        Nutritional Quality and Food-Making Performance of Some Triticale Lines Grown in Korea

        한국산 triticale과 연질 밀을 사용하여 그들의 이화학적 특성, 제분 특성 및 제품 특성을 조사하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. Triticale은 단백질 함량이 높고 아미노산 조성도 밀 보다 양호하였으나 제한 아미노산은 역시 lysine이었다. 2. Triticale 의 식품 이용상의 문제점은 밀가루 수율이 떨어진다는 점과 $\alpha-amylase$ 역가가 높다는 점이었다. 3. 밀가루 수율이 밀보다 약 10% 정도 낮았으며 제빵으로 이용하는 경우 빵의 용적이 밀 보다 떨어졌다. 4. 그러나 triticale도 국수 제조에는 큰 문제가 없었으며 $M_{1}A$ 품종의 경우 특히 국수 적성이 양호하였다. Three winter wheats and 3 triticales grown in Korea were compared for nutritional quality and food-making performance. The flour yield of triticale was 54 % below that of wheat, while triticale was higher in protein than wheat. The amino acid composition of triticale flours was similar to that of wheat flours. The essensial amino acid compositions were slightly higher in triticale flours. Noodles of acceptable quality were produced from triticale flours. The bread produced from triticale flours was somewhat inferior to that from soft wheat flours. The triticale flours produced bread of slightly lower quality than the soft wheat flours. The specific loaf volume were lower, the grain more rough, the texture slightly harsher and the crumb color slightly darker.

        Recently, we know that stack effect in high-rise buildings causes various problems in winter such as elevator malfunctions, difficulties in opening and closing. Many studies have been done on the problems caused by the stack effect in office buildings, and several guidelines and solutions have been proposed by drawings reviews and airtight constructions. However, stack effect problems have occurred in existing buildings because they were not applied at the design stage and the construction one. To reduce the problems caused by stack effect after construction, we need to understand the overall airflows in the buildings through the pressure profile analysis. This paper deals with field measurement of pressure distributions and analysis of stack-induced problems in the existing high-rise office building.

        김종성의 올림픽 역도경기장의 건축 공간적 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is interpret the spatial characteristics of Olympic Weight Lifting Stadium by Kimm Jong-Soung. In the Korean modern architecture, Kimm Jong-Soung did a role to bring the modernism of Mies van der Rohe into Korea. Through the analysis of the spatial characteristics of the Olympic Weight Lifting Stadium, this study interpret two characteristics of the architectural spaces of it. First, the clear expression of the structure system. Second, the inner directed spatial concept. This study aims to understand the architectural approaches of Kimm Jong-Soung’s clear span building and to clarify the acceptance of the Mies’s modernism to Korea.

The proposal of gymnasium for Seoul National University is the one of the important clear span building of him. Through the analysis of the tectonic and spatial characteristics of the Seoul National University Gymnasium project, this study aims to understand the architectural approaches of Kimm Jong-Soung’s clear span building and to clarify the acceptance of the Mies’s modernism to Korea.

        고층건물에서 수직샤프트 계획에 따른 침기량 평가

        It is difficult to predict the air volume of the infiltration which is uncontrolled air entering through building envelope. In high-rise buildings, pressure differences of building envelope vary with building height, temperature differences between indoor and outdoor, and building characteristics. Especially, stack-induced huge pressure difference occurs in winter season. However, there is no consideration of stack effect in an conventional load calculation method for deciding capacity of HVAC system. The calculation result may have large difference to a actual building. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a simplified calculation method of infiltration by taking account of stack effect in a high-rise building in winter, considering the infiltration change according to vertical shaft plan. Affecting factors for infiltration in high-rise building were investigated and a simplified method of calculating infiltration was suggested. As a simulation result of 3 different vertical shaft type, it is shown that Neutral Pressure Level(NPL) and Thermal Draft Coefficient(TDC) vary from vertical shaft design plan. Accordingly, NPL height and TDC value are the factors that have a significant effect on infiltration. The infiltration calculation was performed by using the proposed simplified method, targeting single zone type and multiple zone type.

        초상사진의 저작권과 저작물로서의 성립요건

        저작권이란 인간의 사상이나 감정을 통해 창작적으로 표현된 저작물을 보호하기 위해 그 저작자에게 부여한 배타적 권리를 말한다 이러한 저작물의 보호는 궁극적으로 저작권자의 보호를 통해 창작물의 생산과 활용을 통한 사회적 기여를 목적으로 한다. 사진저작물 역시 저작권법에 의해 타 저작물처럼, 저작인격권과 저작재산권으로 보호를 받는다. 사진은 순수, 패션, 광고, 보도, 인물사진 등의 여러 분야가 있으며 각 단체들은 자발적 연구와 공청회를 통해 저작권 보호를 위한 여러 방안을 모색 중이다. 그러나 보도사진이나 패션, 인물사진 등은 일반사진과 다르게 초상권 문제가 결부되어 좀 더 복잡한 양상을 보인다 패션사진의 경우는 모델과의 사전계약에 의해 초상권 문제가 발생할 소지는 상대적으로 적은 반면 보도사진은 불특정 다수를 상대로 촬영이 이루어지기 때문에 좀 더 잦은 분쟁이 발생한다. 그러나 일반적으로 보도사진에 있어 초상권 보다는 국민의 알권리를 더 존중하는 사회적 분위기와 비 촉탁 사진에 대한 법의 범위를 민법으로 규정한 만큼 큰 비중은 두고 있지 않다. 하지만 인물사진을 촬영하는 일반 스튜디오에서는 촉탁에 의한 초상사진이 주로 촬영되고 있으며, 촉탁에 의한 초상사진은 민법과 형법이 적용되는 저작권법의 적용을 받는 만큼 초상권 침해에 대해 엄격한 제한을 받는다. 일반 스튜디오에서 촬영된 초상사진에 대해 법원은 실용적인 목적의 사진이므로 저작물로 볼 수 없다는 판결을 내린 바 있다.(권택수, 2001) 즉 복사촬영과 동등한 사진으로써 촬영자의 지적활동에 의한 결과물이라 볼 수 없다는 것이다. 저작물로 인정되지 않는 초상사진에 대해 촬영자는 어떠한 권리도 얻을 수 없지만, 촬영자는 초상권에 대한 민 형사상의 책임은 감수해야하는 것이다. 결국 이러한 판결은 촬영자의 창작의욕을 저하시키고, 초상사진의 발전에 악영향을 미치게 되며, 촬영자로 하여금 파일을 관리함에 있어서도 소홀히 하게 되는 구실을 줄 수 있다. 사진 발명의 목적이 초상사진을 위한 것이었던 만큼 초상사진은 사진사에서 가장 중요한 부분이며, 인간을 탐구하기위한 중요한 영역임에 틀림없다. 디지털 시대에 들어 인터넷과 복제기술의 발달 그리고 통신의 발달은 사진의 복제와 초상권에 대한 분쟁을 더욱 심화시키고 있다. 본 논문은 초상사진의 창의적 발전과 사회적 기여를 위한 합리적 가이드라인이 필요함을 제시한다. Copyright means exclusive right given to copyright holder so as to protect works which are expressed creatively through the human`s thought or emotion. The purpose of work protection is ultimately social contribution by protection and application of creative work through the protection of copyright holder. Photographic works are also protected by author`s moral right and author`s property right like other works. There are several fields such as pureness, fashion, advertisement, coverage, portrait, etc. in photos and each association is seeking several measures for the protection of copyright through the voluntary research and public hearing. But, coverage photo, fashion, portrait, etc. show more complicated aspect by combining the problem of portrait rights unlike general photos. Fashion photos show relatively less possibilities of portrait right problem by the previous contract with models, but coverage photos are shot for unspecific majority. So, there are more frequent conflicts. However, there isn`t a big proportion as much as the range of law for non-entrusted photography is regulated by civil law because of the social atmosphere respecting people`s right to know rather than portrait rights generally for the coverage photographies. However, in general studios shooting portraits, portraits by entrustment are mainly shot and portraits by entrustment are applied by copyright law which is applied by civil law and criminal law, so it has strict limitations for portrait rights` violation. For portraits shot in general studio, the court made a judgement that they cannot be considered as works because they have practical photos. (Kwon Taeksoo, 2001)In other words, they are photographies same as reproductive shooting, so cannot be considered as results by photographer`s intellectual activity. For portraits which cannot be recognized as works, photographer cannot be obtain any right, but must assume criminal responsibilities for portrait rights. In conclusion, the judgement reduces photographer`s desire to create and makes a bad effect on the development of portraits. And, photographer can neglect the management of files. As the purpose of photo invention was portraits, they are certainly the most important part for photographers and important sector for exploring human. In the era of digital, development of internet, duplicating technology and communication deepens conflicts for photo`s duplication and portrait rights. This thesis suggests the necessity of rational guideline so as to conflicts between for portrait`s creative development and social contribution.
