인더스트리 4.0 표준 분석 및 한국의 스마트공장 표준화

최근 제조업은 정보통신기술(ICT)의 발전에 비례해서 제 4차 산업혁명이라 불리는 Industry 4.0 개념이 중심으로 자리 잡고 있다. Industry 4.0이란 CPS와 IoT 기술을 통해 생산기기와 생산품 간의 정보교환이 가능한 자동화 생산체계로써, 사물 인터넷에 의한 제품, 기기의 지능화를 통하여 과거의 경직된 중앙집중식 생산 체계(industry 3.0)에서 모듈단위의 유연한 분산, 자율 제어 생산 체계(industry 4.0)를 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 통해서 제조업의 발전 방향 또한 스마트 팩토리 구현의 형태로 구체화 되고 있다. 본 논문은 Industry 4.0의 핵심기술인 RAMI4.0과 쳰, 그리고 선두주자인 독일의 사례와 함께 국내외적인 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술 동향과 이에 따른 다양한 표준에 대한 분석을 진행한다. Recently, manufacturing industry is moving toward to the Industry 4.0 called the 4th industrial revolution with the development of the Information and Communication Technology(ICT). Industry 4.0 is an automated production system utilizing IoT and CPS technology, and information are exchanged between production unit and product. It aims flexible distribution of the module unit and self-controlled manufacturing system by overcoming past inflexible centralized production systems through IoT technology and the intelligent production unit. Through this way, dthe manufacturing industry is moving fast into the smart factory. In this paper, the concept of RAMI4.0 and CPS are introduced. Also, the Industry 4.0 of Germany is analysed and the domestic trends related to Smart Factory technology are investigated. Also, the analysis of standard and related technology for Smart Factory is provided.

세계 제조업은 장기적인 경기침체, 노동 원가 및 원자재 가격 상승 등으로 성장 한계에 봉착하고 있는 시점에서 4차산업혁명(Industry 4.0)이라는 새로운 제조 패러다임을 맞이하고 있다. 이에 미국, 독일, 일본, 중국은 각 국의 제조기반에 맞는 대응전략을 펼치고 있다. 본 논문은 4개국과 국내의 4차 산업혁명 대응전략에 대해 알아보고, 앞으로의 제조업 혁신의 방향을 제시하려 한다. The world manufacturing industry suffered by economic recession, high labor cost and manufacturing cost. To overcome this problem, the fourth industrial revolution is appeared as new manufacturing paradigm. Many countries including USA, German, Japan, and China have their own strategies customized to their industry. In this study, the present states of above countries and Korea for the industry 4.0 and presents the direction of revolution for the future manufacturing industry in Korea.
