As a possibility for participation in social activity of people with disabilities increased, a request for a special vehicle for the person with reduced mobility is augmenting. There is no domestic vehicle safety regulation to ensure a crashworthiness of vehicle for people with disabilities in a traffic accident. Therefore, it is necessary that we make the domestic vehicle regulation of special vehicle for the person with reduced mobility. This paper is carried out research on which function special vehicle for the disabled have to do and the minimum requirement of the system realized functions

This study focused on how to children"s crashworthiness evaluate in a traffic accident. Especially, children using Child Restraint Systems seated on rear seats are the object of study. ECE R.44, UN New Regulation on Child Restraint System, FMVSS 213, and KS Standards reviewed and compared. Tests were performed with KS standards and UN New Regulation, and then results of test analyzed. By test results, children"s crashworthienss is very weak in the side impact. In side impact test results, head and chest injury value is in excess of the injury criteria. In conclusion, it is needed to introduce the child restraint systems regulation in Korea.

To decrease neck injury in low speed rear-end collision, Whiplash test is conducted by KNCAP since 2008. The Whiplash test is performed according to test procedure proposed by KNCAP. Neck injury criteria, Head Contact Time, Head Rebound Velocity, NIC, Nkm, upper neck Fx, upper neck Fz, T1 X acceleration are measured by BioRID Ⅱ dummy. In this study, whiplash test data is analysed from 2009 to 2011 and the trend of decreasing neck injuries is considered.
FMVSS 202a 기준 및 시험평가 결과에 대한 고찰

Whiplash injuries of the neck are one of the most common injuries reported from automotive rear impacts. We are having an effort to reduce the whiplash injuries. So, U.S. announced the FMVSS 202a which is a powerful regulation concerning head restraints in 2004. This study looked into the FMVSS 202a and tested two seats, domestic products, following the FMVSS 202a laboratory test procedures. As results of the test, Backset requirement, height retention requirement, and backset retention requirement is not satisfied. These unsatisfied requirements are newly introduced in head restraint regulation FMVSS 202a. Domestic car makers must work hard to satisfy the strong regulation on head restraints.

Whiplash injuries of the neck are one of the most common injuries reported from automotive rear impacts. Whiplash injuries can be reduced to change geometry of head restraint. Therefore, geometries of head restraint were evaluated according to the test procedures of the Korea New Car Assessment Program (KNCAP) to improve safety of head restraint. In this study, nine vehicle's head restraints were tested. As the test results, one head restraints is rated at "Marginal", three head restraints are rated at "Acceptable" level, and the last five head restraints are rated at "'Good" level.
국내 콘텐츠의 성공 사례 분석과 그 효과에 대하여 -오징어게임을 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 오징어게임의 해외 시장에서의 선풍적인 인기에 관한 성공 요인을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 기존 한류가 등장한 배경과 ‘K-콘텐츠(K-drama 등)’의 특징에 대해 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 그간 세계적으로 성공한 K-콘텐츠의 사례에 대해 살펴본다. 그리고 오징어게임의 전반적인 내용과 배경적 요인을 알아본 후, 오징어게임의 성공 전략을 스토리텔링, 미술, 특수성 등으로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석 결과 배경적 요인으로 복제 기술로 인한 문화콘텐츠의 대량 생산과 소비, 코로나 바이러스 감염증-19(COVID-19, 이하 코로나19)의 전 세계적 확산으로 인한 ‘언택트 (Untact)'문화가 도래는 사람들에게 문화콘텐츠를 접할 수 있는 다양한 기회와 형태를 제공할 수 있는 환경을 조성하였다. 이러한 정보화시대 속 오징어게임이 그동안의 무수한 콘텐츠와는 변별력을 갖게 된 요인은 이와 같다. 첫째, 오징어게임의 사회적 불평등과 불공정함을 기반으로 한 스토리텔링은, 한국 뿐 만 아닌 북미나 서유럽 시장에서도 적용 가능한 세계적이고 현실적인 보편성을 입증한다. 둘째, 화려한 의상의 대비나 세트장의 활용은 시청자로 하여금 극중 몰입력을 높이며 함축된 의미에 대해 생각할 기회를 제공한다. 셋째, 우리나라 고유의 게임과 한국의 동네를 모티브로 한 세트장은 한국적인 특성을 잘 녹여내었다. 넷째, 글로벌 OTT(Over-the-top, 온라인 동영상 스트리밍 서비스) 넷플릭스를 통한 유통을 통해 언어의 장벽을 뛰어넘어 전 세계로 손쉽게 보급할 수 있었다. 오징어게임의 성공은 한국적인 서사가 전 세계에 통하며, ‘넷플릭스’라는 거대 플랫폼을 통해 미국 시장을 진출할 수 있었다는 점에 있어 큰 의미를 가진다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 오징어게임의 전 세계적인 흥행은 분명 반가운 뉴스임에 틀림없으나, 세계인은 더 높아진 기준과 기대로 우리나라의 문화 콘텐츠를 기대할 것이다. 따라서 그들의 전략과 성공 요인의 분석을 통해 향후에도 K-콘텐츠가 글로벌 시장에서 지속적으로 발전하고, 나아가 우리나라가 문화 산업 강국으로 발돋움하는 새로운 혁신을 계속해서 만들어 내는 것에 도움이 될 수 있기를 희망한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the success factors for the sensational popularity of Squid Game in markets overseas. To this end, we observed the background of the existing Korean Wave and the characteristics of "K-content (K-drama, etc.)" and looked at cases of K-content that have been successful worldwide. In addition, after examining the overall content and background factors of the squid game, we divided the success strategy of the squid game into storytelling, art, and specificity and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the mass production and consumption of cultural contents due to replication technology and the global spread of COVID-19 (COVID-19, hereinafter referred to as COVID-19) created an environment where people can access cultural contents via various platforms in multiple ways. This is why Squid Game in the information age have differentiated themselves from countless contents so far. First, storytelling based on social inequality and unfairness of Squid Game proves the global and realistic universality applicable not only to Korea but also to North American and Western European markets. Second, the contrast of colorful costumes and the use of the set provides viewers with an opportunity to increase immersion in the play and think about the implied meaning. Third, the set, which is inspired by Korea's traditional games and Korean neighborhoods, incorporates Korean characteristics well. Fourth, distribution through global OTT (Over-the-top, online video streaming service) Netflix was able to easily spread across language barriers around the world. The success of the squid game can be seen as having a significant Korean narrative throughout the world and being able to enter the U.S. market through a huge platform called "Netflix". However, although the worldwide success of the squid game must be a welcoming news, people around the world will now expect Korean cultural content with higher standards and expectations. Therefore, through the analysis of Squid Games' strategies and success factors, we hope that K-content will continue to develop in the global market in the future and further help Korea continue to create new innovations that will become a cultural industry powerhouse.
감응순항제어장치(ACC)의 안전성 평가를 위한 시험 및 분석

Since a Advanced Safety Vehicle(ASV) relieves the drivers of driving load, it provides the drivers with the convenience, safety and opportunities of using services in respect to Telematics. According to the growth of the market share for Telematics, an increase of the demand for ASV is predicted. And then, before the ASV is universally used, the ASV systems have to be technically safe. In this study, to secure safety of Adaptive Cruise Control system, International Standard Organization(lSO) requirements for ACC are examined thoroughly and their defects and solutions are suggested. In order to achieve this objective, field tests were fulfilled under scenarios based on the domestic roadway and traffic conditions and test data were analyzed to find out the problems of the ISO requirements for ACC.
