Fluorescent lamp operated at high frequency by the electronic ballast provide benefits like unnoticed flicker effect and higher luminous efficiency. This paper presents analysis of Half-Bridge type resonant inverter for Fluorescent lamp drive for stable characteristic and life improvement of lamp operated at high frequency. Also, it has described an electronic ballast design with the capability of high PF (Power Factor) and low THD (Total Harmonic Distortion). The validity of designed electronic ballast circuit is confirmed by simulation and experimental results. The Designed electronic ballast is implemented successfully on 32W Fluorescent lamp system.

The purpose of this study was to measure the change of fore-arm bones and metacarpal bones after handball exercise during 5 years of 17 years old. Changes of responses in forearm bones and metacarpal bones of the subjects according to the proximal end, distal end, shaft of bones were measured. Following conclusions were obtains; 1. The proximal end and shaft of radius has no change of size but distal end has change of size. 2. The shaft of ulna has no change of size but proximal end, distal end has change of size. 3. The proximal end of metacarpal bones has a big change of the first, second, third, fifth but has no change of the fourth. 4. The distal end of metacarpal bones has a big change of the first, second, third, fifth but has no change of the fourth. 5. The shaft metacarpal bones has a big change of the first, second, fourth, fifth but has no change of the third.
