직무 스트레스를 겪는 감정노동자들 중 콜센터 상담원을 위한 섬유매체 중심 미술치료: 내러티브 탐구 중심

This study was to explore what emotional workers under job stress experienced in the process of art therapy by using textile media, and what the meaning of the experience was. The participants of this study were two people in their 30s working the same company as call center agents of S insurance company and were in the charge of inbounding calls. From February 2019 to April 2019, art therapy was conducted once a week for a total of 10 sessions, and data were collected and interpreted by a narrative inquiry method. Based on the narrative inquiry, the meaning of the experiences obtained from the participants through art therapy by using textile media produced five themes: 'relaxation of emotions through tactile sensation', sense of achievement through works using textile media', 'situation awareness', 'stress management and coping', and 'positive expression in mutual relationships within small group art therapy'. In this study, textile media with various tactile characteristics assisted to relax their emotions, provided them emotional stability, and experienced their stress relief. Based on these research results, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed. 본 연구는 직무스트레스를 겪는 감정노동자들이 섬유매체를 활용한 미술치료 과정에서 무엇을 경험하며, 그 경험의 의미가 무엇인지 탐구하는 것이다. 본 연구의 참여자들은 2명으로 같은 회사에 다니고 있는 30대 전후 S보험사 콜센터 상담원이며 인바운드 업무를 맡고 있다. 2019년 2월부터 2019년 4월 까지 일주일에 1회, 총 10회기에 걸쳐 회기당 90분을 기준으로 미술치료를 진행하고 내러티브 탐구 방법에 근거하여 자료를 수집하고 해석하였다. 내러티브 탐구를 바탕으로 참여자가 섬유매체를 활용한 미술치료를 통해 얻은 결과에 해당하는 경험의 의미는 5개의 주제로 귀결되는데, ‘촉감을 통한 감정의 이완’, ‘섬유매체를 활용한 작품으로 성취감을 경험’, ‘자신의 상황을 인식’, ‘스트레스 관리 및 대처’, ‘집단미술치료 내의 상호관계 속 긍정적 표현’ 이다. 본 연구는 다양한 촉감적 특징을 가진 섬유매체가 감정노동자 중 콜센터 상담원들의 정서를 이완시켜 감정적인 안정을 주고 나아가 스트레스가 해소되는 경험을 하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

AI DAPR 신뢰도 검증에 참여한 미술치료사의 협력적 셀프스터디

본 연구는 협력적 셀프스터디 방법론으로 AI DAPR 신뢰도 검증 과정에 참여한 연구자이자 참여자인 미술치료사 6인의 체험을 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 자료 수집은 두 단계로 이루어졌다. 첫 번째로 각 연구자는 ‘체험 전 자료’, ‘체험 중 자료’, ‘체험 후 자료’의 3단계로 회상 일지를 작성하여 자료를 수집하였다. 두 번째로는 각 연구자의 회상 일지를 통합하여 원고지 200자 기준 85.7장의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 Willis(2007)가 제시한 항시 비교법을 3단계로 압축하여 분석하였다. 이 결과, ‘미술치료사의 전문성에 대한 불안과 안도’, ‘AI 그림 검사의 유용성’, ‘AI 그림 검사의 제한과 한계’, ‘미술치료사의 전문적 역량 강화에 도움 됨을 발견’이라는 4개의 소범주와 ‘미술치료사의 도전과 성장’이라는 1개의 대범주가 도출되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다. This study aimed to explore the experience of six art therapists who participated in the AI DAPR reliability verification process as both researchers and subjects using a collaborative self-study methodology. Data collection was occurred in two phases. Firstly, each researcher collected data by writing retrospective journals in three stages: ‘pre-experience data,' ‘during-experience data,' and ‘post-experience data.' Secondly, the researchers integrated their retrospective journals, resulting in a total of 85.7 pages based on the manuscript of 200 characters. Data analysis was conducted by compressing Willis's (2007) constant comparative method into three stages. The findings revealed four subcategories: ‘anxiety and reassurance regarding the expertise of art therapists,' ‘utility of AI drawing tests,' ‘limitations and constraints of AI drawing tests,' and ‘enhancement of art therapists' professional competence with the help of AI.' Additionally, one overarching category emerged: ‘challenges and growth of art therapists.' Based on these results, the significance and limitations of the study were discussed.
