        $\beta$-$Al_2O_3$ 고체전해질의 퇴화모델

        A model for degradation of $eta$-$Al_2O_3$ is derived from sress generated by Poiseuille pressure capillary effect and effulent flux in charging process of Na-S Battery. Critical current density for degradation increase with increasing the crack length and crack tip radius. radius 10-7cm and crack length 10-5cm Dependence of crack growth velocity on crack lengh is seperated two regions that is for a large crack length it is predominated by Poiseuille pressure and effulent fluex but in the case of small crack length it is controlled by capillary effect.

        $\beta$-$Al_2O_3$의 제조 및 전기전도도

        The preparation and electrical conductivity of $\beta$-$Al_2O_3$ are investigated as a function of $Na_2O$ content from the-oretical composition of $\beta$-$Al_2O_3$ to that of $\beta$"-$Al_2O_3$. $\beta$-$Al_2O_3$ $\beta$"$Al_2O_3$$\alpha$-Al2O3 and ${\gamma}$-NaAlO2 phases appear in the calcined powder at 125$0^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours. The majoity phase is $\beta$-$Al_2O_3$ in sintered specimens at 155$0^{\circ}C$ and 1$650^{\circ}C$ for 30 mins respectively and ${\gamma}$-4NaAlO_2$ phase also exists when Na2O content is over 10.39w/o ${\gamma}$-4NaAlO_2$ phase does not affect the grain growth of $\beta$-$Al_2O_3$ in sintering at 155$0^{\circ}C$ but acts as a reactive liquid for the abnormal grain growth of $\beta$-$Al_2O_3$in sintering at 1$650^{\circ}C$ The electrical conduction of $\beta$-$Al_2O_3$is predominated by 4Na^+$ ion. Contribution of ionic con-ductivity to total conductivity is gradually decreased with increasing temperature at given oxygen pressure and to -tal conductivity is increased by positive hole due to interstitial oxygen with increasing oxygen pressure.

        China is an ancient nation with a long history of 5,000 years and it has abundant historical and cultural resources. Nevertheless, from the perspective of cultural industry, China has lagged behind compared with those major leading countries such as Britain, America, France, German, and Australia. There is also a big gap between China and other Asian countries like Korea and Japan. Cultural industry is playing an increasingly important role in modern society, and its development has become one of the most important factors in the internationalized competition among different countries. Hindered by the current political system, Chinese government came to realize the importance of cultural industry rather late. From the beginning of 21century, much importance has been attached to it, and with the support of governmental policies, Chinese cultural industry has developed into a relatively independent industry and it has been promoting China’s economical development. However, there are still some relevant policies that can be improved. In order to cultivate a better atmosphere, and develop divergent thinking of those professionals in this field, Chinese government should adopt some more active policy systems. Korea, a country which is very close to China, strived to develop cultural industry in 1970, and it had some similar problems in structure and governmental policies which are China is now encountering. This essay carries out a comparison of current situations and governmental policies between Korean and Chinese cultural industry. Based on an analysis of the policy problems in Chinese cultural industry, the author puts forward some constructive suggestions about how to improve governmental policies in this field.

        The electrical resistivity of hydrogen reduced polycrystalline BaTiO₃ceramics has been measured over the temperature range of 25 to 480℃. The resistivity and the discontinuity of resistivity near the Curie temperature were lowered with increasing hydrogen reduction treatment. These results can be explained by concentration of oxygen vacancies produced by hydrogen treatment.

        China’s economy has entered upon a new phase after undergoing the rapid development. But more and more social abuses are shown such as the soaring unemployment, the imbalance between supply and demand in the labor market. In order to deal with some uncertain market problems, the corporate takes immature measures to alleviate burdens by means of reducing the cost of raw materials or reducing the number of workers. The corporate didn’t go in for technical renovations or open new markets to create new opportunities. Yet this reality together with the lack of social experience and self-awareness makes the university graduates get lost in the decisions whether to be employed or to be self- employed. The difficulty of landing jobs forces many students to set up their own business. Meanwhile, with the development of computer and network technique, the digital games has entered into the daily life of the youth. Practice shows it is impossible to isolate them from digital games. Therefore a urgent problem is put forward. The problem is to provide high level business strategy games, to give guidance to students on landing jobs or creating jobs, to make up for the shortcomings in modern enterprise education by providing a series of educational business strategy games.

      • β-Al₂O₃생성과 전기적 성질에 미치는 Na₂O의 영향

        Beta-Alumina was prepared with varying Na content from the theoretical composition of β-Al₂O₃(Na₂O·llAl₂O₃) to that of β″-Al₂O₃(Na₂O·5Al₂O₃). Phases and electrical properties of specimens have been investigated. For specimens sintered at 1600℃ for 30mins, Majority phase is β-Al₂O₃and when Na₂O content is over 7.98 wt%, β-Al₂O₃ phase only exists. However, for specimens sintered at 1600℃ for 90 mins, β-Al₂O₃ only is shown. For sintered β-Al₂O₃specimen with α-Al₂O₃, the resistivity is mainly affected by α-Al₂O₃, but for β-Al₂O₃specimen without α-Al₂O₃, it can be divided into part of three temperature regions by effect of grain boundary.

      • Barium Titanate의 유전성에 미치는 Gd₂O₃의 영향

        The effect of the additives on dielectric properties of BaTiO₃containing 0-0.30mol% Gd₂O₃was investigated as functions of frequency from 5 ×?? to 6.3 ×?? cps and temperature from 25 to 140℃. The dielectric constant increased with increasing Gd₂O₃ concentration from 0 to 0.05mol% due to space charge polarization. However, the dielectric constant decreased for further increase of Gd₂O₃concentration due to density increase. The dielectric constant exhibits rapid change at the Curie temperature and the Curie temperature drops with increasing amount of Gd₂O₃concentration.

      • 길안내 시스템에서의 영상처리와 칼만필터 이용한 물체추적

        The purpose of this paper is to implement a guidance system for an object on the road. A watch camera equipped on the auto door recognizes the direction for the destination of an object, after that it determines whether opening or closing the door, and then the door is opened automatically, based on the decision. The motion of the moving object is approximated by using the technique of the image processing of tracking images and the affine model. The direction of the moving object is predicted from image information obtained by applying linear Kalman filter to the motion estimation in order to reduce the search region, the moving position, and the direction of the center of the object. Along with the guidance function, the system has the announcing function to the object. The experimental results confirm the veridity and applicability of the proposed system.
