본 논문은 원형 판의 진동 해석에 미분변환법을 적용하였다. 계산된 수치적인 결과들은 이전의 연구결과들과 비교되었다. 그 결과를 기존의 연구 결과와 비교하여 미분변환법의 타당성을 검증하였고, 두께 형상과 경계조건 및 내경변화에 의한 고유진동수의 변화를 해석 및 고찰하였다. 유용성을 입증하였다. paper presents the results of the use of the differential transformation technique in analyzing the free vibration of circular plates.calculations were carried out and were compared with previously published results. The results that were obtained when this method was used coincide with the results of The present analysis shows the usefulness and validity of differential transformation in solving a solid-circular and annular-plate problem in terms of free-vibration responses.

미분변환법과 일반화 미분구적법을 이용한 가변단면 원호 아치의 진동 해석

구조물과 같은 아치의 진동해석은 많은 산업분야에서 다양하게 적용되기 때문에 공학적 문제에 중요한 주제이다. 특히 변화하는 단면형상을 가지는 아치는 질량이나 강도를 최적화 하거나 특별한 구조물이나 요구조건들을 만족하기 위해서 폭넓게 사용되어 진다. 최근에는 일반화 미분구적법(GDQM)이나 미분변환법(DTM)은 각각 Shu와 Zou에 의해서 제안이 되었다. 연구에서는 변화하는 단면형상을 가지는 아치의 진동해석이 일반화 미분구적법과 미분변환법을 적용하였다. 변화하는 단면형상을 가지는 아치에 대하여 지배방정식이 유도되어졌으며, 미분변환과 일반화 미분구적법의 개념이 간단히 소개되었다. 변화하는 단면형상을 가지는 아치의 무차원화된 고유진동수가 다양한 경계조건에 대해서 구해졌으며, 이러한 방법들에 의해서 얻어지는 결과들은 선행연구와 비교 되어졌다. 일반화 미분구적법과 미분변환법은 변화하는 단면형상을 가지는 아치의 진동문제를 해석함에 있어서 빠른 수렴, 정확도, 효율성, 유효성을 보인다. The vibration analysis of the circular arch as a member of a structure has been an important subject of mechanics due to its various applications to many industrial fields. In particular, circular arches with variable cross section are widely used to optimize the distribution of weight and strength and to satisfy special architectural and functional requirements. The Generalized Differential Quadrature Method (GDQM) and Differential Transformation Method (DTM) were recently proposed by Shu and Zou, respectively. In this study, GDQM and DTM were applied to the vibration analysis of circular arches with variable cross section. The governing equations of motion for circular arches with variable cross section were derived. The concepts of Differential Transformation and Generalized Differential Quadrature were briefly introduced. The non-dimensionless natural frequencies of circular arches with variable cross section were obtained for various boundary conditions. The results obtained using these methods were compared with those of previous works. GDQM and DTM showed fast convergence, accuracy, efficiency, and validity in solving the vibration problem of circular arches with variable cross section.

생활권을 기반으로 한 충청북도 증평군의 행정구역 개편에 대한 연구

본 연구는 생활권을 기반으로 한 충청북도 증평군의 행정구역 개편에 대해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하고있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 증평군의 분리.독립은 시민단체와 주민, 정치인들의 노력으로 이루어진 결과이다. 둘째, 증평의 시민단체와 주민들은 생활권, 정체성과 동질성이 다르고, 지방선거 무의미 등의 이유로 행정구역개편을 추진하여 성공하였다. 셋째, 증평군은 인구 및 면적이 소규모이기 때문에 행정 접근 편의와 정책 결정의 신속성 및 균형 개발 편리 등의 장점도 있지만, 행정 비용의 비효율성과 재정 기반의 약화 등의 단점도 있다. 본 연구는 행정구역 개편을 원하는 다른 지역들의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to look on administrative districts Reorganization of Jeungpyeong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-dobased on daily living area. The Results are as followings. First, the separation and independence of Jeungpyeong-gun came from the effort of civic organization, residents and politicians. Second, civic organization and residents of Jeungpyeong-gun have succeeded in reorganization of administrative district by basing on appropriateness such as different daily living area, heterogeneity, and meaninglessness of local election. Third, because of Jeungpyeng-gun has small scale area and population, Jeungpyeong-gun has convenience of approaching to administration, quickness of administrative decision, and convenience of balanced development, but Jeungpyeonggun has shortcomings, which are ineffectiveness of administrative cost and weakening of financial base. This study would be a foundation for studies on reorganization of the different administrative districts.

충청북도의 지역별 특화 산업의 변화에 대한 연구

충청북도는 전국 대비 면적은 약 7.5%, 인구 및 주요 경제 지표에서는 약 3.1%를 차지할 정도로 발달이 미약하다. 그러나 충청북도는 청주시와 청원군의 통합, 정부기관의 세종시로의 이전, 수도권의 제조업체 분산을 활용하여 발전시켜야 한다. 본 연구에서는 충청북도의 인구와 입지계수를 통해 지역별·산업별 변화를 살펴보았다. 충청북도의 지역별 특화 산업 분포에 영향을 미치는 요인은 청주와 경기도와의 거리이다. 도시에서는 서비스업, 청주 및 경기도와 가까운 지역에서는 제조업, 청주와 먼 지역에서는 1차와 소비자 서비스업 중심으로 특화되어 있다. 본 연구는 충청북도의 지역별 특화 산업 선정 및 지역 정책 수립의 기초로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Chungcheongbuk-do can be said that it is not developed well because its surface accounts for7.5% of Korea`s whole land surface, and it accounts for 3.1% of population and main economical indexfrom those of whole Korea. However, Chungcheongbuk-do should develop itself more by integrating ofCheongju-si and Cheongwon-gun, transfer of government facilities to Sejong city, and dispersing manufacturingcompanies of Seoul Metropolitan area. The factor which affects Chungcheongbuk-do’s regionalspecialized industries is the distance from Cheongju-si and Gyeonggi-do. Service industries are specializedin urban area; manufacturing industries are specialized in regions which are close to Cheongju-si orGyeonggi-do; and primary industries and consumer service industries are specialized in areas that is farfrom Cheongju-si. This study can be a foundation for studies on regional and industrial change of Chungcheongbuk-do by looking at its population and location quotient.

충주 기업도시의 발전 전략 및 활성화 방안에 대한 연구

충주 기업도시는 2005년에 시범사업 지역으로 선정되어 2020년 완공을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 선진국 기업도시의 성공요인을 토대로 충주 기업도시의 발전 전략 및 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 충주 기업도시는 충청북도의 신성장 동력산업인 첨단지식 산업 중심 클러스터와 주변의 뛰어난 자연 환경을 배경으로 친환경 웰빙 자족도시로 성장시킬 예정이다. 충주 기업도시가 성공하기 위해서는 기업, 대학, 지자체, 정부 등 개발 주체 사이의 협력이 중요하고, 선도기업과 연구 기관을 유치해야 하며, 비영리 전담기구를 설치해야 한다. 충주 기업도시의 성공적 개발은 수도권 과밀화와 국토 불균형을 해결하는 지역균형개발 정책의 성공을 의미한다. Chung-ju enterprise city was selected as a model enterprise city in 2005, and the city is planned to finish the construction in 2020. The main purpose of this study is to suggest the developing strategy and activation plan for Chung-ju enterprise city based on the enterprise city of developed countries. Chung-ju enterprise city will grow into well-being self-sufficient city due to the cutting edge knowledge, industry-centered cluster which is the new growth industry of Chungchungbuk-do and the surrounding excellent nature. For the success of Chung-ju enterprise city, the cooperation between developing agents such as companies, universities, local government, and central government is important. The leading companies and researching facilities should be attracted as well. Also, non-profit exclusive organization must be installed. The successful development of Chung-ju enterprise city means the success of balanced region development policy which will solve overpopulation of capital region and unbalance of Korea.

충북혁신도시의 개발이 주변 지역의 지가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

충청북도 음성군 맹동면과 진천군 덕산면은 2005년에 충북혁신도시로 선정되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 균형개발정책 중의 하나인 충북혁신도시의 개발이 주변 지역의 지가에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 충북혁신도시를 중심으로 음성군과 진천군의 지역별 인구와 지가의 변화를 살펴보았고, 비교 대상지역으로 인접해있는 괴산군과 증평군을 선정하여 비교.분석하였다. 충북혁신도시 추진과 건설 과정을 중심으로 2000~2015년을 4단계로 나누어 살펴보았다. 결론적으로 충북혁신도시로 개발되고 있는 지역에서는 인구 증가와 지가 상승이 나타났지만, 충북혁신도 시와의 거리에 따라 인구와 지가 상승이 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 음성군과 진천군의 지역별 지가 상승은 지역이 지니고 있는 특성에 따라 이루어졌다. 이러한 결과가 나타난 이유는 충북혁신도시의 규모가 크지 않기 때문이다. Maengdong-myeon, Eumseong-gun and Deoksan-myeon, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do are designated as Chungbuk innovation city in 2005. The aim of this study is to observe the effect of development of Chungbuk Innovation city, which is one of balanced development polices, to the land values of nearby areas. This study measured the change in population and land value of Eumseong-gun and Jincheon-gun, which are Chungbuk Innovation city, and for the comparison, those of Geosan-gun and Jeungpyeong-gun were also measured. This study analyzed the change in population and land value of regions from 2000 to 2015, dividing the time in four periods and centering on the progress and development of Chungbuk Innovation city. The population and land value of Chungbuk Innovation city has increased, but those has not increased along the distance from Chungbuk innovation city. Therefore, the rise in land values of Umseong-gun and Jincheon-gun occurred because of their regional characteristics. This is because Chungbuk Innovation city is not large in size.

서울시의 인구, 산업별 종사자 및 최고지가의 분포와 상관관계에 대한 연구

본 연구는 서울시의 인구, 산업별 종사자 및 최고지가의 분포와 상관관계에 대해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울시의 인구는 1996년 대비 2012년 0.3% 감소하였고, 강북은 감소, 강남은 증가하였다. 둘째, 산업별 종사자의 분포는 인구보다 더 큰 차이를 보이고 있고, 생산자 서비스업에서 더 큰 지역적 차이를 보이고 있다. 셋째, 서울시 상업지역의 최고지가 지점은 강북의 중구이지만, 강남의 서초구와 강남구와의 차이가 크지 않다. 넷째, 서울시 주택지역의 최고지가 평균은 강남이 강북보다 더 비싸며, 이는 강북과 강남의 주변 시설 및 생활 여건의 차이 때문이다. 다섯째, 서울시의 최고가와 최저가 지역의 격차는 주택지역보다 상업지역이 더 크다. 마지막으로, 서울시의 인구와 최고지가 분포, 인구 증가와 최고지가 상승 간의 상관관계가 매우 낮거나 없지만, 서울시의 산업별 종사자 분포와 서울시의 주택지역 및 상업지역의 최고지가 분포 사이에는 양의 상관관계가 있다. The purpose of this study is to research on the distribution and correlation of population, industrial employees and highest land value of Seoul. The followings are result of the study. First, the population of Seoul City in 2012 decreased by 0.3%, compared with that in 1996. While the population of Gangbuk decreased, that of Gangnam increased. Second, the number of industrial employees showed larger gap than population, and it showed larger regional gap on producer service. Third, Jung-gu in Gangbuk had the highest land value among commercial areas of Seoul, but there was no significant gap between Gangbuk(Jung-gu and Jongro-gu) and Gangnam(Seocho-gu and Gangnam-gu). Fourth, in the average of the highest land value of residential area of Seoul City, Gangnam was more expensive, because of facilities and living conditions of Gangbuk and Gangnam is big difference. Fifth, the regional gap of the highest land value and the lowest land value of Seoul City is commercial areas larger than residential area. Finally, there was no correlation between the distribution of population and land value, between the increase of population and that of land value, but there was positive correlation between the distribution of industrial employees and the highest land value of commercial area and residential area of Seoul City.

평택항 개항에 따른 배후 지역의 변화에 대한 연구

1986년에 개항된 평택항은 국제무역항으로서의 역할을 다하고 있다. 평택항의 배후 지역인 평택시는 도시와 농촌이 공존하는 지역이다. 본 연구의 목적은 평택항 개항에 따른 평택시의 지역의 변화를 살펴보는 것이다. 평택항과 지역 간 평균 거리(23.7km) 기준으로 인구와 지가의 변화를, 입지 계수를 통해 산업별·지역별 산업의 변화를 살펴보았다. 인구와 산업별 종사자 수는 평택항에 가까울수록 증가율이 높았으며, 지가 상승률의 차이는 크지 않았다. 입지 계수로 보면, 제조업은 촌락 지역인 읍·면 지역에서, 3차 산업은 도시 지역인 동 지역에서 특화가 이루어졌다. Pyeongtaek port, opened in 1986, has played a role as an international trading port. Pyeongtaek city which is a hinterland with Pyeongtaek port has both landscape of city and rural area. Aims of this study is investigating the regional change of Pyeongtaek city according to the opening of Pyeongtaek port: the change in population and land value by the average distance(27.3km) between Pyeongtaek port and each region and the change in industry and regional industry with location quotient of region. The increasing rate of population and people who work for industry showed an aspect of rising as a place locates near Pyeongtaek port, yet the increasing rate of land value showed little differences. In short, as the area is closer to Pyeongtaek port, the number of population and employees are higher. Yet, the increasing rate of the land value showed little difference. The study showed that manufacturing industry is specialized in rural region(eup?myeon region), and tertiary industry is specialized in urban region(dong region) of Pyeongtaek city according to location quotient.

행정구역 분리가 지역의 인구와 산업 변화에 미친 영향에 대한 연구

충청북도 괴산군과 증평군은 2003년에 행정구역이 분리되었다. 괴산군은 농촌, 증평군은 도시 지역이다. 본 연구의 목적은 행정구역이 분리된 충청북도 괴산군과 증평군의 변화를 살펴보는 것이다. 충청북도 괴산군과 증평군의 변화를 인구와 최고지가, 산업별 종사자와 입지 계수를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 괴산군의 인구는 감소, 증평군의 인구는 증가하였고, 최고지가의 상승률은 증평군이 더 높다. 2013년 기준으로 입지 계수를 보면, 증평군은 제조업과 생산자 관련 서비스업, 괴산군은 농업과 광업, 소비자 관련 서비스업이 발달하였다. 이러한 결과가 나타난 것은 괴산군과 증평군의 지역 특성이 다르기 때문이다. Goesan-gun and Jeungpyeong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-Do have been separated administratively since 2003. Goesan-gun is rural area, and Jeungpyeong-gun is urban area. The purpose of this study is to observe changes after the separation of administrative districts (Goesan-gun and Jeungpyeonggun, Chungcheongbuk-Do). This study observed changes of Goesan-gun and Jenugpyeong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-Do based on population, the highest land value, employees and location quotient. Population of Goesan-gun has decreased, and that of Jeungpyeong-gun has increased. The highest land value of Jeungpyeong-gun has increased more than that of Goesan-gun. Observation of location quotient, with the location quotient of 2013 as a criterion, showed that manufacturing business and producer service business have developed in Jeungpyeong-gun, while agriculture and customer service business have developed in Goesan-gun. This result is due to the difference between regional characteristic of Goesan-gun and Jeungpyeong-gun.
