뉴로 스포츠 마케팅을 위한 동공 확장과 주시빈도 간의 관계: 시그마 분석법을 적용하여

이 연구는 농구 경기장내 마케팅의 효용성을 확인하기 위해서 마케팅의 여러 연구 기법들 중 시선추적 기술을 이용하여 동공이 확장 되었을 때의 시선 관찰 및 관심도를 측정하고 비교 분석하였다. 특히 동공이 확장된 구간을 산출하기 위해 유효테이터를 중심으로 동공의 크기가 2시그마 범위 상위 2.275%일 때의 구간별 데이터를 정리하고 이전 연구에서 산출된 3시그마의 상위 0.135%일 때의 구간별 데이터와 전체 유효 데이터를 주시 빈도에 따른 변곡점으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 또한 전체 유효 데이터와 동공의 크기가 유의미하게 커졌다고 판단되는 범위들 간의 상관도를 분석하였다. 그 결과 가장 시선이 많이 머무른 구간과 동공이 크기가 유의미하게 커진 부분은 완전히 일치하지는 않았으나, 전체 유효 데이터와 동공크기 2시그마 상위 데이터의 상관분석은 .805로 가장 높은 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 동공크기 2시그마 상위 데이터와 동공크기 3시그마 상위 데이터의 상관분석은 .781의 상관관계를 보였고 전체 유효데이터와 동공크기 3시그마 상위 데이터 상관분석은 .683의 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 동공의 크기가 확장 되어진 구간과 시선추적 데이터에서 시선이 많이 머무른 구간이 유사함을 알 수 있었으나, 동공의 크기가 유의미하게 확장되었다고 판단되어지는 구간의 데이터 일수록 전체 데이터와의 상관도가 떨어지는 것을 알 수 있었다. In order to verify the effectiveness of marketing in the basketball stadium, this study measured and analyzed the gaze frequency and interest when the pupil was expanded by using the eye-tracking technology among various neuro marketing techniques of marketing. To analyze the section where the pupil size get expanded, interval of pupil size was higher than 2.275% (2 sigma data) and higher than 0.135% high (3 sigma data). Overall the valid data was analyzed by inflection points according to gaze frequency. We also analyzed the correlation between overall valid data and the ranges where the pupil size was significantly increased. The result showed that the correlation between overall valid data and pupil size 2 sigma data showed the highest correlation with 0.805. The pupil size 2 sigma data and pupil size 3 sigma data showed a correlation with 0.781, overall the valid data and pupil size 2 sigma data showed a correlation with 0.683. Therefore, it is concluded that, the section where the pupil size was expanded and the section at which gaze frequency is higher in the eye-tracking data were similar. However, the correlation between data of pupil size is determined to be significantly expanded and overall the valid data is decreased.

남성의 동공 크기를 이용한 뉴로 스포츠 마케팅의 접근 방법: 농구 경기를 중심으로

이 연구는 뉴로 마케팅의 여러 연구 기법들 중 시선추적 기술(Eye-tracking)을 이용하여 농구 경기 장면 중 남성의 동공이 전체 데이터의 3시그마 범위를 벗어난 상위 0.135 % 비율로 동공이 확장 되었을 때의 시선 관찰 및 관심도를 측정하였다. 특히 동공 크기 확장과 관련해서 시선추적 기술의 데이터 중 어느 정도의 범위일 때의 크기가 유의미하다고 밝히기는 힘들기 때문에 이 연구에서는 전체 데이터 중 상위 3시그마 범위를 동공이 확장되어지는 범위로 설정하였다. 실험에 사용된 장면은 농구 경기 중 한 상황으로 설정하였으며, 총 7,200개의 데이터 중 유효율 90 %가 넘는 유효데이터가 산출되었고 이를 통해 34명의 데이터 중 유효데이터에 해당하지 않아 사용할 수 없는 데이터를 제외한 29명의 데이터를 사용하였다. 동공의 크기를 구하기 위해 동공의 너비(Pupil Width)와 높이(Pupil Height) 값을 [동공의 크기= 동공의 너비/2 × 동공의 높이/2 × π] 공식에 대입하였다. 분석한 결과 농구경기장 내 마케팅으로 활용되기 위해 사용된 광고판들은 크게 영향력을 끼치지 않았다. 관중으로서의 피험자들의 동공의 크기가 커졌을 때, 경기장내에 광고판 보다는 선수들 혹은 주변 배경에 주시빈도가 높았다. 이 연구를 통하여 무분별하게 광고판을 사용하기보다는 뉴로마케팅을 이용하여 경기장내 마케팅 및 광고판 효용성을 높이는 방안의 필요성이 요구된다. The present study used one of research techniques which is eye gaze tracking for neuromarketing. When pupil`s size of men dilated over than three sigma (0.135%), the interest and eye movement in observation were measured. According to statistical analysis of previous studies, three sigma range is meaningful therefore sigma range was used as operational definition because `pupil dilatation` is difficult to be define in eye gaze tracking data. Pictures of basketball games were selected as visual stimuli and 90% effective ratio of total 7,200 data were calculated. Thus, 29 of 34 participants were used for test. Pupil`s size was calculated by applying pupil`s width and height into a formular; [Pupil`s size = Pupil width/2 × Pupil height/2 × π]. In conclusion, billboard utilized for sports marketing had meaningless effects because gaze frequency to basketball player and surrounding environment was higher than that to billboard when participantsas game spectators diltaed their pupil`s size over than three sigma. Thus, it was required using new marketing strategies like neuromarketing to increase utility through the present study.

Mlae streilith is one of the major tools for F1 Hybrid seed production in vegetable. Until 1980s, the F1 hybrid seed production in welsh onion (Allium fistulosum L) was accomplished by using genic male sterile lines However, the 50% male fertile plants had to be elminated from the seed production field by hand. In 1989, a new male sterile mutant (MS216) was found on the Breeding and Research Station of Hungnong, which is assumed for cyto;lasmic male sterilty. This experiment was performed to study on the inheritance of male sterility in MS216 The inheritance of male sterility in MS216 was analyzed by determining segregation ratio obtainde from crossings with MS216 and male fertile lines or GMS line. F1,BC1 and BC2 were taken from back-crossing with MS216for recipient and 5 different amle fertile lines for ercurrent In the same way F1, BC1 and BC2 by crossing with MS216 for recipient and 2 different GMS lines for recurrent was obtainde All plants of the F1, BC1 and BC2 population derived from the crossing with MS216 and 5 different male fertile lines showde male sterility in the field, suggesting that the MS216 has a factor influencing male sterility in its cytoplasm And also, from the experiment of crossing between the MS216 and the two GMS lines it was found that genic factor in the GMS lines was not related to the male sterility of MS216 These results show that MS216 has typical cytoplasmic male sterility not affected by any karyogene

雄性不稔性 파의 花粉發育의 細胞學的 觀察 : Allium fistulosum L.

In 1989, a new male sterile mutant (MS216) was found on the Breeding and Research Station of Hungnong, which is assumed ofr cytoplasmic male sterility. This experiment was performed to study on the histological differences between the CMS line derived from MS216 ans AS10 which is genic male sterile line. The results were summarized as follows. 1 In histological observation microspore degeneration of GMS line began around dyad stage. However, in anther of CMS line derived from MS216, it was observed to begin around tetrad stage. 2 In anther of GMS line, severe hypertrophy was observed in their tapetal layer from dyad stage and the trace of tapetum remamed until blooming stage In anther of CMS line, hypertrophy in their tapetal layer was also observed at tetrad stage. But, it disappeared prematurely after microspore stage. 3 In anther of CMS line, shrinking up of the anther locule was prevailing phenomena, but it was not observed in GMS or MF line.
