The Effect of Internet Use on Political Participation

This thesis analyzes the connection between internet use trend of the netizen and political participation. An analysis was made to assess the influence of the political and social tendencies of the netizen and the successful political experience trends on the political efficacy. The result of the analysis shows higher political efficacy and internet political activities for netizens with liberal and revolutionary disposition, Roh Mu Hyun voters and anticipators. This analysis result supports the hypothesis that social and political tendencies and successful political experiences of the netizens affect the political efficacy. In other words, the political use of internet indirectly influences the political participation through the parameter of the netizen's political efficacy. Accordingly, the internet use trend of the netizen influenced their voting participation during the 16th presidential election.

In this study I will research into the efforts opposite to the site to the modern trend. That efforts were sincere activity keep inherent property alive. The concept of 'HON' is designed fer the spirits that would recover traditionary soul. This efforts have been found in the flows of naturalistic poetry made by Kim, So-Wol and Su, Jung-ju. The poetics Su, Jung-Ju concerned is 'PUNG LU'(風流). That is naturalistic and mysterious. He makes a man opened to wide cosmos by that alchemy. This magic acts against the western modernism In this trends our identity will be tested how it endures the loads imposed en by modern society.

본 연구는 정보사회의 모바일환경(Mobile-environment)에서의 삶의 질의 개념을 정의하고 구성요소를 파악하여 측정모형(measurement model)의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서의 삶의 질의 개념은 삶의 주체인 인간이 환경과의 상호작용을 통해 삶을 영위하는 과정에서 느끼는 '주관적 삶의 질(Subjective quality of life)'로 정의하였으며, 이를 '개인과 환경과의 적합성(Person-environment fit)'을 통해 측정하였다. 본 연구는 모바일 환경에서의 삶의 질 측정척도를 개발하기 위해 2차례의 예비조사를 거쳐서 최종적으로 본조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 개발된 8개의 삶의 질 차원과 차원별로 최종선정된 측정항목 38개를 가지고 각 차원별로 측정항목들간에 존재하는 명확한 단일차원성(unidimentionality)을 확인하고 구성개념 타당성(construct validity)를 평가하기 위해 AMOS 5.0을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)을 실시하였다. 한편 지표구성 항목에 대해 타당도를 확인하고 구성항목 간의 내적일관성을 파악하기 위해 알파신뢰도계수(Cronbach α-reliability coefficient)를 산출하였다. 또한 부가적으로 성별과 이동통신이용 만족도에 따른 삶의 질 수준의 차이를 검증하기 위해 이원분산분석(two-way ANOVA)을 하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모바일환경에서 삶의 질의 구성요소는 7가지, 즉 사회성, 여가문화, 기능성, 안전성, 경제성, 건강성, 자율성으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 구성요소의 개념에 따른 각 측정항목을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석을 하여 얻은 측정모형의 전반적 적합지수는 ×2, RMR, GFI, AGFI, NFI의 기준에 비추어 볼 때 대체로 평가기준을 충족시키는 것으로 나타나 모바일환경에서의 삶의 질의 측정모형으로 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 부가적으로 이동통신이용 만족집단이 불만족 집단보다 여가문화, 기능성과 관련한 삶의 질 수준이 더 높다는 것과 남자가 여자보다 이동통신이용 만족도와 기능성측면에 있어서의 삶의 질에 더 관계있음을 보여주었다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 모바일환경에서 삶의 질의 구성요소와 측정모형을 체계적으로 분석하고 잠재변수(구성개념construct)들을 측정하기 위한 새로운 척도들을 개발했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 개발된 측정모형을 기반으로 다양한 평가와 적용이 수행될 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 모바일환경에서 주관적 삶의 질을 과학적이고 경험적으로 측정한 척도를 제공함으로써 정보화의 궁극적인 목표인 기술적 진보와 삶의 질 향상 간의 균형이 유지되도록 삶의 질 수준이나 가치를 지속적으로 파악하는데 유의미한 시사점을 주고 있다. The article defines a concept of life quality and tests a validity of measurement method in a mobile-environment. The concept of life quality is defined as a subjective quality of life, which is measured in terms of the person-environment fit. The scale of measurement consists of 8 dimensions of life quality and 38 measurement items. The assessment of construct validity is performed through the confirmatory factor analysis which utilizes AMOS 5.0. I produce the Cronbach a-reliability coefficient in order to comprehend a validity and a consistence between indexes. I use the two-way ANOVA to test differences of life quality between sex and a fulfillment of mobile user. I can summarize results as followings. First, the elements of life quality in the mobile-environment consist of sociality, leasureㆍculture, function, security, economy, health and autonomy. Second, the total fit index satisfies the assessment standard. In addition, the satisfactory group is higher in the quality of life related to the leasureㆍculture and the function than the unsatisfactory group, and men's group is higher in the quality of life related to the fulfillment and the function than women's. This article finds out new scales and constructing elements of life quality. The developed measurement model can be applied to assessments to general relations between a quality of life and a mobile environment. The thesis has an important significance in that it seeks for a balance between a technological progress of informationization and an improvement of life quality as providing the scales to measure scientifically and empirically the subjective quality of life in the moble.

1930년대 시에서 니체주의적 사상 탐색의 한 장면(1) -구인회의 "별무리의 사상"을 중심으로

본고는 1930년대 구인회 시인들의 니체주의를 다룬 것이다. 구인회 동인지 시와 소설 에 게재된 김기림의 .제야.(除夜), 정지용의 .유선 애상.(流線哀傷), 이상의 .가외가전.(街外街傳) 등이 주요 대상이 되었 다. 이 작품들은 모두 ‘거리(街)의 문제’를 다루고 있다. 본고는 이 ‘거 리’에 대한 연구시각을 기존에 유행하던 벤야민의 ‘산책가’ 개념에서 니체의 ‘초인적 질주’ 개념으로 전환시켰다. 정지용의 .태극선.(太極 扇)에 나오는 ‘꿈 속의 아이’와 이상의 .차팔씨의 출발.(且8氏의 出發) 에 나오는 ‘且8氏’가 이러한 개념을 대표하는 니체적 주인공이다. 함께 실린 박태원의 소설 .방란장 주인.(성군(星群) 중의 하나)이 다 른 작품들을 분석하는데 중요한 실마리를 제공했다. 그 실마리는 니체 의 짜라투스트라는 이렇게 말했다 의 1부 .창조하는 자의 길. 장과 관련된 것이다. 거기서 ‘하나의 별’은 ‘스스로 굴러가는 수레바퀴’인 제 1운동의 초인적 기호였다. 말하자면 구인회 동인들의 사상적 탐색은 니체의 이 초인적 명제와 관련되는 것이었다. 본고는 동인들의 작품들을 상호 관련시키면서 어떻게 이 명제가 설 정되고 추구되었는지 밝혀내었다. 그 가운데서도 정지용의 .유선애상. 이 자신의 초기 작 .카페 프란스.의 주제를 획기적으로 상승 전환시킨 것에 주목했다. 그가 이 작품에서 예술적 모방의 길로부터 광기어린 파 열의 길로 나아가고, 그것을 예술적 창조의 길인 나비의 길을 통해 구 제(救濟)한 것이 돋보인다. 나는 이 광기어린 파열의 길이 이상의 초기 작인 .흥행물천사.와 밀접하게 관련된다고 생각한다. 정지용은 이 작 품을 보았을 가능성이 있고 어느 정도 참조했을 수도 있다. 이상은 .가외가전.에서 구인회의 어느 동인보다 가장 강렬한 니체 적 탈주를 보여주었다. 이 시의 ‘거리’ 풍경은 여러 공간들이 미묘하게 환상적으로 중첩되고, 기이하게 입체적으로 구성된 것이다. 그리고 자 신의 초기작 .LE URINE.에서 보여준 니체적 사유인 ‘역사를 뚫고 가 는 육체’의 여러 변형적 주제들을 이 작품에 불어넣었다. This article explores the Nietzscheanism of the 1930’s Nine Members’ Society (Kuinhoe) poets. I examine three poems, such as Kim Kirim’s “New Year’s Eve” (Cheya), Chong Ji Yong’s “Sadness from Streamlined Shape” (Yusonaesang) and Yi Sang’s “The Story of a Street out of a Street” (Kaoegajon), all published in the magazine Poetry and Novel (1936). These three works thematize the poetic motif, ‘a street.’ This paper redirects the research perspective on explaining ‘a street’ from Walter Benjamin’s concept flaneur to Nietzsche’s concept of ‘the Ubermensch’s rapid running.’ ‘The child in a dream’ from Chong Jiyong’s Poem “Fan with Ying and Yang emblems” (Taegukson) and ‘Mr. Cha-Pal’ from Yi Sang’s poem “The Start of Mr. Cha-Pal” (Cha-pal-siui chulbal) are main Nietschean characters who represent the very concept of ‘the Ubermensch’s rapid running.’ Park Taewon’s short story “The Master of Cafe Bangranjang” (Bangranjang chuin) also listed in the same journal Poetry and Novel (1936) gives mea crucial clue to interpret these three poems all together. I gain this clue from my reading of the chapter, “The Way of the Creating One” from Thus Spake Zarathustra. ‘A star’ in the chapter indicates the Ubermensch of the first movement, “Wheels Running by Nature.” In other words, the Nine Members Society’s exploration of philosophical thoughts is deeply related to the Neitzschean Ubermensch thesis. This paper attempts to interrelate and interconnect Nine Members’ literary works and explain how the Neitzschean Ubermensch thesis is set and pursued with a specific aim by these members.
