Hi-E 領域 7. 損益分岐点 8. 結言 The cutting is the major part in the machine making process, and the cutting condition is formed by summing the various properties of the materials to be cut, that is, (1) The magnitude of the cutting resistans, (2) The condition on the cutting surface, (3) The life of the cutting tool, (4) The chip removal, etc. Accordingly, we can solve many difficulties and get the effectuation of the cutting tool only through the systematic study to previous conditions. On the other hand, when we consider the cutting to economy, the great profit is get by lowering the cost to one article and shortening the cutting time to one article. From the above, if the cutting speed is increased at this time, the amount of the cutting tool wear is risen and the cutting cost is increased, the profit is increased in the same propotion. Otherwise, if the cutting speed is increased too much, the amount of the cutting tool wear is suddenly increased and the total profit is increased. Therefore, we can know that there will be a turning point to be able to get the most profit by any proper cutting speed and an adaptive control method. From the above view, I describe the limit point and the character of an adaptive control method, and I considered the various characters of the performance index(P1) to be the estimating criterion.

The measurement of hardness, which the physical properties of material had been demostrated vaguely in the past, has, lately, been attached importance to industrial measurement value. It was known that it was necessary to establish the standard accurately as there are many obscure and uncertain points to treal only the pure physical guantity. In this study, the problems of standard load, testing load, and measurement condition were studied and analyzed in accordance with the establishment of Rockwell hardness C-scale.
衝擊荷重을 받을때의 金屬材料의 塑性變形에 關한 理論的硏究

1. The dislocation of the yielding point is explained by Cottrell's theory that the dislocation in that metal makes a solid atmosphere owing to numerous impure trespass atoms and disturbs dislocation to increase freely in the frequency, being adhereance. 2. Plastic hinge takes place near the point under dynamic loading, and another plastic hinge appears some distance from that point in a case of a continueous applying greaterload. 3. Elastic bending waves propagate out toward (a) opposite bending part (b) unloaded part (c)plastic bendingpart (d) elastic bendingpart. 4. The propagating speed of plastic tensile wave is greater than cross wave, so plastic tensile waves get to the center before cross waves get and then the reflected plastic waves propagate on the plate surface.
휘어서 不均一한 變形이 생기는 2平面 接合部의 接觸剛性에 關한 硏究

In this paper results of investigations are disclosed on the joint stiffness of metal contact surfaces, especially in which a local deformation such as bending or folding or warp occurs easily by loading. The subject investigated has recently become one of the significant problems in the field of machine tool engineering. In the previous studies only the contact surfaces, which have a relatively small joint stiffness as compared with the stiffness of both elastic bodies surrounding contact surfaces have been investigated. The results of these studies, however, could be applicable to actual joints of machine tools in almost no cases, as the local elastic deformation appears easily in actual joints. In this study, therefore, the distribution of deformation along the longitudinal direction of an elastic body was measured by means of ultrasonic waves, and from the measured the mechanism of deformation and joint stiffness of the contact surfaces which could be expected to warp easily, were also discussed. Form the results it is shown that the joint stiffness of metal contact surfaces is influenced largely by the elastic bodies surrounding the contact surfaces, and furthermore from the results of another model testing it is also shown concretely that the dimensions of test specimens used in these experiments affect considerably the joint stiffness.
우리나라 動力耕耘機의 利用失態 調査分析 및 耐久年限調査

Surveying and analysing the utility condition, persistent period and attached machineries to be developed, the results as following are obtained. 1. More than half of operators are middle and high-school graduates and they are distributed uniformly among farmers whose farm is small, medium and large. 2. The power tillers are for the transportation and threshing as well as plowing. 3. The power tillers (8 ps, 10 ps made by Dae-dong Co.) whose fuel is petroleum have spread, but we hope the power tillers (10 ps made by Dae-dong Co. and Uj-sin Co.) the fuel of which will be heavy oil will be prepared and it will be necessary that the power tiller the power of which 5~6 ps will be produced for women. 4. The purchased power tillers are reconstructed, and it is hoped that they are made so that they are not reconstructed. 5. Myun(one of the administrative blocks) has to have the service center which will be convenient for the farmers. 6. The persistent period of power tillers decrease in 4 or 6 years and they are repaired very often in 2 or 3 years. 7. It is recommendable that the persistent period will be 5~8 years after purchasing. 8. It is necessary that the power tillers are cheap, and the attached working parts strong and has high efficiency. 9. To make the mechanization of the farming machineries accelerated, the Government must support the producers.
