This study investigates spalling resistance of high strength concrete, 60 ~80MPa class, designed with the various adding and aspect ratios of polypropylene(PP) fiber. Test showed that increase of PP fiber content and aspect ratio decreased the fluidity of fresh concrete. Especially, the slump flow significantly decreased in the specimens containing certain fibers being 475 and 750 of aspect ratios. Compressive strength values of specimens containing fibers, 300 and 475, exhibited 5 percent higher than other specimens. In addition, specimens containing more than 0,1 vol% of PP fiber, 300, had favorable spalling resistance. Therefore the specimen, containing 0.1 vol% of PP fiber, 300, exhibited the most effective fluidity, strength as well as the side of economy.

This study investigated fundamental and spalling resistance properties of the high strength concrete that W/B was 25% designed with the various types, contents, and aspect ratios, and the results were summarized following. The test showed that increase of polypropylene(PP) fiber content and aspect ratio of PP fiber decreased the fluidity Of fresh concrete. The properties of the harden concrete, although they were decreased some little according to increase of fiber contents on the high strength concrete, the various types and aspect ratios did not influence big in strength. The spalling properties after fire resistance examination, 0.05% content and 750 aspect ratio of nylon fiber could prevent spalling phenomenon, and it was the best condition on fluidity, strength, spalling resistance, and economic side.
The Story of the Trinity according to Jürgen Moltmann

This article aims to show the theological implications of the story of the Trinity according to Jürgen Moltmann from the perspective of narrative theology which explores fundamental questions about God’s person and activity in modern day. The research method for this consists of three parts: (1) the story of suffering and freedom of the trinity, (2) the ascending and descending story between immanent and economic trinity, and (3) the story of the kingdom of God and the eschatological trinity. By reconstructing Moltmann’s trinitarian theology through a ‘story’ method, this article analyzes the major theological loci woven into one another. This analysis first suggests that a ‘story,’ not a ‘concept,’ is the only tool capable of clearly explaining the unity of the Triune God. In so doing, it is suggested that the self-revelation events and explanations of the Triune God were not on a metaphysical level but on a historical level contained in the Bible. Furthermore, a multifaceted argument method is adopted to see how the “Trinity Story” is open to God and the world from suffering to freedom, from economy to immanence, and from present to future. At the center of these thoughts, Moltmann connects God and human’s suffering and freedom in all dimensions vertically and horizontally, based on the story of the cross composed of the trinitarian perichoresis type. Hence, Moltmann’s idea makes it possible to lead the world to recovery at both quasi-ultimate and ultimate levels in the present and future. Moltmann’s theological contribution lies in the fact that the structure and character of narratives are effective in linking the three persons and unity of God, thereby bringing Trinitarian theology to the center of narrative theology in modern theology. In addition, the narrative type binds several confrontational concepts—such as suffering and freedom, relation and person, time and eternity, love and sovereignty, history and existence—and reconciles and synthesizes in the way of perichoresis story. In this regard, Moltmann contributes to this line of reasoning, taking into account not only the biblical and historical context, but also the contemporary context. In conclusion, Moltmann’s narrative theology emphasizes the unity inherent in the Triune fellowship, which focuses on the glorious divine life of the Triune God, and builds a reciprocal relationship with unity in the eschatological vision of the kingdom of God, which the Christian community living in the triune style aims to resemble. Moltmann’s insight is to some degree relevant to today’s society in its current form as he has presented a theological paradigm that is effective for the reconstruction of an alternative narrative of the ecclesial community that aims to restore the human community suffering from isolation and exclusion.
Vol.99 No.-
The aim of this paper is to explore Calvin’s thoughts on the public nature of the Reformed church centered around his insights on ‘Christ-centered anthropology’ stemming from his life and works. When approached from this perspective, Calvin’s idea on ‘the union with Christ’ and ‘double grace’ can show how believers, as the body of Christ, can participate in the public good within the church and without. Over the last generation, Christians in Korea have suffered from the deepening privatization of the Church and its internal and external effects. In response to this trend, both “the public nature” and “the public good” have emerged as major church issues in today’s Korean society in order to prevent church leaders’ abuse of ecclesiastical authority, as well as to recover the spiritual respect as the body of Christ for the world. To tackle this widening practice, Korean Christians need to urgently lay a theological foundation for the ‘public nature’ and the ‘public good’ in order to overcome the church persons’ pursuit of private interests that prevail within and without the church, as well as to establish communal values and practices that they should follow in everyday life. In particular, considering the situation of the Reformed tradition and the Presbyterian Church, the task of analyzing and evaluating ‘the public good’ from the perspective of Calvin’s life and ideas is mandatory. To this end, this paper extracts and analyzes important discussions that Calvin expresses. This article first briefly examines the main aspects of Calvin’s life that sought to restore the church’s public good. This article also looks at how Calvin’s ‘Christ-centered anthropology’ contributes to the church’s public character by examining Christ as the model of the public good, the public implication of the believer’s union with Christ, and the Christian’s public participation as a renewed communal humanity. In doing so, this paper suggests the ontological and historical significance of ‘Christ-centered anthropology’ as a theological foundation that can contribute to the restoration of the internal and external public nature of today’s Korean church.
