To ensure safe autonomous driving, understanding the environment around the vehicle is essential. Point cloud semantic segmentation is an efficient task for understanding surrounding scenes. However, performing semantic segmentation with a single LiDAR sensor has limitations in terms of sparsity and absence of color/texture information. In order to address these limitations, the camera-LiDAR fusion-based network is actively evaluated. Existing sensor fusion-based networks project multi-sensor data onto each 2D plane. Regarding the epipolar geometry problem, the existing methods cannot have the 1:1 matching of pixel-point during feature map fusion. Therefore, in this paper, we apply a backbone network that utilizes 3D data as itself. We propose a fusion module based on voxel-pixel matching for accurate feature map fusion. For verification, we used the SemanticKITTI dataset, and the performance improved by 2.7 % compared to when a single LiDAR is used.
민간보험회사의 CSV전략이 진정성 인식, 기업신뢰 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of CSV(creating shared value) activities of insurance companies on the perception of authenticity, corporate trust, and purchase intention. For Insurance companies, in which the market has matured and competition is stiff, adopting the right CSV model is important to secure a competitive advantage and grow with society in the long run. For empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted and a total of 142 responses were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. First, CSV activities of insurance companies had a significantly positive impact on customer`s authenticity perception. Second, the perception of authenticity had a positive effect on corporate trust and purchase intension. Lastly, corporate trust had a positive impact on customer`s purchase intention. The results of this study will present recognition on the importance of corporate CSV activities for the sustainable growth of insurance companies, and suggest that corporations need to adopt CSV activity programs as one of the marketing strategies so that consumers can strongly feel the authenticity of such programs. Along with theses implications, follow-up research needs to be conducted, not just on consumers but also on employees of insurance companies, and it is necessary to develop various parameters in CSV activity programs.
전략적 CSR이 CSR 진정성 인식과 구매의도에 미치는 영향

기업은 이미지를 제고하고 경영활동의 효율성을 높이고자 사회적 책임(CSR)활동을 전략적으로 활용하고자 한다. 기업은 CSR을 통해 긍정적인 성과를 도출하기 위해서는 기업의 CSR활동이 진정성을 갖고 수행하고 있다는 점을 소비자에게 인식하게 하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 전략적 CSR활동이 소비자가 지각하는 CSR진정성 인식에 미치는 영향에 초점을 두고 구매의도를 포함한 변수들간의 관계에 관하 여 분석을 하였다. 이를 위해 20세 이상의 성인 남녀 335명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 실증분석을 수행 하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 전략적 CSR의 네가지 구성차원 중 CSR관점, 이해관계자 관점, 중장기적 관점이 CSR 진정성 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 핵심사업 연계관점은 유의미한 효과를 보이지 않았다. 또한, CSR 진정성 인식의 구성개념을 다차원적으로 접근하여 실증 분석한 결과, CSR 진정성 인식은 소비자의 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 기업은 직간접적으로 영향을 미치는 이해관계자와의 관계를 충분히 고려하고, 중장기적인 관점에서 CSR을 사업계획에 연계하는 전략적 CSR활동을 수행해야 소비자에게 진정성 있는 CSR로 인식될 수 있다는 점을 보여주는 결과라 사료된다. Companies need to consider CSR as a key strategy to enhance their image and increase the efficiency of their management activities beyond its external perspectives, which must be performed actively. For the things of which should be considered on the preferential basis in order to perform these strategic CSR activities of companies effectively, it is important that how the companies design their CSR activities, perform it to secure the sincerity. This study intends to identify the impact on the perception of sincerity in CSR and purchase intention in respect of strategic CSR. This study carried out a survey of 335 adults in their age over 20. Looking at the results from this study, it found out that the CSR perspectives, stakeholder perspectives and mid to long term perspectives had a statistically significant effect on the perception of sincerity in CSR, however, core business related perspectives didn`t. By the way, the perception of sincerity in CSR had a positive effect on the consumers' purchase intention. It was confirmed that perceiving CSR sincerity from consumers is essential to achieve corporate performance. Moreover, companies are desirable to consider relations with stakeholders fully and be steadily proceeded the strategic CSR from a mid to long term viewpoint in order for the strategic CSR of a company to be recognized as the one of sincerity to consumers.

본 논문에서는 NFC 통신기술 기반의 스마트밴드를 이용하여 스포츠 센터의 운동기구를 예약하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 운동기구 예약 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 사용자는 스마트밴드를 통하여 언제 어떤 운동 기구를 사용해야 하는지 알림 정보를 수신할 수 있다. 사용자는 추천 운동 프로그램을 활용하여 운동을 할 수 있고, 피크 시간에도 대기인원이 없기 때문에 편하게 원하는 운동기구를 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 관리자는 효율적인 시설관리를 통해 비용을 절감할 수 있고 수집된 운동 정보를 통해 사용자에게 맞춤 정보를 제공함으로써 경쟁력 있는 센터 운영이 가능하다. Many people feel uncomfortable when fitness center is crowded with people in all at the same time. So we propose exercise machines reservation system for resolving the problem that people feel uncomfortable in fitness center. In this paper, we design and implement the exercise machines reservation system that allows for users to reserve fitness equipments by using a NFC-based smart band. A user can reserve exercise machine using some reservation device. he or she will receive notifications through the smart band about when and which machine she or he will have to use. The user can do exercise with a recommended program, and can use any equipments conveniently even in a peak time because no one is waiting. Also, a manager can save cost through the efficient facility management and provide customized member management. Additionally, manager don't need to purchase other exercise machines or computers.
