Recently, it is gradually raised necessity that interface is measured accurately and managed in industrial circles and medical world. An Ultrasonic wave transmitted from a focused beam tranducer<br/> is being expected as a powerful tool for NDE of the delamination.<br/> The Ultrasonic NDE of the delamination is based on the form of the wave reflected from theinterface.<br/> In this study results, automatically repeated discrimination analysis method can be devided in the category of all kinds of defects on semiconductor package, and also can be possible to have a sampling of partial delamination.

광 커플러는 광섬유로부터 광신호를 분기하거나 결합하는 광통신망의 가장 기초적인 부품으로 광통신망에서 다양한 기능을 수행하고 있다[1]. 따라서 광 커플러는 광통신망의 구성에 있어서 가장 중요한 부품의 하나이며, 특히 광가입자망의 구현에 따라 그 수요가 크게 증가될 전망이다. 현재 가장 일반적인 광 커플러는 Evanescent 광 결합원리를 이용하는 광섬유형 근접 커플러이며, 그 이외에도 각종 평면도파로를 이용한 도파로형 커플러가 제품의 소형화 및 양산성이 우수하여 많은 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 본고에서는 현재까지의 각종 광 커플러의 기술 및 시장 현황을 통신용 단일모드 광 커플러를 중심으로 고찰하고 앞으로의 광 커플러 개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

CFRP composite material features superior heat and corrosion resistance, and these benefits enables the gradual applications on aerospace industries and sports-entertainment business. Exceptional corrosion resistance enables the acceptance in maritime structural members such as ship and oil-drilling machineries. However, CFRP composite material has the weakness in hygrothermal environment and shock resistance. Especially, moisture ingress into composite material under hygrothermal environment can change molecule arrangement and chemical properties. In addition, interface characteristics and component material properties can be degraded. Therefore, structural members with hat-shaped section, which are adopted in the actual automobile vehicle, were prepared for different stacking configurations. Moisture absorption characteristics and strength evaluation was empirically conducted after long-term exposure of differently stacked CFRP hat-shaped section member under hygrothermal environment.

CFRP composite materials have wide application in structure materials of airplane, ships, and aero space vehicles because of their high strength and stiffness. This paper is to study the effects of curvature and orientation angle on the penetration characteristics of CFRP laminate shell. They are staked with 8 Ply specimens [0₂/90₂]<SUB>S</SUB>, [0/90₂/0]<SUB>S</SUB> and the stacked of outer plates degree with 12 Ply specimens [0₃/90₃]<SUB>S</SUB>, [0₂/90₂/0]<SUB>S</SUB> and [903/03], [902/02/90]S. They are manufactured to varied curvature radius (R=100,150,200㎜ and ∞). They are cured by heating to the appropriate harding temperature(130℃) by mean of a heater at the vaccum bag of the autoclave. Test specimens were prepared with dimensions 100㎜×140㎜. When the specimen is subjected to transverse impact by a steel ball, the velocity of the steel ball was measured both before and after impact by determining the time for it to pass two ballistic-screen sensor located a known distance apart. In general, kinetic energy after impact-kinetic energy before impact rised in all specimens. This study observed a fracture mode inside the specimen after a penetration test using a digital camera and it examined a fracture mode and a penetration mode to stack of outer orientation angle and curvature.
