that efficiency of CO2 emission and of transmission and distribution losses are also calculated. Results of analysis shows that it requires further examination of the measurement of environmental efficiency of power sector since the measurement results differ depending upon the assumptions on the returns to scale, although current trend shows a continuous improvement in both scale efficiency and technical efficiency.

        제로에너지건축물의 공사비 증가분 산출에 관한 연구

        한국은 건물부문 온실가스 감축 목표 달성을 위한 핵심정책으로 2020년부터 공공부문 신축 건축물을 대상으로 제로에너지건축물 인증 의무화를 시행하였다. 이 논문은 제로에너지건축물을 활성화시키고자 하는 정책 환경에서 건축관계자들이 제로에너지건축 구현에 의사결정을 위해 참조할 수 있는 에너지절감 기술과 경제성 요인을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구를 위해 최근 3년간 건축물 에너지효율등급 인증 자료와 공공기관을 대상으로 공사비 세부 내역서 자료를 수집하여 건축물 에너지 항목에 대한 공사비를 분석하였다. 또한, 건축물 에너지효율등급 인증 자료를 바탕으로 베이스라인 건축물의 각 에너지항목별 에너지성능을 도출하였으며, 베이스라인 건축물의 에너지항목에 대해 단계적으로 에너지성능 값을 상승을 시키는 반복적 시뮬레이션을 통해 제로에너지건축물의 에너지항목별 에너지성능 값을 도출하였다. 최종적으로 도출된 베이스라인 건축물과 제로에너지건축물의 에너지성능 값에 조사된 에너지항목별 공사비를 적용하여, 베이스라인 건축물과 제로에너지건축물의 에너지항목별 공사비를 도출하였다. 그 결과 제로에너지건축물을 구현하는 데 조명설비가 10.5%로 에너지절감에 가장 큰 기여를 하며, 냉 · 난방 시스템의 공사비 증가분이 9.1%로 가장 작은 것으로 분석되었다. As a core policy for achieving the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the building sector, Korea has enforced the mandatory certification of zero energy buildings for new public buildings from 2020. This study suggests energy-saving technologies and economic factors that building officials can refer to for decision-making on the implementation of zero energy buildings. For this study, the construction cost for the energy item of a building was analyzed by collecting the building energy efficiency level certification data and detailed construction cost statement data from public institutions for the last three years. Based on the building energy efficiency certification data, each energy item of the baseline building was derived, and the energy performance of the zero energy building was derived through repetitive simulations by gradually increasing the energy performance value of the baseline building. By applying the analyzed construction cost, the construction cost for each energy item of the baseline and zero energy buildings was derived. As a result, the lighting equipment contributed up to 10.5% energy savings, and the increase in construction cost of the cooling and heating system was at least 9.1%.

        한국의 제로에너지건축 정책 추진에 따른 건축물 에너지기술 성능 연구

        한국은 건물부문 온실가스 감축 목표 달성을 위한 핵심정책으로 2020년부터 공공부문 신축 건축물을 대상으로 제로에너지건축물 인증 의무화를 시행하였다. 이 논문은 궁극적인 Net Zero 에너지건축물 달성하는 데 있어서 정부의 정책에 따른 건축물 에너지성능의 변화 추세를 파악하고, 최근 건축물에 적용된 에너지기술 성능의 변화 추이를 분석하는 방법론을 제시함으로써 궁극적으로는 장기적인 Net Zero를 달성하고자 하는 정책 환경의 변화에서 건축 관련 이해 관계자들이 건축물 유형별로 적절한 에너지기술들을 적용하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 최근 4년간 건축물 에너지효율등급 예비인증 데이터를 수집하여 건축물의 에너지성능이 상승하는 추세를 확인하였다. 또한, 최근 건축물에 적용된 에너지기술들의 에너지성능 현황을 분석하기 위하여 K-means 군집분석 활용해 교육연구 시설과 업무시설의 High, Low 에너지성능 군집을 통해 비교군(2016년~2020년, 2020년) 설정하여, 분석하였다. 분석 결과 교육연구 시설의 High, Low 군집 모두 태양광 모듈 면적의 증가율이 261.1%, 283.5% 급증하였으며, 업무시설은 High, Low 군집 모두 태양광 모듈 면적이 감소하는 반면에 대부분의 패시브, 액티브 기술의 에너지성능이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. As a key policy for achieving the goal of reducing GHG in the building sector, Korea has enforced the mandatory certification of zero-energy buildings for new buildings in the public sector from 2020. This study evaluated a policy to achieve Net Zero by identifying the trend of changes in building energy performance according to policy and presenting a methodology to analyze the current performance state of energy technology applied to buildings. The final goal was to help stakeholders apply appropriate energy technologies for new buildings. For this study, data collected on building energy efficiency certification over the last four years have shown a gradual increase in energy performance. In addition, K-means cluster analysis was used to analyze the performance status of energy technologies applied to buildings. The high and low clusters of education and office facilities were used to analyze the comparative group (2016-2020, 2020). As a result, the solar module area in both high and low clusters of education facilities increased by 261.1% and 283.5%. In contrast, the solar module area decreased by both high and low clusters of office facilities. The most passive and active technologies showed an increase in energy performance.

        국내 대형마트의 에너지효율지표 분석과 최적 에너지관리 요소기술 도출에 관한 연구

        This paper purposes on the development of energy management framework, focusing on the superstores in South Korea. Those superstores are usually huge retail outlets, operating for a long time, and thus requires a large amount of energy consumption. Nevertheless, few attempts have been made to identify the energy management issues in the superstores and to propose the way to improve their energy management systems. To meet this needs, we firstly analyzed the over trends of energy use in South Korean superstores using various energy efficiency indices. Then, on two stores chosen as our case targets, in-depth analysis was carried out in terms of their current energy use and capabilities to reduce the energy use. The research findings are expected to support energy manager’s strategic decision-makings at the firm level and further to contribute to the CO₂ reduction at the national level.
