고주파 전송선 회로의 실험적 고찰을 통한 정확한 시그널 인테그러티 검증

본 논문은 실험적 고찰을 통해 고주파 전송선 회로의 시그널 인테그러티를 정확하게 검증하는 방법을 제시하였다. 패키지 공정을 이용하여 제조한 배선의 공정편차, 표면 거칠기 효과, 표피 효과, 시뮬레이션을 위한 경계조건 등은 시뮬레이션의 정확도에 상당한 영향을 끼친다. 이러한 영향을 장해석기(HFSS)에 적용할 수 있는 변수로 변환하여 보다 정확하게 시그널 인테그러티를 검증 할 수 있도록 한다. 단일 신호선과 두 개의 전자기적으로 결합된 신호선에서의 신호 천이 특성을 측정 데이터와 제안하는 방법의 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교를 통해 제안한 방법의 정확성을 검증하였다. An accurate signal integrity verification method based on high-frequency measurements is proposed. For practical transmission lines that require a package process, process variations, metal roughness and skin effects, and boundary conditions may have deteriorative effects on circuit performance. These effects are represented in terms of parameters that can be readily utilized for field-solver. Thereby, a more accurate signal integrity verification using field-solver can be achieved. It is shown that in both single and coupled lines, the signal transients using the proposed method have excellent agreement with the measurement data.

This paper focused on high vibration case in multistage integrally geared centrifugal compressor for ASU. The compressor is combined compressor which consists of MAC 4-stage and NRC 4-stage. When the compressor started up at commissioning stage, it failed to operate for many times due to very tighten NRC suction pressure set value. To control the suction pressure, automatic and manual start up methods were tried to operate the compressor. But NRC 2-stage vibration has been increased since commissioning. In order to realize the cause, inspection of pinions, impellers and bearings was done after the compressor was stopped. As a result of inspection, rubbing was found at impeller, scroll and pinion. Thrust force and direction was calculated and verified to know the reason why rubbing was happened at opposite direction of designed position. And this paper explained the possibility of surge and SOP through reviewing the process data whether NRC #1 rotor was axially moved to NRC 2-stage impeller direction by excessively force. Finally, vibration issued compressor and new equivalent compressor were tested to verify the assume.
ASU용 가스 압축기에서 발생하는 베어링 온도 불안정성

This paper focused on bearing temperature fluctuation in multistage integrally geared centrifugal compressor for ASU(Air separation unit). Unlikely to vibration characteristics, bearing temperature is not easily changed for short time. Compared to many papers and field cases of vibration fluctuation, them of bearing temperature fluctuation could not be found. This paper introduces a field case of bearing temperature fluctuation in turbo compressor for ASU plant. And then this paper explains the mechanism of the bearing temperature fluctuation in turbo machinery for ASU. The frequent change of axial load and the change of journal load angle are suggested as causes of this problem. If the compressor has been operated for long time, varnish will be made on pad. In terms of bearing temperature, the varnish will give a negative effect by reduced bearing clearance. At last, the bearing temperature analysis and test are conducted for verifying this process.

This paper focused on kinematic design of EDG governor. In past, fly balls have been used for crank motion of arm link and rotation speed by centrifugal force in governor. When the fly balls move along a virtual circle geometry, the relationship between displacement of sleeve and rotation speed of EDG is linear. But instead of a circle, an eccentric circle geometry is suggested for new design. The virtual eccentric circle can made less fatigue strength of bevel gear tooth at EDG start-up or it is possible to operate more rapidly at start up. Therefore, the new mechanism design of an EDG governor is introduced in this paper. In order to specify the eccentric circle, cam design is applied, kinematically.
상태 관측기를 이용한 회전 역진자 시스템의 T-S 퍼지 모델 기반 출력 궤환 강인 제어기 설계

본 논문은 외란이 포함된 회전 역진자 시스템의 Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) 퍼지 모델에 대한 상태 관측기 설계 및 출력 궤환 강인 제어기 설계 방법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 상태 관측기와 시스템의 오차 및 시스템에 대한 augmented system이 유도된다. 그 다음, 선형 행렬 부등식으로 표현되는 Lyapunov 기반의 membership-function-dependent (MFD) H<SUB>∞</SUB> 안정화 조건을 유도하고, 이로부터 제어기 및 상태 관측기 이득 행렬이 얻어진다. 마지막으로 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 방법의 타당성을 검증한다. This paper presents a state observer and robust output feedback controller design method for a rotary inverted pendulum system. To this end, an augmented system for the error between system and observer is derived. After then, the controller and state observer gains are obtained by solving the Lyapunov-based membersip-function-dependent (MFD) H<SUB>∞</SUB> stability condition represented by linear matrix inequalities. Finally, the validity of the proposed state observer and controller design method is proved by the simulation result.
