In the field of aerospace, there is a need to replace the organic adhesives that are harmless to the human body and cause environmental pollution. Hence, environmentally friendly and harmless inorganic adhesives are being actively studied. In this study, we have found that optimized curing condition by controlling the curing time with respect to curing temperature. At first, the basic alkaline silicate solutions with sodium, potassium, and lithium silicate, were mixed and their composition were optimized to improve the water-resisting property. Adhesive strength was measured on basis of ASTM D3615 using universal testing machine. For a target material, stainless steel (SUS) specimen was prepared according to ASTM D3615. Two of treatment method were applied on the SUS surface, including powder-blasting and grinding, and the adhesive strength of them were compared with unpolished bare surface. The surface of specimen which was treated with grinding showed the highest shear strength. Moreover, the effect of two parameters was investigated, e.g. curing time and temperature of adhesives. The temperature range was 80~140℃, and the adhesive strength of each cases were compared.

One of the key safety features of a Prototype Gen-IV Sodium-cooled Fast Reactor (PGSFR) is the adopting of reactor vault cooling system (RVCS). Development of the PGSFR has been ongoing in KAERI (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute). The assessment of the RVCS must be conducted to ensure decay heat removal capability under severe accident conditions. A down scale model is developed by the Ishii’s method of scaling law, which is based on the three similitude laws, i.e. dynamic, kinematic, and geometric. First, we have considered the basic energy balance between the total heat generation from the decay heat and heat removal from heat transfer, e.g. the natural circulation and the radiation heat transfer. For the reliable design of the experimental facility of RVCS, it would be considered the non-dimensional Richardson number from the momentum equation as the key parameter, which would determine the driven buoyancy flow regrading to the temperature difference of air flow. To finalize the scale analysis, we have compared CFD simulation.
영상 산술 기법을 이용한 공중드론의 동적 물체 인식 및 추적 방법 연구

UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)는 제어기술의 발달로 그 활용 범위가 확장되고 있으며 동적 물체를 추적하는 기술을 이용해 감시·추적 시스템을 구현하고 자 하였다. 본 논문은 카메라 영상처리를 통해 관측 영역에 유입된 물체의 색을 추출·저장해 특정 지역의 변화 값을 정확히 잡아내고, 저장한 특정 색을 가지는 픽셀들을 이용한 영상의 산술 연산을 통해 물체의 무게중심을 목표로 지정하며, 초기 저장한 색만을 추적해 추적의 정확성을 높였다. 제안된 방법은 추후 카메라 흔들림 보정 또는 주변 환경이라는 변수를 고려해 더욱 더 정확성을 높여 발전시킬 수 있다.
